It’s the CRITICS, and not President Digong
Duterte, who are the REAL DEMONS in the government’s anti-drug war. They DON’T
WANT the illegal drug crisis eradicated, they want it prolonged.
The critics SHAMELESSLY and INSTANTLY ACCUSE
Digong and the Philippine National Police (PNP) of supposed summary
killing or human rights violation, and
everything else they can think of, whenever a drug lord or drug pusher is
killed. WITHOUT INDISPUTABLE PHYSICAL
PROOF, and only their self-serving automatic condemnation as evidence. They go
all-out in using national, foreign and even social media. But they are totally
quiet like a CORPSE, or a graveyard at past midnight, whenever a policeman or
innocent civilian is killed, robbed, raped or subjected to any evil deed by
drug addicts or pushers or drug lords.
The critics include priests, nuns,
politicians and self-proclaimed human rights and pro-life champions. But NOT A
SINGLE WORD OF SYMPATHY, MASS OR PRAYER for the victims. NOT A WORD OF
RECOGNITION for the HEROISM of the murdered policemen, who had saved untold hundreds
or thousands of people in fighting drug lords and pushers until his or her
death. Not even a minute to spare for the wake. ANYBODY CORRECT ME IF I’M WRONG. IMMEDIATELY.
The critics desperately try to BRAINWASH US
on the supposed 9,000 deaths in the drug war, WHICH NONE OF THEM CAN PROVE UP
TO NOW WITH SOLID EVIDENCE. But they CONVENIENTLY and PURPOSELY do not say
anything about the hundreds of thousands or millions of addicts who have died or
gone insane, have been sick of various drug-induced ailments, have lost their families
and friends because of their addiction or have been forced to COMMIT CRIMES
just to raise money to buy illegal drugs. NOT A WORD.
And remember, people, these critics HAVE
NEVER SAID A WORD of condemnation on illegal drugs and drug lords/pushers.
NEVER. Even if these devils have caused countless lives, broken families and
shattered tomorrows of millions of their victims. But for President Digong, the
PNP and other anti-drug advocates, they never run out of deceptions and
hypocrisies to say. This is the REAL
SITUATION, GUYS. This is the HELL we must all fight. ANYBODY CORRECT ME IF I’M

As I had stated earlier, I plan to try some
slight changes in our blog forumphilippines. This is one of them. You guys will
speak out, not me. We’ll make it a
full-blooded forum. In case this clicks, we’ll do this at least three times a
week for a start. Here goes:
As ordered by the Presidential Electoral
Tribunal (PET) last week, Leni Robredo has five days to pay the initial P8-million
fee for the recount of the votes covered by her counter-protest against
Bongbong Marcos. That would be until Tuesday.
In case Leni fails to pay, and the PET gives
her another extension, what do you think should be done, to whom and why? Speak
out, guys. This time it’s your show, not mine.

(EJK) is a new but nevertheless BRAINLESS GIMMICK by critics of the anti-drug

In a story in gmanews.tv, PO1 Vincent Tacorda
claimed he had been ordered by his bosses to shoot suspects
“kasi mare-relieve SILA dahil lahat na may accomplishment na (sa anti-drug war),
Catanduanes na lang ang walang nasasampolan. Dahil siya ang COP (Chief of
Police) ko noon kaya sumunod ako.” Now, take note people:
Una: Ang unang sinabi ni
Tacorda, SILA. Ibig sabihn, mahigit sa isa. Pero sa kasunod niyang statement yung
chief of police niya noon, IISANG TAO NA LAMANG, ang itinuturo niya, ANO BA
TALAGA? Pangalawa: WALANG PINANGALANAN si Tacorda sa diumano ay mga nagutos o
nagutos a kaniya na magsagawa ng EJK.
But Tacorda named former
Catanduanes Police chief Jesus Martirez as having allegedly ordered them not to
declare the amount and worth of seized illegal drugs during huge operations. SELECTIVE ACCUSATION AT ITS CHEAPEST!

