A story in abs-cbnnews.com said a survivor of the police raid that killed Ozamiz City Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog and 12 others has revealed that the mayor, his wife and brother-provincial board  member Octavio were DELIBERATELY KILLED. Pero kung pagaaralang mabuti ang lkuwento ng testigo, na itinago sa pangalang Cesar, makikita agad na puno ito ng BUTAS.

Sabi ni Cesar: “Pagdating ng mga pulis pinadapa kami pinababa kami papunta kina mayor. Pagdating nina mayor doon inipon kami. Ako nakadapa sa harap ni Mayor…maya-maya lumabas ang mga pulis hindi ko alam ano ang dahilan. Maya-maya, may naghagis ng granada, tinamaan ako.”

Walang sinabi si Cesar kung SAANG LUGAR EKSAKTO sa bahay ni mayor sila inipon, sino-sino at ilan sila at ilang pulis ang nakapaligid sa kanila. Napakihirap ding paniwalaan na hinagisan sila-sila nila mayor ng granada pero HINDI SIYA NASUGATAN NG GRABE gayong nakadapa kuno siya SA HARAP MISMO ni mayor. Wala siyang sinabi kung nagawa ba nila ng mga kasama niya na umiwas o hindi kahit konti sa grnada at hindii sila sa pagsabog nito nangamatay agad. Tapos, NAGSIMULA NANG GUMULO ang kuwento ni Cesar. Ayon sa kaniya, “Sabi kasi niya (apparently referring t the mayor) nagtaka siya bakit lumayo ang mga pulis. Tapos, bigla na lang silang GINULUNGAN ng granada.“  Tulad ng alam nating lahat, IBA ANG HINAGISAN SA GINULUNGAN!

Dagdag pa n Cesar: “Bumalik ang mga pulis, tiningnan nila, binaril nila 'yung tita ko, 'yung asawa ni mayor, ewan ko kung binaril. Sabi ni mayor, ‘'Wag naman ganyan, sir.’ Isusunod daw si mayor. Dahil nakaharang si board member, binaril dalawang beses 'yung pangatlo, si mayor. Nagplanting pa ng baril. Nakita ko dahil nakatago ako sa gilid.”

Ito na ang crucial, mga kababayan: Isipin ninyo, nakita kuno ni Cesar ang paglalagay o pagtatanim umano ng baril ng mga pulis. Pero HINDI NIYA ALAM, ibig sabihn ay HINDI NIYA NAKITA, kung binatil ang asawa ni mayor o hindi. Hindi niya sinabi kung anong klaseng baril ang itinanim umano ng mga pulis. At bukod sa hindi nilinaw ni Cesar kung saang gilid siya nakatago, hindi rin pinaliwanag ni Cesar kung PAANO SIYA NAKAPAGTAGO gayong sugatan siya. Alam ng mga pulis na kasama siya nina mayor bago sumabog kuno iyong granada. Kaya nung bumalik ang mga pulis, IMPOSIBLENG HINDI NAPANSIN ng mga ito na WALA na siya at hindi nahanap agad.

Here’s another unbelievable claim by Ozamiz City Vice Mayor Nova Princess Parojinog on the police raids in their family’s homes that resulted in the death of his father and city Mayor Reynaldo, her mom and 12 others:

Nova said nobody from her family and their security personnel opened fire on the raiders, as claimed by police officials. My take: A TOTALLY RIDICULOUS DEFENSE!

Nova was IN HER HOUSE when the SIMULTANEOUS RAIDS BEGAN. She has NEVER SAID she was with their armed guards when they saw the police raiders began approaching their homes. She was NOT IN HER DAD’S HOUSE at the same time, or in any other spot covered by the warrants of the policemen. So unless she also has EYES IN THE BACK OR SIDE OF HER HEAD, IT’S IMPOSSIBLE for her to be 100 percent sure, and accurate, that none of their security guys shot at the police raiders first.

For the record, I AM NOT SAYING that Nova’s lying!

Earlier, Nova claimed that guns, suspected shabu, bullets and cash found in her home by the raiders were not hers and had been only ‘planted’ there. But video in various sites clearly showed that media people were \with the police raiders as they went through Nova’s belongings. Under that scenario, only a super-duper idiot of a policeman would still try to stuff the guns, suspected shabu, bullets and cash into Nova’s possessions. More importantly, a story in gmanews.tv(http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/regions/620080/cellphone-video-shows-ozamiz-vice-mayor-tried-to-hide-an-item-during-raid/story/?top_picks&order=1) included a video SHOWING NOVA GETTING SOMETHING from her bag and trying to hide it from the police raiders. If she has not done anything wrong, there’s no reason for her to try to hide anything.

