PROBE PNOY, DOE OFFICIALS FOR MIINDANAO POWER CRISIS

A story in manilastandardtoday.com said no less than the Mindanao Legislators’ Committee (MLC) has revealed that eight-hour blackouts were continuing daily in Mindanao despite power conservation efforts by residents.

This calls for NOTHING LESS than a no-holds barred probe of PNOY HIMSELF, despite his being Chief Executive, and ALL of his power or energy officials.

PNoy had better have a ROCK-SOLID justification as to why the Mindanao power crisis is worsening instead of improving after almost three years of being President.

Malacanang had better have proof that PNoy is, and has always been,  on top of the Mindanao power crisis.

There had better be WRITTEN ORDERS, DIRECTIVES or ACTIONS taken by PNoy on how to address the problem, the moment he became president and not just  now that the crisis is worsening.

Any problem or crisis WOULD NOT WORSEN if it would be attended to immediately. So PNoy and his boys owe the people, especially Mindanaons, an explanation of the following:

HAS ANYTHING BEEN DONE to even ease the power crisis in Mindanao since Pnoy assumed the presidency? What, if any, when  and how long did it take to do it?  Was the work period reasonable or too long?

The MLC said Mindanao has a power shortage of 294 megawatts. Meaning, national and local government facilities are NOT PRODUCING enough electricity.

WHAT EXACTLY is the problems (s)? Are solutions being implemented? If yes, what? If no, why not? What’s’ the reason (s) behind the huge shortage, and who should be held responsible?

Earlier reports had said that the government is planning to build diesel or bunker fuel fired plants to augment the power supply in Mindanao.

Let’s see now who among our senators and congressmen are truly PRO-PEOPLE and will immediately call for a thorough probe of the Mindanao power crisis, whether or not they’re  candidates in the May polls.

AGAIN, DON'T BE FOOLED BY SWS, PULSE ASIA

More than ever, DON’T BE FOOLED by surveys saying Team PNoy candidates are way ahead of UNA bets in the senatorial race.

And let me say outright, I DON’T WORK for UNA or any of its candidates senatorial or local. Anybody can verify this anytime, anywhere and with anybody.  I work for myself, and against the MIND-CONDITIONING efforts of surveys meant to DECEIVE the undecided or the gullible.

Just more than a onth before the May elections, NOT A SINGLE, BIG group or sector has OPENLY/PUBLICLY expressed all-out support for all, or most of, the Team PNoy candidates.

Not the Church, both Catholic and non-Catholic.

None from the labor, youth or business sector, our kababayans overseas,  urban and rural, civil society, professionals, none. Up to now, NOBODY has given even a drop credibility or semblance of truth to surveys showing Team PNoy bets are leading by as much as 8-4.

Not even the Black and White Movement, of which Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda is a ranking member on-leave.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

It’s only Pulse Asia and SWS, along with Malacanang and Team PNoy  officials and handlers who consistently claim that Team PNoy is way ahead of the senatorial race.

As we have all been seeing, the supposed surveys of Team PNoy’s lead are ENTIRELY GENERIC. Nothing specific – the provinces or cities or towns covered, the sectors wherein the respondents belong to or even a sampling of the names and locations of the respondents.

To convince yourself that these self-serving surveys are nothIng but BRAINWASHING, try this:

Form a group with your friends and CONDUCT YOUR OWN SURVEY.  The more, the better.

Ask your family members, friends and relatives, or even business associates and mere acquaintances, whom they will vote for senators. If you have the means or can afford it, shoot videos of your respondents as proof of authenticity.

Then, combine your results and judge for yourselves.

It’s US WHO WILL, AND MUST DICTATE, our political future after the May elections. NOT, AND SHOULD NEVER BE, SWS or Pulse Asia. 30

PATI DIYOS, GINAGAMIT NA NI PNOY PUMOGI LANG

A story in abs-cbnnews.com quoted PNoy as saying like the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, the country is starting to rise.

Has your salary increased? Has it ever been increased since PNoy became president? Is it continuously being raised because of the supposed economic progress PNoy is BOASTING OF?

Is it easier now to find a job than before? To buy a car or your own home, or secure credit or financing for it?

Pnoy said before, Filipinos had to go overseas to work but now, “nagsisibalikan na sila dito dahil ramdam nila ang pagdagsa ng pagkakataon at ang kakaibang kumpyansa sa ating ekonomiya."