A story in gmanews.tv says in an editorial
entitled "Let the World Condemn Duterte,” the AmerIcan newspaper New York Times
called on the International Criminal Court (ICC) to immediately investigate charges
of mass murder and crimes against humanity filed against President Digong by a
Filipino lawyer in relation to the anti-drug war. The Times added that an ICC
probe “would encourage governments to take measures against him (Duterte), such
as imposing tariffs on Philippine goods."
FUCK YOU, NEW YORK TIMES! You
have no MORAL, LEGAL AND PROFESSIONAL RIGHT to prejudge ANYTHING concerning our
country.
NONE of you guys live here. YOU HAVE NO FIRST-HAND knowledge of what is
ACTUALLY happening in our country, in our communities. Your sole basis for sweepingly calling for
action against our president and his government is a compilation of ONE-SIDED
AND UNVERIFIED REPORTS from witness who had LIED IN PUBLIC HEARINGS in our Senate
and organizations with supposed resource persons not one of which they could, or
would not, identify for public scrutiny or validation. How STUPID AND BIASED can
you bastards get.
I am a former newspaper man
myself. Unless the Times has its OWN STANDARDS in journalism, media is supposed
to be FAIR AND IMPARTIAL in each and every story they come out with by citing both sides
of the issue. Even in editorials or opinions. But you ran your condemnation of
our President and government WITHOUT EVEN AN IOTA of your own verification of
the TRUTH. Do you people know WHAT TRUTH MEANS?
Worst, you even had THE NERVE to CATEGORICALLY
encourage other governments to ACT AGAINST President Duterte, and cited the
imposition of tariff on Philippine goods as an example (which would only result
in added hardship to our people). All based on testimonies of LYING WITNESSES
and HEARSAY allegations of organizations which HAVE NOT PRESENTED EVEN A SINGLE
PIECE of corroborative statement or physical proof of their claims in their numerous
press releases.
You have no right whatsoever to
meddle in our affairs. If the Times is arrogant enough to ignore FAIRNESS AND
TRUTH for the vested interests of your editors or staffers, then have the
decency to spare the Filipino people of your bias. We definitely will still live

LENI SHOULD REVEAL SOURCE OF P8 MILLION!

Now that the Supreme Court, acting as the
Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) to pay the P8-million initial deposit for
her counter-protest against Bongbong Marcos, Leni Robredo must IDENTIFY THE
SOURCE (s) of the money she will use.
Remember, guys, Bongbong Marcos had a ready
list of the contributors when he paid the initial P36 million deposit for his
protest against Leni. If Bongbong can do it, THERE’S NO REASON WHY LENI CAN’T,
OR SHOULD NOT! Especially if there is nothing ILLEGAL in the source or the funders
of the P8 million. As I had written in
my earlier blog “DELIKADO ANG PONDO NG SAMBAYANAN KAY LENI,” one of her lawyers
pointed out in a television interview that Leni is barred by law from accepting
donations for her protest against Bongbong.
Kung ganun, WALA PALANG NAKAHANDANG PERA si Leni para sa
kaniyang kontra protesta. Dahil kung mayroon, dapat ay nakapagbayad siya tulad
ni Bongbong ng first installment at hindi na kailangang mabanggit man lang ng
kaniyang abugado ang salitang donasyon.
Huwag nating kalimutan, mga kababayan: Si Leni mismo ang nagsabi
na noon pa na HINDI SIYA MAYAMAN bilang isang indibidwal. Bawal din sa kaniya
ang tumanggap ng donasyon para sa kaniyang kontra-protesta. Kaya SAAN SIYA
KUKUHA NG PAMBAYAD? Ng P8 milyon bilang paunang installment at mahigit P7
milyon bilang kabuuan?
Kung walang maipapakitang dokumento si Leni ng pinagkakakitaan
niya ng EXTRA NA MILYUN-MILYON buwan-buwan, o milyun-milyong ipon sa bangko bago
ang kaniyang KADUDA-DUDANG PANALO noong eleksiyon, tanging ang P500-milyong
PONDO NG OFFICE OF THE VICE-PRESIDENT na lamang ang may access siya at control.
LIMANG ARAW lamang ang binigay sa kaniya
ng PET para mabayaran ang P8 milyon. Kaya kailangang may makita tayonng pisikal
na ebidensiya o anumang garantiya nambayanan na HINDI GAGAMITIN ITO ni Leni sa
kaniyang kontra-protesta.

I now have a possible root of efforts to
sabotage our blog, forumphilippines.blogspot,com.
A personal, dear friend sent me a screenshot of
the website bsaquinorules.com. Under the title “Utter Lies” on the right side,
our blog was listed on the 5th slot out of nine sites. But NOT A SINGLE ISSUE of anything I had written
was cited as an example of my supposed lies. NOT ONE. It was that SWEEPING AND MALICIOUS, BUT
BASELESS, of an accusation.
Kung sinungaling ako, bakit hindi ninyo ako
idemanda ng libel? Para mailabas ninyo ang sinasabi ninyong kasinungalingan sa
mga sinulat ko. ILABAS NINYO.
May I just remind everyone that the problem I have
been having fore more or less two weeks already is my posts in various groups are
being reported as spam to Facebook with increasing
frequency. Especially among big pro-Bongbong Marcos and President Duterte
groups, despite the fact that I am a known supporter of the two. Minutes after
I post, a prompt from Facebook suddenly appears asking me if I had indeed sent
it and if it’s not a spam, thereby blocking or removing the material from the
page. Even in my own and new group
Universal Pinoy, which I have already deleted.
I am not accusing anybody in particular, yet.
But more than ever, let me assure you, my readers that NOTHING AND NO ONE CAN