May mga butas akong nakikita sa mga alibi ng kampo ng mga Parojinog tungkol sa mga police raid na isinagawa sa kanilang mga tahanan at farm sa Ozamis City kahapon na nagwakas sa pagkamatay ng kanilang mayor na si Reynaldo Sr, ang asawa at kapatid nito at 10 iba pa matapos nilang manlaban.

Sinabi ng inarestong analk ng mayor na si Nova Princess, na siya ring vice-mayor ng siyudad, na hindi kaniya ang P1.4 milyong cash, mga baril, bala at hinihinalang shabu na nakuha sa kaniyang bahay. Planted o inilagay lamang daw ang mga iyon ng mga pulis na nang-raid.

Pero sa isang video na kumakalat sa Facebook, kitang kita na MAY MGA KASAMANG TAGA-MEDIA ang mga raiders nang maghalungkat sila sa bahay ni Nove, sa harap nito mismo matapos nila itong areestuhin, IMPOSIBLENG HINDI MAPANSIN ng mga taga-media kung basta na lamang nilagay ang pera, hinihinalanag shaub, mga baril at bala habang hinahalukay nila ang gamit ni Nove. Kung gagawa ng kalokohan ang mga pulis, hindi sana nila hinayaang makap[sok sa bahay ni Nova ang mga taga-media habang naghahanap siila.

Sabi ni Nova, sinugod muna ng mga pulis ang bahay niya bago inmplemenet ang search warrant. Natural. Paano maiimplement ang search warrant kung hindi pupuntahan ang bahay niya?

Ayon naman sa abugado ng mga Parojinog, walang barilang nangyari tulad ng iniulat ng  mga raiders. Pero WALA SIYANG MAIHARAP NA TESTIGO. Puro sa ulo daw ang tama nina mayor, aswa nito at kapatid kaya hindi na raw magagawa ng mga ito na manlaban. Pero sa mtga naglalabaasan nang photo ng mga bangkay ng tatlo sa Facebok, kitang kita na duguan pati ang katawan nila. Isa pa, walang sinabi ang abugado tungfkol sa mga security nina mayor at ng iba pang ni-raid ng mga pulis, na PAWANG ARMADO LAHAT.

Since there are still NO INDICATIONS that the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) is set to start the recount of votes covered by Bongbong Marcos’ protest against Leni Robredo, it had better ask the Comelec to start showing proof that the ballot boxes are 100 percent SAFE from all forms of CHEATING!

Not only Bongbong and his supporters but the people as a whole must be informed NOW of security precautions, IF ANY, to protect the ballots.

For example, HOW WELL-GUARDED are the storage areas for the ballot boxes? We, the people, must see for ourselves if there are ENOUGH GUARDS 24 hours a day. The Comelec must show and prove to us that the storage areas cannot be easily entered or breached by unauthorized personnel, that security equipment like CCTV cameras are strategically installed and running in and around the storage area.

Another vital concern is who are the custodians of the ballot boxes and who are the guys who have access to these. So that the people will know who should be accountable in case something happens. Mos6 of all, WHAT ASSURANCE can the Comelec give that NO BALLOT BOX HAS BEEN STOLEN OR REPLACED to date?

After reading the story, I readily saw it as a BRAINLESS PRESS RELEASE for the demolition efforts againdt President Digong Duterte. And an INSULT to the Filipinos’ intellect in a SHAMELESS, DESPERATE ATTEMPT even dent the consistent, No. 1 popularity and trust ratings of the President.

First: The study claimed that Digong’s team of 400 to 500 cyber troops post nationalistic and pro-government comments and interact with dissenters through harassment and individual targeting like verbal abuse, hate speech, discrimination and/or trolling against the values, beliefs or identity of a user. But as in the AMATEURISH STYLE of his detractors, there was NO BASIS for the supposed 400 to 500 cyber troops --- WHO SAID SO AND BASED ON WHAT, NO NAMES, LOCATIONS or SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS wherein pro-Digong posts are supposedly done and his people allegedly harass and target dissenters. As in NOTHING than the mere WORDS OF OXFORD!

