In a story in inquirer.net (http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/934483/lagman-says-imee-bongbong-partly-accountable-for-martial-law-abuses-duterte-imee-marcos-bongbong-marcos-edcel-lagman-politics), Congressman Edcel Lagman said Saturday President DIgong Duterte cannot just simply describe Imee and Bongbong Marcos as sinless during Martial Law. But other than saying that the two were “old enough when the documented atrocities and plunder were committed by the ‘conjugal dictatorship’ of Ferdinand and Imelda Marcos,” Lagman DID NOT CITE ANY SPECIFIC SIN of either Bongbong or Imee.

Now, I am NOT SAYING that Bongbong and Imee are innocent. ONLY a court of law can say that. We’re talking SPECIFICALLY about Bongbong and Imee so let’s go by the FACTS, and not just by the opinion or SENTIMENTS of anyone:

Except for God Almighty, MERE WORDS are not evidence. More than 45 years after Martial Law, neither Bongbong nor Imee has been convicted of or charged with, any criminal offense even if they were NO LONGER IN POWER. To date, NO ONE HAS COME OUT OR HAS PROVEN BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT any wrongdoing SPECIFCIALLY COMMITTED by either Bongbong or Imee. Lagman pointed out the killing of a guy who was found dead two days after he criticized Imee in an event in the ‘70s. But while damages were awarded to the victim’s family, it was not proven that Imee was directly responsible in any manner for the killing.  Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. Just be sure to have details.

I’m not a lawyer but I will dare say that there’s no law providing that a person should suffer for somebody else’s sin, especially if there’s no INDISPUTABLE EVIDENCE that he had been part of it.

So before Lagman says anything else against Bongbong or Imee, he had better have rock-hard physical proof and details ready. Otherwise, somebody had better remind him that he’s too old to be a rumormonger. 30

Whether they admit it or not, the BURDEN OF PROOF is now on the Office of the Ombudsman and Antonio Trillanes. Proof that they DID NOT COMMIT ANY CRIMINAL ACT in possessing data and copies of supposed records of bank accounts of President Digong Duterte and his kids.

Remember, people, the Office of the Ombudsman had claimed that it had received the records from the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). But the AMLC DENIED having released any document to the Office of the Ombudsmnan. The AMLC also BELIED as WRONG AND MISLEADING figures in the supposed accounts which had been cited by Trillanes in his plunder complaint against Duterte.

That leaves only two possibilities – the records and data are either FAKE or had been OBTAINED ILLEGALLY.

So from where and whom did the records and data come from? WHO AUTHORIZED THE RELEASE AND WHERE is the WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION? Trillanes and the Office of the Ombudsman should show this if they’ll say they had not done anything wrong. The AMLC specifically said it had not even acted on the Ombudsman’s request for an investigation of Duterte bank records. Therefore, it would be ridiculous for them to release any record to the Ombudsman. So how come they still got supposed copies of and data from the records?  How or by what means, and what law or rule allowed them to have these despite the surrounding circumstances?

The Ombudsman is ignoring the AMLC denial and has vowed to pursue its probe of Duterte’s alleged hidden wealth. If they’ll fail to prove the LEGALITY of having possession of the records, and the authenticity of these, what will be the LEGAL BASIS of the probe? 30

Clear as the morning sun, Digong DID NOT SAY he would create a commission IF THE OMBUDSMAN WON’T STOP probing his supposed hidden wealth. So WHERE THE HELL is the INTIMIDATION THERE? Having the Ombudsman probed is an intimidation? Based on what law or rule or principle?  If there’s none, anybody who will react had better be sure the Ombudsman comment is NOT STUPIDITY.

Isama na rin ng sinumang kokontra kung mayroong batas o regulasyon na nagsasabing HINDI PUWEDE O HINDI DAPAT NA IMBESTIGAHAN ang Office of the Omnbudsman. Para magkaalaman agad. It seems the Office of the Ombudsman and Antonio Trillanes ARE BOTH LYING on  the supposed bank transactions records of President Digong Duterte and his kids, which they say came from the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

In a story in philstar.com (http://www.philstar.com/headlines/2017/09/28/1743631/amlc-denies-providing-report-duterte-bank-records), THE AMLC ITSELF denied that it had provided the Office of the Ombudsman with a report detailing the supposed bank account transactions of President Digong Duterte and his children. .The AMLC also specifically stated that it was NOT THE SOURCE of the information and documents Trillanes used in suing Digong for plunder before the Ombudsman. The AMLC even described as "wrong and misleading" amounts cited by Trillanes in his plunder complaint, noting ng that “the outflows and inflows of funds were added together.”

