Former Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile, former
President now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (GMA) and former Senators Jinggoy
Estrada and Bong Revilla should FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES against Leila de L:ima at
once. Reacting to the release on bail of Jinggoy for plunder charges, Leila de
Lima was quoted in a story in gmanews.tv as saying:
"The exoneration of plunderers under
this administration is almost complete. After the Marcoses, [former senator
Juan Ponce] Enrile, [former President Gloria] Arroyo and now, Estrada, and the
impending release of (former senator) Bong Revilla and Janet Lim Napoles,
Congress might as well decriminalize the crime of plunder and repeal the
Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act because they have become useless and
worthless under Duterte and his virtual amnesty program for the country's top

HUSGADO LAMANG, HINDI SI DE LIMA, ang may
KAPANGYARIHAN na magsabi kung guilty sina Enrile, Arroyo, Jinggoy at Bong. ALAM
NA ALAM ni De Lima ito bilang abugada pero derechahan niya pa ring dinescribe
na plunderer ang mga ito. Kahit na mismong Korte Suprema na ang nagpa-walang
sala kay GMA, at ni HINDI PA NASISIMULAN ang paglilitis sa kaso nia Enrile,
Jinggoy at Bong. MASAHOL PA sa diktador si De Lima na sinintensiyahan na agad
ang apat at tinaguriang plunderer.
For those who are not aware, senators are
immune from suit over statements or accusations they make ONLY IF THEY DELIVER
IT in the Senate session hall. Otherwise, criminal charges can be filed against
them. And De LIma issued her statement describing Enrile, Arroyo, Jinggoy and
Bong as plunderers in her detention cell at the PN Custodial Center in Quezon
City, which is OUTSIDE THE SENATE SESSION HALL
Under the law, ANY PERSON IS PRESUMED
INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT in a court of law. And I had thought all along that it was only
LENI ROBREDO who is ‘UTAK DIKTADOR.’ 30