With more than two million of our countrymen JOBLESS  as latest reports show, NABABALIW ang sinumang OFW na babalik para dito na magtrabaho.

If PNoy is not LYING THROUGH HIS TEETH, let him or his boys present statistics – numbers, names, countries from where they came from –of supposed OFWs who have returned home to work.

PNoy said: "…ngayon, tinutulungan natin ang mahigit 3,800,000 kabahayang benepisyaryo ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (or conditional cash transfer or CCT).”

It is an INDISPUTABLE FACT that the CCT was an IDEA of, and STARTED by, former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. NOT PNOY, or any of his people. That simply means the CCT ALREADY HAD BENEFICIARIES when he became president.

But HE DID NOT CITE how many classrooms have indeed been built, or are being built. And since he said before 2013 ends, that can be up to Dec. 31 or God knows when.

15 SIGNS YOUR LOVER'S ONLY AFTER SEX

Here's another sample from my e-book LOVE spa (Situations, Problems, Advice, a compilation of  51 blgos on various topics about love which I had written more than a year ago. It's P50 per download for locals and US$2 for those abroad. you will find instructions on howto download in the LOVE spa logo on my website, boyetantoniojr.com You can also send your payment through western union. Just send me a private message so that I can give you my full name and mailing address. Thanks, God Bless and I hope you'll like it, guys.

Ms. JG of Pasig thinks her boyfriend is only after sex. Her boyfriend is demanding more and more fucking as days go by. She’s asking for tips on how to find out if she’s correct.

More often than not, he talks about sex. He always injects sex into your conversation, even though it’s unrelated to the topic.

Your boyfriend threatens to break up with you if you won’t give in to his lust, while
badgering you with the cliché “Kung talagang mahal mo ko, papayag ka sa gusto ko (If you really love me, you’ll make love to me).”

After the first time, he CATEGORICALLY DEMANDS for sex when he’s hot, regardless of your condition or mood or priorities for the day.

For him, all your dates must end up in bed, and there had better be one hell of a reason for him to agree to a postponement.

If there’s no assurance, or possibility, that your date will end in a fuck, you’ll need a miracle to make him agree to go out. Worse, he’ll ask you to take along somebody else instead.

If you refuse his sexual demand, he’s not available or capable of anything else for the rest of the day and suddenly remembers he has something to do or to attend to.

He’s colder than ice or more irritable than a pre-menopausal lady in the days following your rejection of his fuck request.

He first asks if you’re alone before he goes to your home.

He wants a schedule of when you’re alone at home, or the days when everybody else in the family will be on holiday or out-of-town trips and will be gone for days.

Even if you say you’re dead tired from work or school, or have something to finish, he’d rather try to turn you on first before asking you what’s up.

He starts getting colder and colder after the first, second or third sexual encounter.

The time he spends with you is getting shorter and shorter. From being his top priority  before, he’d rather now be with his gang first than with you.

His paglalambing (sweetness) – holding your hand, putting an arm around you, giving you a hug every now and then – is vanishing faster than crushed ice.

He has resumed socializing with women without informing you.

Most of all, you’ll start getting word from friends that he has been disowning you as his sweetheart whenever he meets someone new or flirts with other women.

Bottom line, ladies: The moment you see even one of these signs in your man after going to bed with him, confront him. If he can’t give a convincing justification, BREAK OFF with him, IMMEDIATELY.

In love, follow your heart, but use your head. 30

MALACANANG'S DIRTY TRICKS STARTING NEXT WEEK

A Malacanang insider has just revealed this to me:

Starting next week, we will be flooded, as in drowned, in non-stop ‘pa-pogi’ press releases by PNoy’s government on the following subjects:

Billions and billions of supposed fund releases for various infrastructure projects

Left and right approval of purportedly pro-poor programs like food generation and job creation through left and right approval of projects pending since PNoy took over as president

Supposed accomplishments, big and negligible, of all government agencies which will be played up to the hilt in both print and broadcast media

Multi-billion projects and plans for the future by Pnoy, and his senatorial bets if they get elected

Revival of old or long-decided cases against perceived enemies of Pnoy, especially former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (GMA) and former Chief Justice Renato Corona

New cases or accusations, no matter how VULGARLY ILLOGICAL or senseless, against the perceived political foes

The Malacanang insider told me that the media barrage will be so INTENSE  that PNoy and his tribe WILL NOT TOUCH on issues damaging to their administration like the Sabah crisis and the veto of the magna Carta for the Por.

