BIG HOLES IN LENI’S DEFENSE OF NAGA!!

In a story in http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/08/25/18/misinformation-robredo-debunks-pnp-chiefs-claim-on-naga-city-crime-ranking, Leni Robredo described as misinformation PNP Director-General Oscar Albayalde’s claim that Naga City has the 5th highest crime volume among cities outside Metro Manila. Robredo claimed for the first semesters of 2017 and 2018, Naga City “ranked: Murder-34th; Homicide -24th-26th; Rape-29th; Robbery-11th; Theft-6^th."

But the same story noted that in an earlier report, the PNP bared that Naga City had the HIGHEST MONTHLY CRIME RATE NATIONWIDE from January to April 2018 with a 273.83 average based on data by the Crime Research and Analysis Center of the PNP Directorate for Investigation and Detection Management.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but Leni was NEVER REPORTED AS HAVING DENIED THIS. Take note, people, January to April is PART OF THE FIRST SEMESTER of 2018, which Robredo is referring to.

The PNP is the one and only OFFICIAL SOURCE of crime statistics nationwide.  NOT THE OFFICE OF THE VICE-PRESIDENT or the city government of Naga. But the rankings Len is claiming are clearly not just local or for the Bicol region only.

Kaya SAAN GALING ang mga pinagsasasabi ni Leni? SINO ANG MAY SABI na ang mga iyon ay OFFICIAL at ang totoo, at ANO ANG LEGAL NA BASEHAN niya na ang statistics at ang source niya ang DAPAT PANIWALAAN AT HINDI so Albayalde, o ang PNP?

Ninoy after and before he was shot

If ever anyone must talk about the truth behind the assassination of Ninoy Aquino, his son Noynoy should be on top of the list. Next is former President Fidel V. Ramos (FVR) and if only she were still alive, Cory.

Being both former presidents, Noynoy and FVR must SPECIFICALLY CLARIFY if either of them managed to identify the mastermind and the triggerman who ended Ninoy’s life ion Aug. 21, 1983. Remember, Noynoy and his family have been pointing to former President Ferdinand Marcos as the mastermind.  FVR categorically said in an interview that Rolando Galman was not the real killer of Ninoy

So were they able to solve Ninoy’s killing during their terms as president? If yes, what exactly did they find out and who are the real personalities behind the crime? Why have not they come out with the details? If no, why not?  What in particular was unsolvable?  

There were calls in the past for a reopening of the Ninoy slay case. But if I remember correctly, both FVR and Noynoy never launched one.  If this is right, they owe the public an explanation. If they did, what were the results and why did they not reveal it?

Before they continue accusing the Marcoses of anything, it’s high time for them to PRESENT PHYSICAL PROOF. As I had stated in an earlier post, there has been NO EVIDENCE that Marcos had indeed ordered Ninoy’s murder. 30

Masyado nang AGRABYADO ang PNP kay Leni Robredo. WALANG TIGIL si Leni sa PAGTIRA AT PAGAKUSA ng  kung anu-ano sa PNP.  Pero KAHIT ISANG PATAK naman ng pisikal na ebidensiya ay WALA SIYANG MAIPAKITA.

In a story in interaksyon.com, Robredo said a group of Filipino-Chinese businessmen visited her office last month to report that many of their members have been victims of tokhang for ransom already, and that they had submitted evidence like closed circuit television footage to police but these were allegedly ignored. But as always, Leni DID NOT CITE ANY DETAIL – NO NAMES, DATES, PLACES, CIRCUMSTANCES.  

Now, think about these guys: It’s SENSELESS, ILLOGICAL and RIDICULOUS for any supposed tokhang to go her for help. She’s NOT THE BOSS of the PNP. It’s public knowledge that .she’s NOT ON REALLY GOOD TERMS with the Duterte Adminisrtration. So the supposed targets would rather go directly to Bato THAN WASTE TIME ON HER.