Ayaw din lamang tumigil sa pagkondena sa
anti-drug war sa iba’t-ibang paraan sina Leni Robredo, Leila de Lima at iba pa,
mas maganda kung BOLUNTARYO silang magpa-drug test para malaman kung gumagamit
sila nito o hindi.
Only three kinds of people will oppose the
anti-drug war non-stop despite the gains it has been achieving --- drug lords, pushers
and users. And since Leni, De Lima and their gangmates have denied any
involvement in the drug trade, then let’s see if they’re DRUG-FREE. There’s
NOTHING morally or illegally wrong in proving to everyone that they don’t use
illegal drugs, anyway.
The tests should be conducted by personnel
without any political or social links to both Leni and De Lima. There must be LIVE MEDIA COVERAGE so that the
results will be known right away and no one can accuse anyone of rigging the results.
If Leni and De Lima are indeed drug free,
then there’s no reason why they should object to drug tests. If they do refuse,
and considering their consistent media attacks on the anti-drug war, they had
better realize that it would be VERY, VERY DIFFICULT for the people to believe
that they have nothing to do with the illegal drug business. 30

Isang linggo na ang nakalilipas mula nang
magbayad si Bongbong ng P36 milyon bilang unang hulog para sa recount ng mga
botong sakop ng kaniyang protesta. Nasunod ni Bongbongang deadline sa
pagbabayad. Si Leni, hindi.
Pero hanggang ngayon, WALANG ANUMANG PAHAYAG
ang Supreme Court (SC) na umaakto ring Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET),
kung KAILAN SISIMULAN ang recount o ang pagkuha ng mga ballot box na naglalaman
ng mga botong kinukwestiyon ni Bongbong mula sa iba’t-ibang bahagi ng bansa
Itama ako ninuman kung mali ako. Saan mang
transaksiyon, bago tanggapin ng isang panig ang deposito ay may schedule na
dapat kung kalian sisimulan ang proseso para dito. O kaya ay agarang meeting
kung kalian paguusapan ng magkabilang panig ang petsa ng simula ng proseso. Wala
rin namang nakalagay sa order ng PET kay Bongbong para magbayad na sisimulan
lamang ang recount kapag naibigay na niya ang kakulangang P30 milyon para sa recount
fee.
Kaya ANO PA ANG HINIHINTAY NG PET? Tinanggap nila ang deposito ni Bongbong pero walang
anumang kaseguruhan yung tao kung KAILAN AANDAR ang kaniyang protresta. At ang MAS MATINDI, ni isang salita ay WALANG
MASABI ANG PET kay Leni kahit na HIND SILA SINUNOD, O BINALE-WALA NITO.
Nauna pa rito, magiisang taon na ang protesta
ni Bongbong laban kay Leni pero WALA pa ring itinatakdang preliminary
conference ang PET para dito. Enero pa nagsimulang humiling ng preliminary
conference si Bongbong pero hindi siya pinapansin. Samantaanang nang iprotesta
ni Mar Roxas ang pagkatalo niya noon kay Jejomar Binay sa pagka-bise president,
nagsagawa ng preliminary conference ang PET sa loob lamang ng tatlong buwan.

extra judicial killings witness and member of the supposed Davao Death Squad
(DDS) Arturo Lascanas DID NOT RETURN HOME YESTERDAY as he had declared when he
left for Singapore last April 8.
Lascanas or his handler, Antonio Trillanes,
had better start proving that he is not spending public funds in his now seemingly
indefinite vacation in Singapore with his family. That is, if he still is in
Singapore.
Pag nagkataon, TAYO NA NAMAN ANG LUGI DITO,
mga kababayan.
Remember, people, Lascanas IS NOT THAT RICH
to afford an indefinite stay in Singapore. If you remember, Lascanas himself declared
he managed to leave for abroad only with the help of friends. And Trillanes had
declared in the past that he is not super-rich either. But let’s not forget, people,
Trillanes has public funds at his disposal as a senator. And since he is the
self-proclaimed handler or guardian of Lascanas, Trillanes is RESPONSIBLE for
all of the supposed DDS member’s needs.
SINO GUMAGASTOS kay Lascanas? Kailangan
nating MAKASIGURO, mga kababayan, na HINDI BUWIS O PERA NATIN ang winawaldas niya.
HINDI PUWEDENG SALITA LAMANG NIYA o ni Trillanes ay sapat na at dapat na nating
paniwalaan ng walang tanong-tanong. HINDI NATIN OBLIGASYON NA GASTUSAN SI
LASCANAS sa mga KASINUNGALINGAN na niyang dineklara.

