POE SHOULD BE FAIR WITH XIAMEN AIR PROBE!

Grace Poe had better be TOTALLY FAIR with her planned Senate probe of the Xiamen Air NAIA runway overshoot Thursday that affected thousands of passengers for some 36 hours.

She should also SUMMON/QUESTION THE PILOT of the plane.  Through whatever manner possible, since the pilot is an alien and some foreign relations protocols might be involved.  Whatever it takes, it’s INDISPENSABLE that the Xiamen Air pilot, and for that matter company officials, MUST ALSO BE REQUIRED TO EXPLAIN.

Kumbaga sa kotse o bus, IYONG PILOTO ANG NASA MANIBELA nang magovershoot o lumagpas sa runway iyong eroplano at sumadsad/humarang. HINDI ang sInumang taga-NAIA. Kung hindi dahil sa nangyari, HINDI MAAAPAEKTUHAN ang schedule ng mga biyahe at mga gawain sa NAIA. Kaya DAPAT LAMANG na isabay ni Poe sa imbestigasyon niya IYONG PILOTO AT MGA TAGA-XIAMEN AIR.

If Poe will not invite the pilot and Xiamen Air officials or representatives in Manila, then her planned investigation will be totally UNFAIR to those she will summon. It will be NOTHING LESS THAN A PUBLICITY STUNT or media exposure. At the expense of NAIA and other air transport guys, and airline companies. 30

In a story in inquirer.net, UN rapporteur Agnes Callamard claimed there’s “an increasing awareness on the part of the Filipino people that the war on drugs could hurt them. The surveys that are being done indicate support for the president…but critique the war on drugs.”

Sariling salita na ni Callamard ang nagpapakita na MANLOLOKO SIYA. Hindi porke takot masaktan ang isang tao ng isang bagay ay KINAKALABAN na niyai ito. Halimbawa, maaaring matakot ang isang tao kapag sosonahin ng mga pulis ang kaniyang kapaligiran dahil baka magkagulo at masaktan siya ng hindi sinasadya.. Pero hindi ibig sabihin ay ayaw niya o tatanggihan niya ang pagsona, lalo pa’t KABUTIHAN ANG MAIDUDULOT NITO sa kaniyang lugar.

One may criticize something but IT DOES NOT FOLLOW that he or she is rejecting it entirely.  This is plain, grade school English. Callamard is with the UN so she’s supposed to be very smart. It would be IMPOSSIBLE and RIDICULOUS to even think that she does not know the meaning of or does not understand her estimate. A story in inquirer.net says Leni Robredo is urging the Duterte Administration to listen and learn from former Colombian President Cesar Gaviria who said President Digong Duterte is committing the same mistakes he did in waging an anti-drug war. Leni’s NOT AN ANTI-DRUG EXPERT. She has no KNOWN EXPERIENCE OR PREVIOUS POSITION which dealt on illegal drugs. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. So other than an unquenchable DESPERATION FOR PUBLICITY, Leni has no PROFESSIONAL RIGHT to meddle in any manner in the conduct of the anti-drug war. And think about these, guys: 

First: Gaviria DID NOT WIN THE ANTI-DRUG WAR he waged in his country. To date, Colombia is considered worldwide as a TOP SUPPLER of illegal drugs. So it would be RIDICULOUS, IDIOTIC and a MONUMENTAL WASTE of time to even listen to a loser. 

Second: Whether Leni and her comrades in the Yellow Army admit it or not, the Duterte Government s WINNING its anti-drug war. Complete victory has not been achieved yet but President Digong is WINNING. Among others, MORE THAN A MILLION DRUG PUSHERS AND USERS have surrendered. 

As I have always been saying HOW MANY THOUSANDS MORE CRIMES would have been committed, how many thousands more INNOCENT PEOPLE and lawmen killed or wounded, women raped and homes robbed had these illegal drug personalities not turned themselves in? 