Kung HINDI MO SINISIRAAN LANG ang PNP Leni, kilalanin mo ang mga sinasabi mong businessmen. Pangalanan mo ang mga sinasabi nilang bumalewala sa kanila. Pakasuhan mo sila. Samahan mo sila kay PNP chief Bato dela Rosa para  AGAD NA MADISIPLINA AT MAPARASUHAN, kung talagang may ebidensiya, ang mga bumale-wala sa kanila. Kung HINDI KAYO NAGSISINUNGALING AT NANINIRA LAMANG, walang dahilan para hindi ninyo isumbong agad kay Bato ang mga walanghiyang bumale-wala sa kainila. Kung TALAGANG may kumausap sa iyong mga businessmen, hindi problema para sa iyo ang makapagbigay agad ng pangalan.

In her earlier press release on the gmanews.tv, , Leni said:the Duterte administration might have to “rethink” its strategy in dealing with the illegal drugs problem. “Kasi it has been six months, hanggang ngayon may nahuhuli pang laboratories na malalaki…six months na at wala pang nangyayari.”

But the same story said according to the latest PNP data, under Project Tokhang 79,338 drug pushers and 1,098,479 users have surrendered. As I’ve pointed out before, people, just imagine HOW MANY MORE THOUSANDS OF CRIMES would have been committed; HOW MANY MORE THOUSANDS  OF PEOPLE WOULD HAVE BEEN KILLED, ROBBED, ATTACKED OR RAPED  by addicts; HOW MANY MORE THOUSANDS OF LIVES would have been ruined had Tokhang not been implemented? A total of 2,548 drug suspects have been killed and 52,877 arrested.  Add to these the DRASTIC DROP in the crime rate.

In case illegal drugs FLOOD our communities or DROWN us following the suspension of the police anti-drug war, NOBODY had better have the STOMACH or an ADOBE FACE to still blame President Digong Duterte, or PNP chief Bato dela Rosa.

Ang dapat SISIHIN: Iyong mga WALANG TIGIL SA PANAWAGAN SA PAGPAPATIGIL sa giyera kontra droga, mula national hanggang social media,, mula dito sa atin hanggang sa ibang bansa. Mga NAGMAMALINIS NA  HUMAN RIGHTS CHAMPION, mga makatao/makamahirap kuno. Mga taoi, mga grupo na bawat nasawi sa giyera ay AGAD-AGAD NA NAGDEDEKLRANG PINATAY NG WALANG LABAN ng mga pulis.

Pero KAHIT MINSAN, KAHIT KAILAN ay HINDI NANAWAGAN sa mga drug lord, trafficker o pusher na ITIGIL NA RIN ang pagkakalat at pagbebenta ng illegal na droga, ang SALOT na ugat ng hindi na mabilang na mga krimen. Para sa mga IPOKRITONG ANIMAL na mga ito, dapat matigil yung PAGPUKSA sa illegal na droga at PAGLIGTAS SA SAMBAYANAN mula dito. DESTROY DUTERTE/PNP PLOT BEHIND JEE SLAY!

Any way you look at it, the Jee Ick Joo kidnap-slay is part of a destabilization plot against the Duterte Administration, and the Philippine National Police (PNP).

First: Jee was abducted from his homer in Angeles City in Pampanga last Oct. 18. On the same day, a story in reuters.com/investigates/special-report/philippines-duterte-data/ reported that nearly 2,300 people have been killed since President Digong Duterte began his anti-drug war. Ordinary people like us can only imagine how many tens or hundreds of millions of pesos have been lost by drug lords until that time.

Second: The heat was on drug lords and illegal drugs. Police ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUG operatives executed the abduction, NOT FROM ANY OTHER PNP unit. 

Third: The justification or pretext for Jee’s abduction was the ‘Oplan Tokhang’ or visits by police anti-drug personnel to the homes of suspected drug lords or pushers/users.

Fourth: Most of all, Jee was KILLED INSIDE CAMP CRAME, which is the PNP General Headquarters. He could have been killed SOMEWHERE ELSE, where the chances of the suspects being identified would be very highly unlikely. But the killers chose Camp Crame instead. What else would have been more shameful than to the PNP, and to President Digong’s anti-drug war? And think about this, guys: Jee’s killers would not have had the guts to kill Jee inside Camp Crame if they did not know VERY INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE are behind them.

