Since Antonio ‘Boy Kuwitis’ Trillanes won’t
stop talking about Paolo Duterte’s supposed Triad tattoo and membership in the criminal organization, here’s a VERY SIMPLY
TEST on his credibility.
Trillanes claimed the information on Paolo’s
Triad tattoo came from a foreign intelligence agency. So since Paolo refused to
show his tattoo, Trillanes should prove he’s NOT LYING AND NOT JUST OUT ON A
DEMOLITION JOB against Paolo and the Dutertes. How?
Trillanes boasts he has information on the tattoo
so let him DESCRIBE THE TA\TTOO HIMSELF, and SHOW IT TO THE PUBLIC. If he
really has a report or information from a foreign intelligence agency, it would
be RIDICULOUS, IMPOSSIBLE AND IDIOTIC to say or even think that the material
HAD NO DETAILS, AND/OR VISUALS. If ‘Boy Kuwitis’ is telling the truth, then he
should be ABLE TO DESCRIBE AND SHOW A PICTURE of Paolo’s tattoo even if the
young Duterte refused to do so.,
Ganoong kasimple. Hindi iyong gusto niya pang
maghubad si Paolo sa Senado.
Paolo HAS NO OBLIGATION to prove Trillanes’
baseless allegations. Whether anti-Dutertes like it or not, under our laws the BURDEN
OF PROOF IS ON THE ACCUSER, NOT THE ACCUSED. I am not a lawyer but I will dare
say that there’s NO LAW which says anything a senator says is or should be automatically
taken as the TRUTH and the accused has to belie it.
Kaya bago ang KARAGDAGANG DALDAL, patunayan
muna n Trillanes na hindi siya sinungaling o NANINIRA LAMANG sa mga Duterte.
Pagkakataon niya na rin para patunayan ang kanyang sinseridad. Kung hindi niya
papakkta o ilalarawan ang sinasabi
niyang Triad tattoo ni Paolo, siya na rin ang MAGPAPATUNAY NA TSISMOSO SIYA. 30

ReplyDeleteang burden ng proof ay nasa NAG-AAKUSA, hindi mo kailangan PAGHUBARIN o PAPIRMAHIN ang TAO para MAPATUNAYAN mo. Ikaw ang nag-akusa ikaw ang maglabas ng pruweba.. Hindi ba't ang mga chismosa walang pruweba ng balitang kinikalat nila, basta magkakaalamanan na kapag nagwala ang chinismis at patunayan sa lahat na mali ang chismis sa kanya.