Overall, the crime rate has drastically gone down. Word on the streets has it that the price of shabu has risen sky-high. The Duterte anti-drug war is not perfect, definitely. But the RESULTS are clearly visible. Colombia and the Philippines have different factors to deal with in the anti-drug war. Whatever improvements must be made, it certainly does not need to be based on external methodology, especially that of a loser.30

The insistence of some allies of Noynoy Aquino on a Senate probe of Amnesty International’s (AI) BASELESS claim of PNP payments to cops and others who kill illegal drug lords/pushers and users is NOTHING MORE than their latest, CHEAP AND PATHETIC ATTEMPT TO DESTROY President Digong Duterte’s image. Here are excerpts from an earlier post of mine: on the issue:

So you be the judge, guys:  NO WITNESSES, NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE. NO SUSPECTS, NO SPECIFICS. What the fuck is a Senate probe for, if not to destroy the image of President Digong and the PNP? As far as I know, the Senate is NOT A DUMPING GROUND FOR TSISMIS.30

Ngayon ko napatunayan, ESTUPIDO, TSISMOSO AT SAGAD SA KAPAL NG MUKHA PALA ang Amnesty International (AI).  Gagawa din lang ng atake laban sa Duterte Government, TATANGA-TANGA pa at kahit HINDI NAKAPAGARAL AY HINIDI MANINIWALA!

In stories in various news websites, AI SHAMELESSLY CLAIMED that the Philippine National Police (PNP) has been paying its operatives in the anti-drug war or hired killers various amounts to kill anyone involved in illegal drugs ---drug lord, trafficker, pusher, user. But, take note, AI DID NOT IDENTIFY the supposed paymaster, and the supposed mastermind.

MISS U NON-INVITE HARD SLAP ON LENI!

The non-invite of Leni Robredo to the Miss Universe coronation rites is NOT just a simple case of lack of VIP tickets. And it’s definitely NOT THE FAULT of the Department of Tourism (DOT) as some of her fanatics are trying to portray.

The non-invite is PROOF that even if Leni is the sitting vice-president of the country, SHE DOES NOT ENJOY THE IMPORTANCE AND RECOGNITION  of the international organizers of the pageant. Otherwise, a seat in the VIP section would have been AUTOMATICALLY RESERVED for Leni being the second highest official of the host country. Long before the coronation night was scheduled. Remember, the Philippines is ONLY the host country. EVERYTHING related to the pageant is at the discretion of the organizers.

Whether or not she and her camp admit it, it’s a HARD SLAP on Leni’s face.

Considering the fact that Leni has TRAVELLED TO VARIOUS COUNTRIES FOUR OR FIVE TIMES since she became sitting vice-president seven months ago. Trios which had given her a lot of international exposure.

SHAME ON YOU, U.S. Millenium Challenge.

You withheld a $434-milion aid you had earlier pledged due to concerns on human rights and rule of law in the ongoing anti-drug war of the Duterte Administration. With NOTHING more than media reports of allegations or denunciations as your basis.  

Allegations and denunciations by people who include a senator who has been pinpointed to by, among others, as a confessed drug lords and her FORMER LOVER IN AN ADULTEROUS RELATIONSHIP as a protector of the illegal drugs trade. And a human rights commission WHO NEVER STOOD UP for the human rights of law enforcers and innocent civilians KILLED OR VICTIMIZED by drug pushers and drug lords.

You did not have the professionalism to first ask President Duterte or any other concerned official for our government’s side. You did not bother to conduct even a short-term probe.  While there have been a few questionable deaths in the anti-drug war, these are being investigated. Otherwise, NOT ONE CASE of human rights violation HAS BEEN PROVEN BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT despite the CONSISTENT, SWEEPING  claims of the sources of allegations and denunciations of the BIASED, VESTED-INTEREST CRITICS.

How NARROW-MINDED can you Millenium guys, get.  Thank God you’re not the only ones who can provide us with aid. 30

IT’S DE LIMA, NOT DUTERTE, WHO’S UNFIT!

A story in gmanews.tv says according to Leila de Lima, President Digong Duterte is an “unfit” chief executive for supposedly "promoting" killings in the country.  I say it’s De Lima, not Digong, who’s UNFIT FOR PUBLIC OFFICE.

Remember, guys, De Lima has ADMITTED to an ADULTEROUS RELATIOINSHP with her former driver Ronnie Dayan. She has also ADMITTED sending a text message to Dayan’s daughter telling Dayan NOT TO ATTEND a congressional probe of the illegal drug trade in the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP) in Muntinlupa. Adultery is against the law. She’s a lawmaker who VIOLATED THE LAW but remained UNPUNISHED. She’s a lawmaker who blocked possible information from a person who could have shed light on an UNLAWFUL BUSINESS in the NBP.