Press releases earlier quoted Overall Deputy Ombudsman Melchor Carandang as saying that the agency had received Digong’s bank records from the AMLC. But the AMLC emphasized that it has not yet EVEN EVLALUATED AND ACTED on Carandang’s request for probe of the Duterte accounts.  

Take note, guys, it’s the AMLC who is BELYING CLAIMS of Trillanes and Carandang. And it’s the Office of the Ombudsman who was warned by Digong of being investigated. So the AMLC has NOTHING TO BE AFRAID OF to the point of issuing a denial to favor the President.

Before anybody gets FOOLED OR BRAINWASHED by character assassins of the Opposition, let’s be VERY CLEAR: Bank records from the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) which the Office of the Ombudsman says show some P1 billion in transactions in President Digong Duterte’s  accounts DO NOT PROVE ANY UNLAWFUL ACT by him, as others are desperately trying to show now.

Very clear, ha, FINAL VALIDATION. NO INVESTIGATION AND FINDINGS YET! So anyone who says the AMLC records already prove claims, especially by Antonio Trillanes, that Digong is hiding billions in dirty wealth is  the DEVIL’S TEACHER IN LYING.

The Ombudsman also DID NOT SHOW OR EXPLAIN THE COMPUTATION on how they came up with the P1 billion. So, THERE’S NO CERTAINTY that Digong’s account contain P1 billion. To further enlighten you, guys: For example, if there is a P1 million deposit and subsequent withdrawals of P500,000 and P300,000 for a total of P800,000 there would only be P200,000 in the account. Anybody who says the total would be P1,800,000 is the KING OF IDIOTS who thinks you’re the MOST STUPID Filipino alive.

The Ombudsman said the plunder complaint filed by Trillanes against Digong was its basis in looking into the bank records of the President. But keep in mind, people, that Digong was ALREADY PRESIDENT when Trillanes filed his suit. Digong has been President FOR ONLY MORE THAN A YEAR. But the records the Ombudsman is checking include transactions YEARS AGO, when Digong was still mayor of Davao City. Digong was charged as President but the pieces of evidence include those WHEN HE WAS NOT the country’s Chief Executive yet.

Una: Ang HINDI AWTORISADONG PAGBABAGO na ginawa ng Smartmatic sa script ng transparency server, na INAMIN ng Comelec na talagang WALANG PERMISO. Pangalawa: Ang  paggamit ng Smartmatic ng IBA PANG SERVER NA HINDI NILA PINAALAM SA COMELEC, at ang PAGAMIN NILA NITO. 

Idagdag na natin ang MAY LAMAN nang SD cards na nauna nang dineklara ng Comelec na HNDI GINAMIT noong eleksiyon, ang PAGTAKAS ng isa (o dalawa) na taga-Smartmatic nang nagsisimula ng mabulgar ang mga senyales ng dayaan at ang PAGBAGSAK NG KISAME sa warehouse ng Comelec sa mga kagamitan sa eleksiyon nba sakop ng protesta ni Bongbong Marcos laban kay Leni.

Former Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Sec. Dinky Soliman should be QUESTIONED AT ONCE on the P15-billion UNLIQUIDATED FUNDS of the agency DURING HER TERM!

A story in inquirer.net (http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/933745/dswd-unliquidated-funds-feeding-program-lgus-budget-deliberation) revealed that the P15-billion had been given to local government units (LGU). But still, DINKY HAS A MOUNTAIN OF EXPLANATION TO DO.

First: WHY and HOW did the unliquidated monies reach P15 billion? Surely, there had been SIGNS OF NON-ACCOUNTING by LGU beneficiaries early in the disbursements.  But it now appears that RELEASES OF THE FUNDS CONTINUED. Why? Second: Dinky was the DSWD big boss, DID SHE DO ANYTHING at all to prevent the unliquidated funds from reaching P15 billion? If yes, what and if none, why? She had better NOT HAVE THE NERVE to say she never knew about it. Unless she would admit to being an INUTILE DSWD secretary.