The idea, the insider said, is for the people to hear or read nothing but the ‘pa-pogi’ of Pnoy  until they get deaf to it and, even subconsciously, accept it as the truth.

“Like what you had written before, PNoy knows the truth that surveys claiming his senatorial bets are leading are nothing but lies. Unless they control or divert the public ire, PNoy knows they’re headed for a humiliating defeat in the elctions,” the insider told me.

Once this happenesa, boys and girls, I only have one question:

KAYO BA, MAGPAPALOKO SA MALACANANG? AKO HINDI. Tulad na rin ng nasabi ko na, ang magpapabola, walang karapatang magreklamo pag lalong hihirap ang buhay. 30

DESPERATE FACE-SAVING GIMMICK BY PNOY

I see three revelations in PNoy’s plan to declare a state of emergency in Mindanao to solve the power crisis

First: It’s a CHEAP, VULGAR and BRAINLESS political gimmick.

The Mindanao power crisis has been crippling the region for years. A summit to address it had been even held (last year if I’m correct).

But NOTHING HAPPENED. The crisis did not ease, it WORSENED.

And now that it’s election time, PNoy himself is talking about acting personally on the problem. ALMOST THREE YEARS in office and it’s only now that he’s taking a direct hand.

HIindi noong kauupo pa lamang niya bilang Pangulo, noong WALANG ELEKSIYON at WALA SIYANG MGA KANDIDATO.

Second: The planned state of emergency proves that PNoy and his boys are aware of the anger of Mindanao residents over their MISERABLE handling of the Sabah crisis, and the looming HUMILIATING DEFEAT that their candidates might suffer.

Because if this was not the case, then PNoy WOULD NOT bother to personally take over to solve the power crisis, as what he had done since he assumed the presidency.

Third: The planned state of emergency proves that PNoy had LIED to Mindanao residents  with his ‘EMPTY promise to the people “Kayo ang boss ko.”

And for those who will defend PNoy by saying that projects were done and action taken, be sure to SPECIFY and EXPLAIN the following: What projects or actions and WHY were these NOT ENOUGH?

I dare say it’s not enough because if it were, then the Mindanao power crisis would have been solved already,, substantially if not totally.

For the simple reason that the investments inflow which the PNoy government says can be expected from the investment grade rating ARE NOT HERE, YET. And they CAN’T TELL, even tentatively, when these investments can be expected.

Meaning, it can come tomorrow, next month or next year or in 2016. As in, God knows when. So don’t be as excited as Pnoy and his boys want you to be, with their media barrage.

Pnoy and his boys said, among others, that the investment grade will translate to lower interest rates and greater access to cheaper funds. But they can’t even give speculative figures.

So for all we know, the interest rates may be not as low as we would want or expect.  Or access to funds may not be as easy as they picture it to be.

Even if you look at PNoy’s press statement, it’s a TOTALLY GENERIC, SELF-SERVING ‘PA-POGI’ reaction.

NO SPECIFICS whatsoever.

PNoy and his boys claim TOTAL, ABSOLUTE CREDIT for the iinvestment grade, citing, among others, sound fiscal management and purportedly integrity-based leadership.

But they CAN’T POINT OUT EVEN A SINGLE measure they’ve done, or had conceived or developed as their ORIGINAL IDEA, to justify their arrogance.

For the record, I’m not belittling the investment grade rating by Fitch.

I have written this piece to HELP ENLIGHTEN our  people on why we should not be BRAINWASHED into adoring or giving full support ot PNoy following the Fitch assessment.