Speaking to CNN International, De Lima said Duterte can be impeached for what she described as the "mass murders" in the ongoing anti-illegal drug war being waged by the Duterte Government. But NOIWHERE in the gmanews.tv story did she cite even ONE SPECIFIC, INDISPUITABLE PROOF that Duterte directly ordered the killings or had personally participated in them. Neither did De Lima CITE OR SHOW UNDENIABLE PROOF that ALL as in ALL the killings were all related to illegal drugs, and not due to personal grudge or other crimes or other possible causes. All she had was her OWN. SELF-SERVING WORDS. The only fitting adjectives I can think for these are HEARSAY and RUMOR-MONGERING.

De Lima also cited Duterte’s media statement days ago that when he was mayor of Davao City, he had killed criminals in police operations he had led or joined. But De Lima DID NOT EXPLAIN why killing criminals is illegal. Neither did she point to even a single operation wherein Duterte had committed a criminal or unlawful act.

Under our law, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT in a court of law. SHAME ON DE LIMA if she has forgotten this, or simply IGNORES IT.30

Criminals, terrorists and the rest of your kind start thanking the United States Government!  With the deferment of the sale of 26,000 US assault rifles to the PNP, you have just been given an advanced, two-in-one Christmas gift -- You have just been spared from the deadly firepower of the assault rifles and have just been given an IMMEASURABLE ADVANTAGE in case you have to shoot it out with policemen while carrying out your criminal activities. WITHOUJT ANY EFFORT WHATSOEVER on your part.

All that was needed was the NARROW-MIINDED US Sen, Ben Cardin’s ONE-SIDED view of alleged human rights violations in our country. No investigation, no verification or opportunity for our government for a clarification of any issue, NO NOTHING. NO DUE PROCESS. A  CHILDISH case of hearing or reading still UNPROVEN allegations from SELF-PROCLAIMED human rights advocates. Advocates who NEVER SAY A WORD if policemen or innocent civilians are murdered or harmed by criminals, but shouts ‘human rights, violations, police brutality’ and the like,” NON-STOP like a broken CD if criminals or terrorists are the ones killed or hurt.

A story in thestandard.com.ph quoted Sen. Tito Sotto as saying: “Last year more than 100,000 were killed in the Mexican drug wars. Did they (US) say anything? Here we have just over 1,000 and they are saying so much.” So don’t be shocked, people, if criminals, terrorists and the rest of their tribe start going on a rampage or a killing spree one of these days. With their huge advantage in firepower over the PNP, there’s NO REASON for them not to.

At kapag nangyarti iyon, sana ay HINDI PA MAS MAKAPAL SA ADOBE ang mga PAGMUMUKHA ng mga IPOKRITO to the max human rights champion KUNO na gobyerno pa rin ang dapat sisihin.

Pati International Criminal Court (ICC), BULOK ang style sa PANANAKOT sa gobyernong Duterte tungkol sa giyera kontra driga ng gobyerno.

ICC chief prosecutor Fatou Bensouda last was quoted in news reports last Thursday as saying she was "deeply concerned" that top Filipino leaders "seem to encourage State forces and civilians alike to continue targeting these individuals with lethal force."  The Duterte government has already expressed willingness to a probe and has even sent out invitations to international bodies to come and look at the conduct of the anti-drug war themselves.  So there’s no need for Bensouda to still air her concerns in media.

SHUT UP, come to Manila AT ONCE and START WORKING. The 86 percent of the Filipino people who have expressed their trust to President Duterte in recent surveys DO NOT NEED your preliminary statements. Nobody’s stopping you to fly to Manila so just pack your bags and get it over with.  Our countryt has a hundred and one mahjor concerns which are FAR MORE IMPORTANT than what you think of Mr. Duterte’s anti-drug war.

If you won’t stop talking before coming over, Ms. Bensouda, here’s hopionh you’ll realize that you’ll lose credibility at a much faster pace than you can ever imagine.  Believe me, we Filipinos have long been dead tired of EMPTY THREATS, directly or indirectly and REGARDLESS OF WHO DOES IT. And you’re not an exception to that verbal fatigue. 30