Third: The story said the P15 billion accumulated in a span of six years. WAS ANYBODY in the DSWD ever probed or even asked to explain on the continued releases of the funds despite non-liquidations?  If yes, who and what happened? If none, why? A DSWD undersecretary was quoted in the story as saying that a mayor’s loss in the election, resignation of the employee responsible for the liquidation of the funds and problems with receipts were among the reasons given by LGUs for non-accounting of the funds. So did the DSWD conduct THOROUGH AND COMPREHENSIVE verifications of these alibis? If yes, what were the results? If no, why?

Fourth: Was any LGU ever sanctioned or penalized in any manner in those six years? Who and in what way if yes and why if none? Fifth:  Why was this mess NEVER HIGHLY PUBLICIZED? I don’t recall having read or heard about this during Dinky’s six-year DSWD stint. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. We, the people, should have known about this at once. DSWD’s funds come FROM OUR TAXES. It’s OUR MONEY.

DISMISS LENI’S PROTEST VS BONGBONG NOW!

I was informed a while ago that Leni Robredo has still not paid the balance of the fee for her counter-protest against Bongbong Marcos! So what is keeping the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) from DISMISSING her protest?

Bongbong was only given THREE DAYS or so to pay the first installment of the fee for his protest against Leni. Since the deadline fell on Good Friday, he was granted an extension, but only for a few days. He has since paid the fee in full.

In the case of Leni, it’s been more than a month or two since the deadline but still there are no reports that she has settled. Leni asked for an extension but there have been no reports of a new deadline, making that grace period INDEFINITE AND GROSSLY UNFAIR to Bongbong. Especially considering the fact that when the PET first came out with Bongbong’s fee, Leni IMMEDIATELY YELLED that his protest against her should be dismissed at once if he fails to pay on time.

If there is a law providing Leni with indefinite and unlimited extensions or privileges as sitting vice-president, the PET should inform the people now.  If there’s none, then Leni’s protest against Bongbong should be dismissed at once in the interest of fair play. She hasn’t come out to date with any proof of fraud against Bongbong anyway. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

And as I’ve pointed out in earlier posts, we’re probably the only country in the world wherein a protest was filed against a LOSING CANDIDATE. 30

Comelec Chairman Andres ‘Andy’ Bautista owes Bongbong Marcos, and the Filipino people, a HUGE EXPLANATION!

BAKIT AYAW NIYA PANG IPAKITA HANGGANG NGAYON yung hindi awtorisadong PAGBABAGO na ginawa ng Smartmatic sa script ng transparency server noong bilangan noong unang gabi ng 2016 election? Kung WALA SIYANG TINATAGO O WALANG DAYAANG nangyari dahil doon para manalo si Leni Robredo, tulad ng pinagpipilitan niya, bakit ayaw niyang ilabas para MAEKSAMIN ng mga eksperto mula sa pribadong sektor?

Never forget people, after that change Bongbong’s ALMOST ONE-MILION VOTE LEAD over Robredo was OVERTAKEN OVERNIGHT, and he never caught up again with her until the counting ended. Andy IGNORED, AND CONTINUES TO IGNORE, calls by Bongbong and various sectors to come out with the Smartmatic change and have these examined by private sector experts.

Another thing Andy has not come out with is the data in more than 30 SD cards which the Comelec itself had first declared as unused during the polls. There are also NO REPORTS till now on the purpose of the SECRET SERVER which Smartmatic had admitted using WITHOUT the knowledge of Comelec, what exactly did it to and WHY did Andy NOT TAKE any action against Smartmatic. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

Marami pang HNDI INAKSIYUNAN si Andy na mga pangyayari na maaaring MAKASAMA kay Leni Robredo sa naging laban nila ni Bongbong noong eleksiyon. At dahil AYAW NIYANG UMALIS sa puwesto o magbakasyon man lamang, may KONTROL si Andy sa LAHAT ng puwedeng magpatalo kay Leni kay Bongbong. Magagawa ni Andy ang lahat ng gusto niya. Kaya’t kung WALA SIYANG ANOMALYANG TINATAGO O BINABALAK sa protesta ni Bongbong laban kay Leni, dapat nang MAGPALIWANAG si Andy at ILABAS ANG LAHAT ng dapat ilabas sa Sambayanan.

