AGRABYADO NA SI BONGBONG

Hindi na maganda ang nagiging takbo ng protesta ni Bongbong Marcos laban kay Leri Robredo., AGRABYADO na si Bongbong.

Rules 22 and 23 of the 2010 Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) Rules clearly state that the answer and counter-protest of Leni  Robredo “must be filed within 10 days from receipt of the summons and the protest. Robredo admitted having received a copy of the summons on Aug. 2.  So she should have filed her answer NOT LATER than Aug. 12.

But Robredo only did so on Aug. 15, or three days late. Bongbong filed a manifestation to strike out Robredo’s answer. He said under Rule 27 of the 2010 PET Rules, a general denial should have been entered instead for Robredo. To date, there’s been no action..

Under the rules, the PET should issue an order for the retrieval of ballot boxes within 48 hours or TWO DAYS from receipt of Robredo’s answer/special and affirmative defenses/counter protest.

The PET received Robredo’s answer on Aug. 15. It should have issued an order by Aug.17 at the latest. But the BBM Protest Watch noted that to date, ONE MONTH AND A WEEK after, NO ORDER has been issued by the PET.

At HUWAG NATING KALIMUTAN, mga kababayan, HANGGANG NGAYON AY HINDI PA PINAPAKITA AT PINAPA-EKSAMIN ng Comelec sa mga eksperto mula sa pribadong sektor ang HINDI AWTORISADONG PAGBABAGO na ginawa ng Smartmatic sa script ng transparency server noong gabi ng Election Day. Tandaan natin na pagkatapos ng pagbabagong iyun, naglahong parang bula ang halos isang milyong lamang ni Bongbong kay Robredo.

Gayung maliban na lamang sa huling ISANG LINGGO bago mageleksiyon, HINDI NAG-NUMBER ONE SAAN MANG SURVEY si Robredo.  WALA pa ting pinapakitang ebidensiya o garantiya ang Comelec o Smartmatci na NANDITO PA sa Pilipinas, at WALA PANG NAKAKATAKAS ulit, sa mga taga-Smartmatic. At NASISIKMURA ni Robredo ang lahat ng ito.30