LenI Robredo vigorously denies any link to
drug lords or the illegal drug industry. But in a story in inquirer.net, Leni proposed
in a recent student forum that use of illegal drugs be DECRIMINALIZED and
punishable only by fines or community service. She cited as her justification
Portugal which has reportedly seen a decrease in drug abuse and deaths related to
it.
Leni DID NOT PROPOSE ANYTHING on how to eliminate
or even massively minimize production of illegal drugs. Neither did she reveal
any idea on how to fast-track the capture of drug lords and their men, or what
can be done to dismantle drug syndicates.
As in NOTHING.
Kumbaga, kung susundin ang takbo ng utak ni
Leni TULOY LANG LIGAYA AT NEGOSYO ang mga drug lords. At TIYAK NA LALO SILANG
KIKITA ng milyones, o bilyones, dahil ang mga adik nilang kostumer ay walang
dapat gawin kundi MAGMULTA o MAGSILBI sa
komunidad kapag nahuli. Basta may pangmulta, bumili na hanggang gusto niya ang
adik ng droga. Hindi naman siya makukulong.
Lalong lalakas ng 10 o 100 doble ang negosyo
ng mga drug lords at LOLOBO ang bilang
ng mga adik. Baka kahit sa mga coffe bar
o restaurant at iba pang lugar ay hindi na mahiyang lumantad atr gumamit ng
droga ang mga adik. WALA NAMANG KULONG EH KUNG MASUSUNOD ang idea ni Leni. At
sa pagdami ng mga adik, HIGIT PANG LOLOBO ang bilang ng mga inoisenteng
sibilyan na MAMIMILIGRONG MAKATUWAANG PATAYIN, PAGNAKAWAN, GAHASAIN o gawan ng
anupamang kademonyuhan ng mga adik kapag may tama na sila ng drogang ginamit
nila.
But Leni swears she’s not linked or involved
in any manner whatsoever in illegal drugs.
Kapag nasunod ang idea ni Leni at nangyari na
ang mga sinasabi ko, TIYAK DIN NAMANG HINDI AAKUIN ni Leni ang responsibilidad.
At lalong hindi siya magpapakulong. Pero 100 porsiyentong KAPAHAMAKAN ang aabutin
natin sa gusto niyang mangyari. Nasa atin kung hahayaan natin siya. Ako,

A story in gmanews.tv quoted Leni as
declaring earlier today in a student forum in UP-Los Banos: “…GAGAWIN KO YUNG
LAHAT PARA SIGURADUHIN NA HINDI SIYA MAKAKABALIK (sa posisyon sa gobyerno).” Nowhere
in the story did Leni say that whatever she’ll do will depend on the decision
of the Supreme Court, acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) on
Bongbong’s protest against her. Neither did Leni say that she will respect the
PET decision in case she loses the vice-presidency.
Basta GAGAWIN NIYA ANG LAHAT para siguraduhin
na HINDI MAKAKABALIK si Bongbong. Kumbaga, mahigpit pa sa tuko ang pagkakakapit
ni Leni sa puwesto. At WALA TAYONG GARANTIYA, AT WALA ring binibigay na garantiya si Leni, na BABABA
SIYA sa puwesto kung matatalo siya sa protesta ni Bongbong.
Ang taong GANITO KADESPEREDA, hindi na
masasabi basta-basta ng kahit na sino kung ano ang kayang gawin. At tulad ng naisulat
ko na ilang buwan na ang nakakaraan, GULO ang magiging resulta pag nagkataon.
Dahil natural na HINDI PAPAYAG SI Bongbong
at ang mga taga-suporta niya na BALEWALAIN ni Leni ang PET,at ang batas, kung
sakaling tatalunin niya ito sa kaniyang protesta. Mangyari na ang mangyayari.