SUKDULANG KAPAL NG MUKHA NI LACIERDA

Talaga palang SUKDULAN SA KAPAL ANG MUKHA at ang KAYABANGAN ntong si Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda.
In lifting the Philippines to investment grade, international credit agency Fitch Ratings categorically declared in a statement that: “Improvements in fiscal management begun under President (Gloria Macapagal) Arroyo (GMA) have made general government debt dynamics more resilient to shock.”
But Lacierda, who said he’s quoting Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima who had served under Arroyo as Trade and Finance secretary, countered that the previous administration had contributed to the decline of the country's credit rating. For the record:
FIrst: It was Fitch who granted the investment grade, NOT PURISIMA OR LACIERDA.
Second: Lacierda is a lawyer. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong, he is NOT AN ECONOMIST.
He, is also NOT A SPOKESMAN of Fitch. Therefore, he (and Purisima if he indeed spoke to him) has NO MORAL OR PROFESSIONAL RIGHT to BELIE, TWIST OR INTERPRET Fitch’s statement to their own liking.
Third: It’s an undisputed fact that during the world financial crisis which struck  several years ago (2007 if I’m right) during the Arroyo presidency, the Philippines DID NOT GO INTO RECESSION.
COMMON SENSE will tell, even to a high school kid, that the opposite should have happened if the country’s investment image was on a decline.
The United States went into recession, along with several other countries. Purisima knows this. He was a FORMER ARROYO Cabinet member. Shame on him if he will have the stomach to say he did not.
Fourth: Lacierda claimed that when Arroyo “inherited the presidency we were one notch below investment grade. Since then, it went down."
Pero kahit GA-BUHOK na ebidensiya, WALA SIYANG MAIPAKITA.
Fifth: Laicerda boasted that:  “It was only in the time of President Aquino when we inherited the government that it was upgraded to BB+ and today, we have been upgraded to investment grade status."
Again, Lacierda could NOT CITE EVEN A SINGLE example of what their government had done to achieve the investment grade.
Derechahang inakusahan si GMA, WALA NAMANG EBIDENSIYA. Puro daldal  LANG.

PNOY'S VETO OF MAGNA CARTA FOR POOR IS UNACCEPTABLE

Unless it can be JUSTIFIED IN DETAIL, PNoy’s veto of the Magna Carta for the Poor is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

PNoy said the implementation of the Magna Carta cannot be funded by his government, especially since the rights of the poor to food, livelihood and others provided in the Magna Carta can be demanded by the less-fortunate.

I have not read the whole bill but I will dare say that the authors did not mean NOW or IMMEDIATELY, LITERALLY, when they used the word demand in writing the measure.

As quoted by PNoy himself, the Magna Carta provides that “the government shall, as a matter of duty and obligation, PROVIDE THE REQUIREMENTS, CONDITIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES for the full enjoyment of these rights of the poor."

Meaning, it’s UP TO THE GOVERNMENT, and not to the poor, how to effectively, and comfortably, implement the Magna Carta.

Ano ngayon ang problema? Personally, I see two possibilities:

PNoy himself DOES NOT WANT the Magna Carta implemented. Or HE AND HIS BOYS ARE one big bunch of incompetents that THEY SIMPLY DON’T KNOW how to do it.

If PNoy will say it’s the money:

If billions, of pesos can be readily allocated to the conditional cash transfer program despite the ABSENCE of a PUBLIC ACCOUNTING of the funds since Pnoy became president, WHY can’t the same thing be done for the Magna Carta?

How much money does the government have and how much exactly is allocated for pro-poor programs?

PNoy’s government HAS NOT STOPPED collecting all kinds of taxes and fees since they assumed power in 2010. And as I had mentioned in an earlier blog, add to these funds the billions coming from Pagcor, the PCSO and other state-run firms.

Plus government earnings from various investments here at home and abroad.

So, HOW MUCH are we talking about? And WHERE’S THEMONEY.

Remember, people, since PNoy became president, NOT EVEN ONE MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURE project has been funded, and finished, by his administration,

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

We are being bombarded lately with all kinds of ‘pa-pogi’ from the government --  billions and billions of pesos allocated or ready for release of this and that project;  tens of billions of pesos worth of investments or projects approved, and the like…

BIGGER TROUBLE BEHIND THE MINDANAO POWER CRISIS

Don’t take the Mindanao power shortage and the possibility of election fraud or failure lightly. There’s something much more SCARY about it.

If it can happen to Mindanao, IT CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE else in the country, where the chances of wining of senatorial candidates of PNoy are as WEAK, or WEAKER, as the odds against them in Mindanao.

Making the issue more SUSPICIOUS is PNoy himself first declared that there will be no power problem in Mindanao come the polls.

And the next day, in total contradiction of PNoy, the Department of Energy (DoE) can categorically say this early that IT CANNOT guarantee a brownout-free election Mindanao.