Second: NO BASIS on the supposed $200,000 or P10 million paid to supposed trolls – SAYS WHO AND HOW CREDIBLE OR AUTHORITATIVE was the source, HOW MUCH did each alleged troll got and how was the payment made, when did the payments start and who was the paymaster… as kids say nowadays, NGANGA!

Third: The study said in 2016, “keyboard trolls” were hired to spread propaganda for Duterte, and many of them continue to amplify messages in support of this policies. But NOT A SINGLE TROLL, or FAKE ACCOUNT, and the social media sites or groups these supposed impostors use, WAS NAMED OR IDENTIFIED.

The IDIOT (S) and PEA-BRAINED guy/gir (s)l who wrote and facilitated this supposed study in national media thinks the people are just as STUPID AS HIM/HER and would believe the story without question because it’s supposedly from Oxford.  NO ONE else could be more INCOMPETENT, DELUSIONBED AND FOOLISH. If mobile phone companies have unlimited (‘unli’) calls and text promos for their subscribers, there seems to be an ‘unli’ leniency in the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) for Leni Robredo.

Up to now, the PET has NOT REJECTED a petition by Len’s supporters to allow them to give her the proceeds from a fundraising they’re conducting to help defray her expenses in her counter elector protest against Bongbong Marcos. This despite the fact that under the law, Leni is barred from accepting any kind of donation for her personal use or gain.

Even if it was only VERBAL, the PET IMMEDIATELY granted Leni’s motion for an EXTENSION of her deadline to pay the balance of her counter-protest fee. And this is the tough part, the extension was OPEN-ENDED OR INDEFINITE. NO DATE was set by the PET.  Leni’s lead lawyer, Romulo Macalintal, will have to put the motion first in writing before the PET sets a new deadline.  WITH JUST HER WORD, through her counsel, Leni GOT WHAT SHE WANTED. As we say in Tagalog, TULOY ANG LIGAYA ni Leni.

Whereas, Bongbong has already FULLY PAID his protest fee but NOT EVEN A MEETING HAS BEEN SCHEDULED AND REPORTED IN MEDIA on how, who and when will the collection of ballot boxes covered by his protest will start. And the PET, especially lead justice for the protest Alfredo Caguioa, has not given any explanation why. Last year, Leni was late in submitting a document demanded by the PET. But still, the PET accepted it.

If there’s ANY LAW granting MAXIMUM LENIENCY to Leni as against Bongbong in his protest, anybody I’d gladly welcome a copy for my enlightenment. If there’s none, DETAILED AND RELATED JUSTIFICATION (S) ONLY please.30

Somebody from the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) had better start explaining the DELAY in COLLECTING BALLOT BOXES covered by the protest of Bongbong Marcos against Leni Robredo!

It’s been two weeks since the PET ruled that the recount of votes in more than 30 provinces being questioned by Bongbong will proceed. Three pilot provinces and storage and canvassing areas for the ballot boxes and the recount have been selected. Bongbong has FULLY PAID the P66 million fee for the recount. But up to now, there’s been NO ACTION.

The collection of the ballot boxes has not started. Not even on an individual level. Not even initial talks have been started on when and how and who will conduct the collection. Even a schedule for talks on preparations have not been reported. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

Kaya ANO BA MERON? ANO PA ang hinihntay? Kung mayroon mang dapat pang hintayin, WALA namang nairereport sa media. Itama ako ninuman kung mali ako. At MALINAW ang sinasabi ko, ha, collection ng ballot boxes ang isyu ko. HINDI KO SINASABING RECOUNT AGAD, para doon sa mga MAGDUDUNUNG-DUNUNGAN NA NAMAN!

Remember, my dear kababayans, until the ballot boxes are collected, transmitted and stored in the areas designated by the PET, the RISKS OF CHEATING will always be there. BALLOT BOX SWITCHING OR THEFT/DISAPPEARANCE, BURNING of the ballot boxes. Name the form of possible cheating, it’s there.

Trillanes is either STUPID, a FOOL, or LYING!