I can’t help but wonder what makes Leni Robredo
so seemingly SPECIAL to the Supreme Court, acting as the Presidential Electoral
Tribunal (PET), in particular to Bongbong Marcos protest lead Justice Alfredo
Benjamin Caguioa and Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno. Directly and indirectly,
Leni has been getting away with every defiant move and suspicious development
in Bongbong’s protest against her.
A story in journal.com.ph says in one of their
recent summer sessions in Baguio City, the PET deferred ruling on Leni’s motion
for reconsideration of the PET decision allowing Bongbong’s protest to proceed.
In effect, this further delayed the start of the proceedings for the protest.
But what makes the deferment suspicious is it comes after the NON-COMPLIANCE of
Leni to the initial installment required by PET for the recount of votes for her
counter-protest against Bongbong. A non-compliance which, three lawyers have informed
me, was solid ground for the immediate dismissal of Leni’s counter-protest. But NEITHER CAGUIOA NOR SERENO has said a word
of reprimand or even disappointment. As if nothing happened.
Bongbong beat the deadline for his recount fee
with an initial P36 million deposit. Reports say the PET has officially accepted
Bongbong’s initial payment for his recount fee but Caguioa has yet to announce a
schedule on when the retrieval of ballot
boxes covered by the protest will start and how will it be done. Let’s not forget that Caguioa has also not yet
set a preliminary conference for Bongbong’s protest, even though PET rules
state that the same must be scheduled after the last pleading has been filed.
Bongbong had earlier noted that the last pleading was filed in September last
year.
And in case you’ve forgotten, guys, Leni was
LATE in filing her reply to Bongbong’s protest last year. But the PET still
accepted it, without imposing any sanctions on her. Plus the various HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS
events related to the protest, like the UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION by Smartmatic to
the script of the transparency server which the Comelec CONTINUES TO HIDE from
audit by private sector experts and LOADED SD cards earlier declared by Conelec
as unused during the polls.

DEMOLITION SHOT at President Digong Duterte. Think about this:
Last April 10, a story in inquirer.net quoted
Philippine National Police (PNP) Director General Bato dela Rosa as reporting
that the re-launched anti-drug war which was resumed last March has only
claimed 107 lives, which was way BELOW THE 300 PLUS MONTHLY AVERAGE of the 2,600
CONFIRMED drug-related deaths recorded throughout the eight months of the initial
campaign. But SWS DID NOT RELEASE the results of the
survey along with Bato’s report. Instead, SWS WAITED UNTIL TODAY before coming
out with its findings, when ABS-CBN also ran a story on supposed exposes by, AS
USUAL, UNNAMED sources on anomalies in the anti-drug war.

I have just consulted a former Justice department official on Leni
Robredo’s non-payment of the fee for her counter-protest versus Bongbong Marcos
over last year’s vice-presidential polls. The former official said the PET
should DISMISS Leni’s counter-protest immediately, and proceed with the recount
of the votes without delay.
My source described as irrelevant the argument of Leni’s lawyer
Romulo Macalintal who cited their pending motion for reconsideration of the PET
ruling allowing Bongbong’s protest to proceed as basis for their non-payment.
My source noted that Leni’s counter-protest was DIFFERENT from
that of Bongbong’s. They are not combined in Bongbong’s protest. So whatever
order the PET issues concerning her action is for THAT ALONE, and is NOT
SUBJECT to any issue concerning her in Bongbong’s protest. My source said it
was disappointing for Leni and Macalintal to raise their pending motion as
justification for not paying the deposit required by PET, since both are
supposed to be lawyers.
More importantly, my source emphasized that the PET ISSUED AN
ORDER TO LENI to make an initial payment for her counter-protest, making it
MANDATORY. The order had a SPECIFIC DEADLINE for compliance, and did not state
any conditions or exceptions which would allow an INDEFININTE DEFERMENT of the
payment.
It would be surprising, my source said, if the PET will NOT IMMEDIATELY
dismiss Leni’s protest versus Bongbong because of her non-payment. To which I
added it would be both DISGUSTING AND INSANE for Leni and Macalintal to expect
the PET to spend for her counter-protest, first, for it to start moving. 30

has filed a manifestation with the PET saying it was "premature" for
her to pay the initial P15 million being asked by the PET for her
counter-protest against Bongbong. Leni said there is a “pending determination
of the merits of [Marcos’) protest," and a pending motion for
reconsideration on the PET's ruling finding Bongbong’s protest sufficient in
form and substance.
Ngayong SIYA ANG HINDI MAGBABAYAD, may LUSOT agad
si Leni. Pero kaninang hindi pa bayad, may BANAT pa ang abugado ni Leni na si
Romy Macalintal na dapat nga ay P185 million at hindi lang P66 million plus na

action is needed to start the process immediately. More importantly, the PET
SHOULD PENALIZE LENI FOR DEFYING its directive for the second time. The first
was when Leni was LATE in filing her reply to the protest of Bongbong last
year, and GOT AWAY WITH IT UNTOUCHED.