Kung ayaw niya, BUKOD SA ASERO na ang kapal ng mukha niya ay pasyente na lamang sa mental hospital ang maniniwala sa kaniya pag sinabi niyang malinis ang panalo ni Leni laban kay Bongbong. 30

HINDI ANG MGA PULIS o iba pang mga alagad ng batas at mga INOSENTENG SIBILYAN NA PINATAY, GINAHASA, NINAKAWAN, SINAKTAN o ginawan ng iba pang kawalanghiyaan ng mga drug addict at drug pushers/lords. Mas may karapatan sa panalangin at ipagluksa ang mga ito, pero BINALE-WALA sila ni Soc. Drug pusher, drug lord at mga inosenteng dinamay lamang nga mga abusadong pulis ang importante kay Soc.

Sinabi pa sa istorya na layon ng pagluluksa na ipagpatuloy ang paghingi ng hustisya para sa mga biktima ng EJK. PAANO MO MAKUKUHA ANG HUSTISYA, SOC, KUNG HINDI IIMBESTIGAHAN MUNA? The supposed, and bogus, distribution of Marcos money at an event at the University of the Philippines Los Banos (UPLB) yesterday is not just scam. It’s an UNDENIABLE SIGN that anti-Duterte and anti-Bongbong Marcos forces are getting desperate, or even PANICKY.

First: The event comes RIGHT AFTER THE MISERABLE FAILURE of critics that they will oust President Digong Duterte with the Sept. 21 rally. Forces who want to topple Digong now know more than ever that they need something really big which can both attract attention again while destabilizing, at the very least, the President’s administration.  And since Digong had already admitted his friendship with them, no one else would be a better target than the Marcoses.

Second: Remember, boys and girls, the recount of votes covered by Bongbong’s protest against Leni Robredo can start anytime. With the looming impeachment hearings of Presidential Electoral Tribunal chair and Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno, anti-Bongbong forces realize that she won’t be that big a help to Leni. The sooner Bongbong is destroyed, the better for Leni. And what would have been a more earth-shaking start than a raging public cheated of a supposed promise of money from the Marcoses.

Ang punto, mga kababayan, pati mga mahihirap mula sa iba’t-ibang lugar ay GINAGO AT PINAPUNTA PA sa malayong bayan ng Los Banos sa Laguna para lamang magmukhang masama ang mga Marcos. At mabanatan na naman si Digong dahil sa pagiging kaibigan ng mga ito.

If there’s one person who should be INVESTIGATED/HELD ACCOUNTABLE for possible STOLEN PUBLIC FUNDS, IMMEDIATELY, it’s NONE OTHER than former President Noynoy ‘PNoy’ Aquino.

As I had posted earlier in a preceding blog, a story in http://thestandard.com.ph/news/top-stories/199800/aquino-to-leave-p6-4t-debt.html last year said according to the Freedom From Debt Coalition, Noynoy Aquino’s 6-year presidency accumulated a total of P4.16 TRILLION in debt. I repeat, in JUST 6 YEARS. That’s almost TRIPLE than the $26.7 billion (P1.335 trillion) accumulated by former President Ferdinand Marcos’ 20-year rule. Dividing P4.16 trillion by 6, you’ll get P693.33 BILLION YEARLY, or more than 10 TIMES the Marcos era level of P63.55 billion. When I consulted a former congressman who was highly-respected during his term for his sharp, analytical mind, he told me that government loans are STRICTLY, and UNCONDITIONALLY, for infrastructure and other development projects.  Now, think about these, people:

I just can’t remember the dates and personalities but once or twice, PNoy’s presidency was found to have been UNDERSPENDING on infrastructure projects. And his boys ADMITTED it.  Anybody correct me if I’m wrong  but it was this underspending which was one of the justifications for the Development Acceleration Program (DAP), parts of which were later declared as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court (SC).  I also can’t recall EVEN ONE MAJOR OR HUGE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT built and completed during PNoy’s term – airports, highways and the like. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

So the million-peso questions are SAAN NAPUNTA YUNG P4.16 TRILLION? Nasaan ang project (s), KUNG MERON MAN? ILAN AT MAGKANO INABOT ang gastos? SINU-SINO ang  humawak at nangasiwa sa paggastos ng mga pondo mula dito?

The former congressman emphasized that all government infrastructure projects must be FULLY DOCUMENTED. And since it’s US, THE PEOPLE, who will pay the P4.16 trillion out of our taxes, we have ALL THE RIGHT TO KNOW.