Question: Whose LYING between PNoy and the DoE? If nobody is, what made PNoy issue an apparently BASELESS DECLARATION on an issue as sensitive as the Mindanao power crisis?

Believe me, Pnoy and his boys won’t admit to INCOMPETENCE/

But more importantly, if the DoE can give a grim forecast this early on the Mindanao power crisis, what will stop I from giving similar forecasts for other areas in the coming days?

The power shortage in Mindanao has been a problem since PNoy assumed office, yes. And no similar crisis has been reported, yet, in other areas.

But keep in mind, guys, that the DoE, or even Napocor, can come up with a thousand and one reasons for a sudden loss of electrical power come Election Day -- sudden breakdown of a major component in a power plant, sabotage of transmission lines, name it.

And anybody correct me if I’m wrong, there have been NO REPORTS OF PREEMPTIVE MEASURES, like systems checks or maintenance operations, among government power plants UP TO NOW, including Metro Manila.

Earlier reports said water is being stockpiled in Mindanao hydro power dams.

Question: What about the turbines and other machines in the dams? Are these being checked or repaired already if necessary? If no, WHY NOT?

ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE on Election Day, guys.

Time for us to start RESERVING as many CANDLES and MATCHES,. FLASHLIGHTS,, mobile phone batteries and any other possible source of light, to help ensure the sanctity of the ballot. 30

POSSIBLE DIVERSIONARY TACTICS BY PNOY

One of my tried and most reliable sources of information during my media days has just revealed this:

PNoy and his boys are very seriously considering THREE TACTICS to DIVERT public attention and stop the  RAPIDLY SPREADING DISCONTENT of the people I his incompetent handling of the Sabah crisis.

First: PNoy will either suspend or fire a controversial and ranking government official or head of agency who is openly despised by the people, despite perceived or actual personal closeness to him.

Second:  PNoy will personally order the prosecution or any other tough legal action against influential and rich people from the private sector who are known to be close to him and are currently linked to controversial transactions or events,

Third:  A bloody and senseless act (s)  of violence wherein people will be killed and  wounded will be pulled off when we least expect it, with police and other law enforcement agencies surprisingly making arrests in record time.

In support of any of these gimmicks, my source said PNoy and his people, especially Cabinet secretaries, will BOMBARD us with press releases of supposed multi-billion peso projects or plans and purported non-stop accomplishments by the Aquino Government.

My source said PNoy himself is aware that his supposed popularity, as claimed by his crony survey firms Pulse Asia and Social Weather Stations (SWS), is not enough to suppress the public’s frustration over his undeniable incompetence in handling the Sabah crisis.

And unless discontent on the Sabah crisis is controlled,  my source said PNoy accepted in a recent briefing by his boys that it will take a MIRACLE for his senatorial candidates to win in the May polls.

Kaya’t HUWAG KAYONG PAPALOKO O PAPABOLA, mga kababayan.

WHATEVER PNoy and his boys say, the fact remains he has NOT DONE ANYTHING to stop the fighting in Sabah and the killing or wounding, and baseless arrests, of our countrymen there.

Nothing but TALK, TALK, TALK – settle the crisis through talks, aid for our detained countrymen, etc --- but NO SPECIFICS, NO APEALS for international arbitration, no plans for a dialogue between the Sulu sultan, Malaysia and the Philippine Government, NO NTHING.

PURO DALDAL, WALANG GAWA.

UP MANILA OFFICIALS SHOULD BE PROBED,IMMEDIATELY

The suicide of University of the Philippines (UP) -Manila freshman Kristel Tejada merits an IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION by Malacanang, the Senate and the House of  Representatives.

Ang HINDI AAKSYON, HINDI MAKAMAHIRAP at  WALANG MORAL NA KARAPATAN  na  tawagin pang public servant.

Kristel was placed under bracket D of the school’s Socialized Tuition and Financial Assistance Program (STFAP, wherein her family had to pay P300 per unit instead of free tuition plus allowance under bracket E-2.

But UP officials had earlier admitted that Tejada had failed to submit documents that could have placed Kristel in a lower bracket, which would have spared her  family of  tuition.

SINO ang nagdesisyon or nag-approve?

Did this happen only to Kristel,or has this been done to other students?