IT WAS THE SUPREME COURT (SC), and not Digong, which ALLOWED BOTH GMA’s release and Marcos’ burial. Both issues having been with the Supreme Court, NOBODY ELSE was authorized to decide. ANYTHING pending with any court CAN ONLY BE DECIDED by that court. Not even the President of the Philippines can rule on anything pending before any court or tribunal.  Trillanes is a senator, a lawmaker. SHAME ON HIM if he doesn’t know or realize this.  So for anyone to say that it was Digong who executed or allowed these two moves is nothing less than STUPIDITY

Trillanes said: “He (Duterte) said he hates corruption yet he never launched any anti-corruption program the past year.”

Among others, Digong launched Hotline 8888, MONTHS AGO wherein the public can relay complaints against CORRUPT, ABUSIVE OR NEGLIGENT government officials or personnel and agencies.  The Philippine National Police (PNP) formed a Counter-Intelligence Task Force against corrupt policemen.  Does Trillanes know the CORRECT MEANING of ANTI-CORRUPTION? Or he’s simply LYING THROUGH HIS TEETH in a shameless attempt to MISLEAD the public?

Trillanes also said Digong says he hates communist but has not fired the communists in his Cabinet. Personally, that’s because Digong is not a DICTATOR and a TOTALLY RATIONAL leader who would fire anybody without ANY VALID REASON.

Trillanes’ handlers had better remind him that he’s a WHALE OF A FOOL if he thinks he can deceive the people with his mere words. 30

Even a grade school kid would READILY REALIZE that the government, especially relief agencies like the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Armed Forces, are NOT JUST ASKING BUT ALWAYS LOOKING AFTER Marawi residents on their IMMEDIATE NEED.

I have never been to any evacuation center for Marawi victims but I will still dare say that government relief personnel DISTRIBUTE GOODS and our soldiers plan their moves BASED ON WHAT THE RESIDENTS say they need or would be safest for them. And not WHAT THEY JUST FEEL LIKE GIVING OR DOING, with total disregard of the evacuees. ONLY AN IDIOT, or somebody without common sense who’s out to DESTROY the Duterte Administration or BOTH, would think like this. You guys choose which of the two is Leni.

UNDENIABLE PROOF that government listens to Marawi evacuees on what they need or how they feel is the fact that since the battle started more than 60 days ago, NO ONE has complained that they are being ignored by the government.  

Even if a Muslim woman claiming to be a relief official asked during the martial law extension joint congressional session that government ask or listen to them, let’s be very clear: SHE DOES NOT REPRESENT, OFFICIALLY OR UNOFFICIALLY, ALL THE MARAWI EVACUEES in any manner whatsoever. She also did not cite any specific detail – names, dates, places, circumstances -- to prove what she had said. To take, therefore, her allegations as the truth for all the Marawi evacuees would be nothing less than STUPIDITY.

Kaya KILABUTAN ka kahit konti, Leni. HINDI TANGA ang mga taga-gobyerno para hindi makinig sa mga Marawi evacuees kung ano ang kailangan nila o dinaramdam nila. Hindi nila kailangan ang anumang paalala mula sa iyo para gawin nila trabaho nila.  At lalong HINDI ESTUPIDO kaming sambayanan para maniwala sa gusto mong palabasin. 30

Sinasabi kong SAFAD NA SA KAPAL ang mukha ni De Lima dahil: Una, DAIG PA NIYA SI NOSTREADAMUS na hindi pa nangyayari ay alam na niya KUNO kung ano ang  nilalaman ng SONA. Nang WALA naman siyang sinabing anumang BASEHAN, gaya ng advanced copy.

Second: De Lima keeps on using the term ‘extra-judicial’ killings. But she knows that as a lawyer herself, IT’S NOT HER WHO WILL DECIDE nor DOES SHE HAVE ANY LEGAL AUTHORITY WHATSOEVER to decide if a killing is extra-judicial or not. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong, ONLY THE COURT can render that kind of ruling.

Third: De Lima said “The drugs are still there (New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa). Why? Because they allowed these drug convicts to do their thing, in exchange for testifying against me.” But as she always does, NO PROOF WHATSOEVER OTHER THAN HER WORDS – NO NAMES, NO DETAILS, NO PHYSICAL OR EVEN CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE. As kids say nowadays, NGANGA!

De Lima said: “How about the true drug lords? Were there any arrests?” Just one example -- Kerwin Espinosa, who was arrested in Abu Dhabi, has admitted to being a drug “distributor” in the Eastern Visayas and has come out with pictures of THEM TOGETHER.  And since she asked about the supposed true drug lords, was De Lima EVER RESPONSIBLE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY for the capture of even one when she was Justice secretary?