Critics continuously blame the government debt left behind by former President Ferdinand Marcos as one of the major, if not the main, causes of the country’s economic problems. But the TRUTH is, it’s NOYNOY AQUINO’S GOVERNMENT which pushed WAY, WAY DOWN the depths of indebtedness.

Various reports say a total of $26.7 billion in debt was incurred by Marcos during his 21-year presidency. If you convert that into pesos at an exchange rate of $1–P50, that would be P1.335 trillion. If you divide $26.7 billion by 21, that’s $1.271 billion yearly. Converting that to pesos, that’s P63.55 billion.

First: Martial law ran ONLY FROM Sept. 21, 1972 to Jan. 17, 1981, or JUST MORE THAN EIGHT YEARS. Only the IDIOTS AMONG IDIOTS would say or think that eight is equivalent to 45.  HOW TRAGIC to know that Leni doesn’t even seem to know BASIC ARITHMETIC.

Second: As her LYING and RUMOR-MONGERING style goes, Leni sweepingly claimed 45 years of suffering due to martial law. But as always. NOT A SINGLE SPECIFIC DETAIL. REASON/BASIS for it. No time date and place. And she doesn’t give a shit about it. Just to have something evil to say against martial law. Even a CHARACTER ASSASSIN wouldn’t beat her.

Mahigit nang 36 TAON natapos ang martial law. At 31 taon na nang magwakas ang administrasyong Marcos. Kung susundin ang takbo ng utak ni Leni, lumalabas na WALANG NAGAWA O NAITAMA ANG LAHAT NG NAGING PRESIDENTE na sumunod kay Marcos upang masolusyuna o maitama ang mga naging mali o pagdurusa ng ba nung martial law. Una:  Ni WALANG KASEGURUHAN ang mga rally organizers na makakarami sila ng tao sa araw na iyon. Bakit? KAHIT ISANG MALAKING GRUPO na walang kinaaanibang partido pulitikal ay WALA PANG NAGDEDEKLARA NG SUPORTA SA KANILA. Tulad ng Iglesia ni Cristo at mga NEUTRAL, O HINDI MAKA-KALIWA, na samahan ng mga manggagawa mula sa iba’t ibang sector ng lipunan. Pangalawa: NANANATILING MATAAS ang popularity ratings ni Pangulong Digong. Kaya’t walang dahilan para magmula sa panig ng gobyerno ang anumang kaguluhan. Common sense na ang magsasabi kaninuman na hindi  gagawa ang Pangulo ng makakasira sa kaniya at sa kaniyang Administrasyon.

Pangatlo: Tulad ng nakita na nating lahat ng napakaraming beses, kapag nagsimula nang manakit at manira ng ari-arian ang mga  rallyista at gumanti na ang mga pulis, KANI-KANIYANG TAKBUHAN NA ang mga nagpo-protesta. Ang mag lider/organizer ay naglalahong parang bula. Kaya’t magkagulo man ay hindi na aabot pa sa kung saan-ssan o magtatagal, lalo pa’t kung konti lamang ang mga rallyista.

WALANG MAPAPALA  ang gobyerno kung sila ang manggugulo. Ang mga magra-rally at mga lider nila, meron. May dahilan sila para  pagbintangan ang Pangulo ng kung anu-ano na naman. Kaya’t KALMA LANG tayo, mga kababayan. Magrelax na lang sa bahay kasama ang pamilya sa a-21. Kumontra na ang kokontra. 30

The story said Trillanes left with this departure statement: “Pupunta ako sa banko mismo na minention ni Duterte doon sa Singapore para patunayan na wala akong accounts doon. Kung ano man yan, may the IV man yan o walang IV, sarado man yan or existing account, joint or single, lahat yan papabuksan natin.”  Bakit KABOBOHAN?

Kung walang IV ang account name ng depositor, legally speaking hindi kaniya. Kung hindi kaniya, IMPOSIBLENG IPAKITA SA KANIYA NG BANGKO o sa kung kaninuman ang records na HINDI KANIYA. Hindi ako banker, hindi ko alam ang Singaporean banking laws pero lalaban pa rin ako ng pustahan na walang batas ang Singapore na nagsasabing puwedeng ipakita ang bank records ng isang depositor sa ibang tao, lalo pa kung taga-ibang bansa, ng wala itong sariling waiver o permiso. Itama ako ninuman kung mali ako. Ganoon din ang sistema kung joint account. Kaya SAGARANG KAYABANGAN O KABOBOHAN para sabihin ni Trillanes na papabuksan niya ang anumang account, may IV man o wala ang account name, single man o joint.  Gustong magmuklhang super tapang o linis sa media at sa mata ng sambayanan, hindi naman ginamitan kahit kaunting utak ang gimmick na ginawa.