Bracket D is for families with an annual income of P135,000 to P250,000. But Kristel’s father said he only found a job as a taxi driver last April, after four long years of not having any work.

A taxi driver doesn’t work every day. The usual frequency is every other day. For him to earn P135,000 yearly, a taxi driver must  earn  P11,000 plus monthly or  approximately P700 plus  very working day.

From that P700 plus will come the expenses for his family’s survival.

But UP Vice-President for Public Affairs Prospero de Vera admitted that the STFAP classification was too focused on the parent’s income,  not on the expenses.

So WHY WAS THIS POLICY ALLOWED, and by whom? Was this ever revised? If not, why?

\Kristel’s father said she attended all her classes since November even though she was not enrolled.

So why was she still asked to go on forced leave? Why wasn’t she asked to stop attending classes right from the start to spare her from the extreme disappointment and humiliation of being asked to go on forced leave despite her efforts?

Kristel may be dead. But there are scores of other financially-strapped students  like her. Unless things are straightened out, we should not be surprised if someone follows her footsteps. 30

PNOY'S IDIOTIC DESPERATION OVER THE SABAH CRISIS

I have never seen DESPERATION AS IDIOTIC as what PNoy is going through now with his BASELESS claim of conspirators as being behind the Sabah crisis.

For the SECOND TIME IN TWO DAYS, PNoy again claimed that conspirators funded the trip of the men of Sulu Sultan Jamalul Kiram III to Sabah in his speech at the commemoration of the Jabidah Massacre.

And for the second time, PNoy DID NOT IDENTIFY ANY of the supposed conspirators. Again, he DID NOT PRESENT ANY PROOF to back up his claim.

Masyado na tayong GINAGAGO ng presidenteng ito.

He is using the mass communications theory which, in a nutshell, states that whatever you say will be eventually taken as truth by your audience as long as you REPEATEDLY, as in REPEATEDLY, say and hammer it into their heads.

Even if you DON’T PRESENT PROOF of what you’re saying.

PNoy himself admitted that a month after the Sabah fighting began, his government has NOT EVEN CONFIRMED the official number of fatalities.

But you now what is the real COLD-BLOODED TRAGEDY that will make even the skin of a 90-year-old person CRAWL (kikilabutan) with disgust?

PNoy has NOT DONE ANYTHING to stop the bloodshed.

A   few days ago, he said he prefers to resolve the Sabah crisis through talks. But as I had pointed out in an earlier blog, he DID NOT give even a TIMETABLE, VENUE and NEGOTIATORS for the supposed talks.

Malaysia has said offensive police and military operations against Kiram’s men won’t stop until they leave. Kiram has said a withdrawal is out of the question. Therefore, the fighting will go on.

And PNoy is DOING NOTHING CONCRETE about it – no moves for immediate international arbitration, no calls on Malaysia to accept Kiram’s offer for a ceasefire and start negotiations at once, no nothing.,

And to Presidential Communications Undersecretary Manolo Quezon:

You denied that the commemoration of the Jabidah massacre was triggered by the Sabah crisis.

Really now…Your government, Manolo, has been in power for three years. WHY THE HELL DID YOU NOT commemorate It in your first or second year, WHEN THERE WAS NO TROUBLE IN Sabah?

And I thought all along that you were as good as others say you are. 30

HEARTLESS, BRAINLESS REACTIONS FROM PNOY'S GOV'T

Look at how HEARTLESS and BRAINLESS can the PNoy Government be on the reported killings and maltreatment of our innocent countrymen in Sabah:

News reports said the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) will document the reports as it expressed grave concern while asking Malaysia for clarification.

Why do I say it’s HEARTLESS? I don’t see any sense of URGENCY to the DFA reaction. The DFA did not say HOW SOON would they start an investigation and how fast will it take.

There’s no mention of how the probe will be conducted and by whom.As kids nowadays would say, BAHALA NA SI BATMAN.

Our innocent countrymen are either being killed or maltreated by Malaysian police. Assuming that reports are accurate, HOW MANY MORE of our people MUST DIE or be ABUSED first before the DFA acts?

And in a BRAINLESS and PATHETIC attempt to reinforce the DFA pronouncement, Deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said the reported abuses on our countrymen were unacceptable.

Ms. Valte said the Department of Foreign Affairs will be contacting  Malaysian authorities for talks on the reported abuses.