A story in gmanews.tv (http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/618551/robredo-camp-insists-pet-to-resolve-integrity-of-automated-elections/story) says the camp of Leni Robredo is insisting that the Supreme Court, sitting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), first resolve the integrity and legitimacy of the automated election system (AES) as raised by Bongbong Marcos Jr. ibefore ballot boxes and other election paraphernalia covered by his protest are retrieved for revision of the votes he is contesting.

Robredo’s lead lawyer, Romulo Macalintal, said: "Kung kinukuwestiyon ni Mr. Marcos ang integridad ng automated elections, kinukuwestiyon din niya ang pagkapanalo ni G. Duterte, ang mga Senador at ang iba pang pagkapanalo ng mga lokal na opisyal.”

I’ve said it before, several times, and I’ll say it again: Bongbong’s protest is ONLY FOR HIMSELF, AND NOT FOR ANYBODY ELSE OR FOR ANY OTHER POSITION. NEVER has he questioned the victory of President Digong Duterte, or any other winner in last year’s elections. So it’s 100 percent PURE STUPIDITY AND DECEPTION for Leni, Macalintal or anyone among their allies to drag other positions into his protest.

MANLOLOKO NA LANG KAYO LENI, MACALINTAL, BULOK pa style ninyo.

And let’s be very clear, Bongbong is NOT QUESTIONING THE LEGITIMACY of the AES, or its management nationwide. It’s the OIPERATION or HANDLING of the AES, of the votes for the vice presidency, IN THE AREAS COVERED by his protest which Bongbong is after.   And not what Len and Macalintal want the people to believe.

President Digong CRITICIZED the charges, but he DID NOT SAY that the case should not proceed. Neither has the President intervened in the case in any manner whatsoever to favor Noynoy.  Digong DID NOT SAY, and has never said, that Noynoy was INNOCENT of the charges. And that if the charges would be dismissed, it would be because of the incompetence of the Ombudsman.  

Kaya PAANONG PINAGTANGGOL ni Digong si Noynoy? Kahit na sino, basta’t sa tingin niya ay mali ang imbestigasyon o paghawak sa isang kaso, HINDI IBIG SABIHIN AY PINAGTATANGGOL na niya ang nasasangkot. The alibi given by Philippine Daily Inquirer Chair Marixi Rufino-Prieto on her family’s decision to sell their 85 percent stake in the company to tycoon Ramon Ang is BULLSHIT!

In a story in inquirer.net, Prieto was quoted as saying that the sale was a “strategic business decision that will maximize growth opportunities for the Inquirer Group. Today, our world, evolution, technology and communication move at a pace that seems to quicken every month. We acknowledged that to continue to adapt, we will need access to professional resources, technology, partnerships that will power the Inquirer Group into the next few decades.”

If they’re really still Number 1 and that influential, it would be STUPIDITY to sell the paper. Banks, technology firms and other companies would be MORE THAN HAPPY to lend money or invest and provide whatever they need. Only an IDIOT of a businessman would ignore an opportunity to be part of a supposedly top-selling and highly influential newspaper like the Inquirer. But apparently that didn’t happen.

 
The only logical reason for that is Inquirer is LOSING HEAVILY. It’s a sinking ship which APPARENTLY NO ONE wants to save for its present owners. That means Inquirer has been RAPIDLY LOSING, IF NOT HAVE TOTALLY LOST, its CREDIBILITY and TRUST of its readers. They are aware that unlike before, their stories are NO LONGER TAKEN AS GOSPEL-TRUTH by legions of their readers. They know they can no longer get away with everything, and thus is no longer dreaded or feared by anyone. Unlike in the past wherein the mere mention of the newspaper was enough to send jitters to anyone who wants to be interviewed by their reporters or columnists.

So somebody had better advise Ms. Prieto that the public is not as STUPID AS SHE THINKS.  We’re as smart, or probably even smarter in some cases, as her people. If she wants to keep whatever credibility is left of the Inquirer, she should SHUT UP! 30

Are Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) members Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno and Justice Alfredo Caguioa SCARED of Leni Robredo?

The fundraising drive started by supporters of Leni to help her finance her counter protest against Bongbong Marcos CONTINUES UNDISTURBED. Even though under the law, it is ILLEGAL for Leni to accept any donation for her personal use or benefit. The organizers even had the STOMACH to file a petition before the PET to allow the fundraising and the turnover of the proceeds to Leni. And that petition HAS NOT BEEN DISMISSED EITHER.