At kung mapapabuksan man ni Trillanes ang anumang account, ibig sabihin ay may KINALAMAN SIYA, o kausap din siya sa pagbubukas noon kaya pumayag ang bangko. IYON ANG DAPAT NIYANG IPALIWANAG. Dahil kung wala siyang alam, SINO SIYA SA AKALA NIYA na puwede siyang makialam ng basta-basta sa anumang gusto niya sa ibang bansa?  

Sa  mga kulang sa kaalaman, isipin at intindihin muna ninyo ito bago kayo maniwala o magpabola sa press release ni Trillanes. Hindi porke pinatulan ng media ay tutoo at tama. Ipakita nating lahat kay Trillanes na HINDI TAYO KASING-TANGA ng akala niya. 30

In  a story in interaksyon.com (http://www.interaksyon.com/group-accuses-duterte-of-desperately-trying-to-sabotage-sept-21-anti-dictatorship-rally/story), the Movement Against Tyranny (MAT) accused the Duterte administration of “trying to desperately sabotage” the protest rally it is organizing on Sept. 21 at the Luneta Park. The grounds they cited included pronouncements by President Digong Duterte that armed New People’s Army (NPA) rebels would join the event, he would declare martial law nationwide if the rally turned violent, he would declare a holiday on and reports of a government earthquake drill on the 21^st.

My take:  MAT is the one GETTING DESPERATE, NOT DIGONG!

First: If you’re NOT PLANNING ANY VIOLENCE, there’s no reason for you to even be BOTHERED by or take note of Digong’s martial law warning. You’re ALL IDIOTS AND INSANE if you think or will say that the government must not do anything even if you start attacking policemen or innocent bystanders, or destroying property. I’m not a lawyer but I will dare say that there’s NO LAW GRANTING IMMUNITY FROM ARREST to participants in protest rallies even if they start doing criminal acts. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

Second: Holiday or not, with or without an earthquake drill, people will still join your rally IF THEY REALLY BELIEVE in or even sympathize with what you’re fighting for. Kung TALAGANG GUSTO, WALANG MAKAKAPIGIL na kahit na ano o kahit na sino. Third: The warning on armed NPA rebels joining the rally is 100 percent logical anyway you look at it. If you will claim that it’s not possible and you can police your ranks, start coming out with SPECIFCS. If you don’t have any, there’s no SANE REASON for anyone to TRUST YOUR MERE WORDS.

SINO NGAYON ANG DESPERADO? And considering the crowds in past protest rallies, BALIW O HARI LAMANG NG MGA DUWAG ang kakabahan o magiging desperado sa inyo.

It’s getting clearer that the waiver issued by Antonio F. Trillanes IV for his supposed bank accounts abroad is not just useless but MISLEADING AS WELL..

In a story in tribune.net.ph (http://www.tribune.net.ph/headlines/rody-bares-trillanes-laundered-sino-money), President Digong Duterte pointed out that the supposed accounts were in the name of a certain “Antonio F. Trillanes,” WITHOUT the suffix “IV”. Trillanes, therefore, CAN READILY CLAIM that whatever account will be opened is not his, since the depositor has no IV in the surname.  For sure, he will readily point to his records in the Senate and in the Philippine Military Academy as proof that his surname has always had the suffix IV.

But the former fiscal that he is, President Duterte will surely order a background check on the people who own the accounts to determine their financial capability, if Trillanes will insist on not owning these.  Possible family ties, since he and the depositors have the same name except for the suffix IV, will also be probed. If needed, the Duterte Administration can also request for personal details of the registered account for a thorough investigation. Most of all, President Digong said he has copies of bank slips for Trillanes alleged accounts in Zurich in Switzerland and in Singapore. Handwritng analysis therefore, can be done to determine if Trillanes’ penmanship were on these.

Tandaan, HINDI PORKE’T NAGISYU na siya ng waiver ay lusot na si Trillanes, na WALA siyang sikretong bank accounts abroad. Isip-isip, mga kababayan, at HUWAG PAIMPLUWENSIYA sa dami ng press release ni Trillanes. Magkakaalaman pa lamang sa mga darating na araw. 30