Clearly, she’s TOO INCOMPETENT NOT TO REALIZE that Malaysia will NEVER ADMIT to any wrongdoing, if ever there’s any. In fact, Malaysian police authorities have already issued a denial in their media.

But you know what’s really WORST, no less than Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak is trying to make IDIOTS out of us, and the international community monitoring the Sabah fighting.

Razak says no ceasefire would be considered as long as Kiram’s men won’t leave.

There would be NO MORE USE for a ceasefire if Kiram’s men would leave, simply because the fighting WOULD STOP. Unless it would cover fights between animals like cats and dogs, sports tournaments, shooting contests or other opposing parties in competitions

I’m not saying that the reported killings and abuses are true.

But what I’ll say is neither OUR OWN OFFICIALS or those of the MALAYSIAN GOVERNMENT have the right to treat us like fools.

That I can’t take, unconditionally. 30

IF PNOY WON'T ACT, DON'T VOTE FOR LP BETS

PNoy had better start vigorously pursuing international intervention following Malaysia’s rejection of a ceasefire offer by Sulu Sultan Jamalul Kiram III to end the fighting in Sabah .

If PNoy won’t do anything, it will be proof that he is for the interests of others first, before that of the Filipino people.

Malaysia’s rejection of the ceasefire offer showed that it won’t listen to PNoy or to any other person calling for the cessation of offensive operations against Kiram’s men.

Not even to United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Ban Kii-Moon, who had called for an end to the violence in Sabah.

Whether PNoy likes it or not, Kiram’s men are Filipino citizens, too, and are entitled to all the protection provided for by Philippine laws.

I’m not saying that Kiram’s men have done nothing wrong. But neither have they been proven guilty of anything by any international court.

So under our laws, they are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

If PNoy continues to echo the Malaysian line of unconditional surrender instead of personally carrying out measures to help guarantee the safety of Kiram’s men, then there should be no more room for doubt that he is acting like a spokesman for the Malaysian Government..

If PNoy won’t do anything, then there’s no reason to vote for his candidates in the coming elections. We will only glorify his being a weakling through his candidates whom we will vote for.
For the record, I don’t want a shooting war between Malaysia and the Philippines .

What I’m after is for PNoy to show genuine concern to our Muslim brothers and sisters in Kraim’s followers as the father of the nation.

Pilipino rin sila katulad natin. 30

PNOY'S COLD-BLOODEDNESS ON SABAH BLOODBATH

The COLD-BLOODEDNESS PNoy is showing in the ongoing Sabah crackdown on Kiram’s followers is something WE ALL SHOULD KEEP IN MIND, not only for the May elections but for the REST OF HIS TERM.

Various reports say the death toll, from both Kiram’s men and Sabah authorities, has risen to as many as 19. With the determination being shown by Kiram’s men to fight to the death, the body count will most likely rise.

But up to now, PNoy HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING to even try to stop the Malaysian pursuit of Kiram’s men, our countrymen.

As I had indicated in my preceding blog, PNoy has not exerted any effort to personally ask the Malaysian head of state to suspend the pursuit or to GUARANTEE the safety of Kiram’s men who will be caught.

Kumbaga, MAMATAY NA LAHAT KUNG MAMAMATAY ang mga tauhan ni Kiram, WALA SIYANG PAKIALAM/.

And Malacanang had better not have the stomach to point to the Department of Foreign Affairs as the one who should ask for a halt of police action against Kiram’s men.

Only the Malaysian prime minister can order the suspension. To task a lower Philippine official to deal with him on such a sensitive matter is both an INSULT and STUPIDITY.

I’M NOT SAYING that Kiram’s men have not done anything wrong.

But again, the ownership of Sabah HAS NOT BEEN DECIDED WITH FINALITY by any international court.

Therefore, Malaysia CANNOT claim, legally and morally, that they own Sabah.

Malaysia can still turn out to be a LAND-GRABBER who wants to keep control of
a property owned by our Muslim brothers,  or by our country .

Kiram and his men can still be right, that his family owns Sabah.

Until the contrary is proven before the court, Kiram’s followers are entitled to all the protection they are entitled to under Philippine laws.

That’s what they need, not treatment FIT FOR A CRIMINAL, or a SELLOUT. 30