Now, Caguioa is the LEAD JUSTICE for Bongbong’s protest. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but he’s supposed to act on anything related to it until a final decision, if needed, is reached by the Tribunal. As PET chief, Sereno has the power to order or act on anything to ensure ABSOLUTE FAIRNESS to both Bongbong and Leni. But to date, there have been NO REPORTS of either of them saying or doing anything against the fundraising for Leni. Again, anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

ANO MERON? Derechahan nang sinabi ng organzers ang kanilang pakay, na LABAG SA BATAS! Bakit ni ha, ni ho walang sinasabi sina Sereno at Caguioa? Kung hindi takot ang dalawang ito kay Leni, dapat ay AGAD NILANG IBASURA, O IPABASURA, ang petisyon ng mga organizers. Bakit hindi nila magawa?

Kung KUKUNSINTIHIN nina Sereno at Caguioa ang fundraising para kaya Leni, HUWAG SILANG TUTUTOL AT PAYAGAN DIN NILA kapag kikilos din ng ganito ang mga kakampi ni Bongbong. Kapag puwede kay Leni, dapat ay puwede rin kay Bongbong. Kung hindi nila kayang pumarehas, dapat ay MAGINHIBIT NA SILA ngayon pa lamang sa protesta ni Bongbong. 30

Tatlong beses na kong nakakakita ng post sa Facebook ng isang gamit ang pangalan na Robert F. na nananakot na nakamatyag ang taumabayan sa magiging pagnanakaw ni BBM ng boto ni Leni. Nagmura pa ang nagpost. Sinabi ko na noon at uulitin ko na naman: MAY PROTESTANG ISINAMPA si Bongbong. At tulad ng alam nating lahat, umaandar na ang protestang iyon.  BIBILANGIN ulit ang mga botong kinukuwestiyon ni Leni, SA HARAP NIYA o ng mga abugado niya. Kaya ANONG PAGNANAKAW ang mangyayari? SINUNGALING AT MANLOLOKO, kundi man HARI O REYNA NG KABOBOHAN, ang magsasabi nito!

Kanina ko lamang nakita ang video clip ng abugada ni Leni na nagsasabing kinukuwestiyon ni Bongbong ang integridad ng automated election system. Dahil sa wala siyang sinabing particular na lugar, alam na dat na bupong bansa ang tinutumbok niya.   Pero MULA’T SAPUL nang isampa niya ang kaniyang protesta, malinaw na inihayag ni Bongbong na sa ilang probinsiya at siyudad lamang niya gustong mabilang ulit ang mga boto. HINDI ANG LAHAT NG BOTO SA BUONG BANSA.  MANLOLOKO na rin lang, BULOK pa style.

Doon sa video clip ko rin nalaman na tinanong pa pala ni Presidential Electoral Tribunal (P.E.T) Justice Marvic Leonen ang kampo ni Bongbong kung handa silang harapin ang magiging resulta ng kanilang protesta para sa iba pang kandidato. Nanakot pa kumbaga. Dahil iisa lamang daw ang certificate of canvass para sa lahat ng kandidato. Ang sagot ng kampo ni Bongbong ay ‘O0.”

Ni HINDI NA DAPAT tinanong ni Leonen iyon kung tutuusin dahil nagprotesta si Bongbong para lamang sa SARILI NIYA. Hindi para sa lahat ng kumandidato. Kaya hindi na problema ni Bongbong kung paano magre-react ang ibang kandidato. Walang moral na dahilan para mahiya siya kaninuman o masisi siya sa anuman ninuman kung sakali. Wala akoing makitang ibang dahilan sa tanogn na ito ni Leonen maliban sa PAKABAHIN ngayon pa lamang si Bongbong.

May nabasa akong maigsing post na P1 milyon na raw ang naiipon sa “Piso Para Kay Leni!” Noong isang araw, P400,000 pa lamang.  Ayaw din lang tumigil ng mga alipores na Leni, kahit na ALAM NILANG ILEGAL para kay Leni ang tumanggap ng anumang donasyon para sa kaniyang PANSARILING PAKINABANG, at HINDI RIN LANG PINIPIGILAN ni Leni o ng Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), SUMABAY na tayong mga pro-Bongbong.