The Jee kidnap-slay is MUCH, MUCH DEEPER than what it seems to be, people. Believe me. 30

NO NEED FOR BATO TO RESIGN!

There is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED for PNO chief Ronald ‘Bato’ dela Rosa to resign for watching the Bryan Adams concert after he learned that Korean businessman, Jee Ick-joo, was murdered inside the PNP General Headquarters in Camp Crame.

First: Jee had LONG BEEN DEAD when Bato was informed about the slay inside Crame. He DID NOT uncover the plan to kill Jee inside the camp IN ADVANCE and tolerated it, or did nothing to stop it.

Second: As PNP chief, IT WAS NOT Bato’s  job to personally investigate how was Jee murdered right inside the camp. His presence in the concert DID NOT SUSPEND OR HAVE ANY NEGATIVE EFFECT on the investigation.

Third: The case HAS BEEN SOLVED. It did not remain idle indefinitely. The policeman who strangled Jee to death is now detained, and his cohorts identified.

Fourth: The Jee killing inside Crame IS NOT THE LONE GAUGE OR STANDARD in determining the moral and professional fitness of Bato to continue serving as PNP chief.  Bato’s accomplishments, especially in the war against illegal drugs, FAR, FAR OUTWEIGH the unfortunate lapse in the killing of Jee. Whether government critics admit it or not, the anti-drug war HAS SAVED AND SPARED COUNTLESS LIVES from drug lords and pushers, and the evils triggered by drug abuse like murder, robbery and rape.  

Think hard about these people: HOW MANY MORE THOUSANDS OF CRIMES WOULD HAVE HAPPENED had the one million or so drug pushers and addicts not surrendered?  How many hundreds or thousands more of policemen and innocent civilians would have been killed, women raped and homes or establishments robbed?

The Jee killing alone is DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH to wipe out these accomplishments by Bato and justify calls for his resignation. 30

LOOPHOLES IN LAM EXTORT DENIAL

I see gaping loopholes and ILLOGICAL ARGUMENTS in the denial by Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID) Deputy Commissioners Al Argosino and Michael Robles of their alleged extortion of P50 million from Jack Lam.

Argosino and Robles claimed that the money was for their assistance in the processing of Lam’s Fontana Leisure Park and Casino in Clark Freeport, Pampanga. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but casino licenses are, and can ONLY be, issued by the Philippine Amusement andf Gaming Corporation (Pagtcor).  NOBODY ELSE. If ever Lam will bribe anybody to get a license for Fontana, it will be Pagcor officials. The BID has NOTHING TO DO whatsoever with casino licenses.

Argosino and Robles said they had decided to conceal information to themselves since they have only been with the BID and do not know whom they could trust. WHY DIDN’T THEY REVEAL everything to Justice Sec. Vitaliano Aguirre, whom they very know has control and supervision over the BID?  Didn’t they trust Aguirre, too? It would be both RIDICULOUS AND STUPID of them NOT TO REALIZE that they would be held criminally liable if they accept P50 million from Lam, even as part of their supposed investigation, WITHOUT INFORMING AGUIRRE or their immediate boss at the BID of their supposed true intention

Argosino and Robles claimed that of the P50 million they had received, P18 million went to BID intelligence chief Charles Calima Jr. and P2 million to former police senior superintendent Wally Sombero. If the money was supposed to be part of their evidence against Lam, WHY DID THEY HAVE TO GIVE P18 million of it to Calima? It’s nothing less than INSAN ITY for any investigator to GIVE AWAY part of the evidence to anybody not involved in the probe or for reasons totally NOT BENEFICIAL to the case. But they claimed that according to Calima, the P18 million was supposed to be for other people. So if Argosino and Robles are not really into something illegal and had nothing to be afraid of, there was NO NEED AND NO VALID REASON for them to share the supposed P50 million evidence with others.

If they had nothing to be scared of from Calima, they should have EXPOSED OR REPORTED HIM right away to their BID superiors for obstruction or unlawful interference in an investigation, Why didn’t they? 30