Personal na ideya ko lang ito: Tayo naman ang magsimula ng “P10 Para Kay Bongbong!” O mahigit pa. Magpetisyon din tayo sa PET tulad ng mga alagad niLeni na payagan tayong ibigay kay Bongbong ang anumangh maiipon natin.  PAREHAS DAPAT ang laban. Kung puwedeng gawin para kay Leni, dapat puwede rin para kay Bongbong.

PAREHO SILANG GAGASTOS sa kani-kaniyang protesta laban sa isa’t-isa.  Kaya’t anuman ang ikaluluwag ni Leni ay DAPAT NA IBIGAY din kay Bongobng. Waang batas na nagsasabing dapat ay mas maraming pabor o kaluwagan ang ibigay kay Leni dahil ito ang nakaupong bise-presidente. Itama ako ninuman kung mali ako.

Kung may aangal sa kampo o mga panatiko ni Leni, sama-sama nating sabihin na ipatigil nila ang ”Piso Para Kay Leni.”  Kung ayaw nila o ninuman, ISARA NIILA MGA BIBIG NILA. Wala silang karapatan na MANLAMANG animang oras na maisipan nila.

A top-caliber but low-profile lawyer-political strategist has just sent this reaction to the OPEN-ENDED extension granted by the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) to Leni Robredo for completing the payment of her counter-protest against Bongbong Marcos:

“Sobrang garapal naman na iyan. Lahat ng klaseng LUWAG (emphasis mine) ibinibigay kay Leni kahit na hindi na dapat. Kay Bongbong, less than a week lang ang ibinigay na period para siya makabayad ng downpayment ng protest fee niya. Biyernes Santo pa ginawa ang deadline. Tapos ngayon, kay Leni, kahit verbal pa lang, isang hirit lang, approve agad ang PET.  Last year, Leni was late in submitting a document. PET rules provide that it should have been disregarded outright but still, the PET accepted it. Ano ba meron si Leni? Kung si Bongbong ang hindi nakabayad, would the PET be just as considerate?”

When I informed the lawyer that according to media reports, three appointees of Leni’s chief benefactor Noynoy Aquino were at the pre-trial (Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno, lead Justice Alfredo Caguioa and Justice Marvic Leonen, he replied: Oh, my God, kaya naman pala!”

Let me just add an excerpt from my blog yesterday: If Leni won’t pay INDEFINITELY, then she should only GET HER DOWNPAYMENT’S WORTH for her counter-protest. For example, she has NO RIGHT to demand the retrieval and collection of ALL the ballot boxes covered by her counter-protest. Only those that can be paid for by her downpayment. Same thing for whatever services or actions she will ask and the expenses these will entail. Shame on her if she will ask for more than what she has paid for. SHE HAS NO RIGHT TO, even if she’s the sitting vice-president. That is, if she has any shame left in her. 30

A story in inquirer.net said the Supreme Court, sitting as Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), has extended the deadline for Leni Robredo to pay the P7-million balance for her counter-protest against Bongbong Marcos. But here’s the catch: her lawyer, Romulo Macalintal, said they would ask the PET that the extension should be until the completion of the recount on the three pilot provinces in Marcos’ protest would have been terminated.

KINAAWAAN na nga sila kahit na HINDI NA SILA MAKAKASUNOD sa deadline ng PET, gusto pa ng kampo ni Leni ngayon na sila ang MAGDIKTA KUNG KAILAN SILA MAGBABAYAD.  Saksakan na ng GULANG, sukdulan pang OPORTUNISTA. Saan kaya humuhugot ng KAPAL NG MUKHA ITO? Si Bongbong, bayad na ng KUMPLETO para sa protesta niya. Apat na araw pa bago ang deadline. HINDI NIYA PINAGHINTAY ANG PET. Ginawan niya ng paraan. Lumapit siya sa mga kaibigan at nagbenta pa siya ng condominium unit.

Kung si Bongbong nakagawa ng paraan para makabayad, bakit si Leni hindi? Wala siyang mautangan o malapitan? WALANG GUSTONG TUMULONG SA KANIYA? Kung ganito ang sitwasyon, ibig sabihin lamang ay WALANG TIWALA SA KANIYA. At tulad ng alam nating lahat, kapag walang tiwala sa iyo, HINDI KA MATINO sa paniniwala nila.
