Bukod pala sa INCOMPETENT bilang abugado ay UTAK-DIKTADOR
pa pala si Leni Robred.
In a story in gmanews.tv, Leni said the Philippine
National Police (PNP) should prove that there are no state-sanctioned killings.

So whatever happened to the legal principle “The
burden of proof is on the accuser, not the accused?” NO LESS THAN THE
CONSTITUTION states that a person is presumed INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY. Even
non-lawyers like me are fully aware of this. For a lawyer like Leni to say
something to the contrary is nothing less than TOTAL INCOMPETENCE, or GROSS
IGNORANCE of the law. And ONLY A DICTATOR IGNORES THE LAW. Only a dictator wants
things done his or her way, and not according to due process and what the law
says. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. What makes it worse is NOWHERE IN THE
STORY did Leni cite even a single, solid proof for her dictatorial pronouncement.
Her SOLE BASIS: HER OWN OPINION.
She tried to justify her claim by saying that: "Napakarami
na ding mga kaso na until now unsolved pa. Hanggang hindi pa nasosolusyunan
ito, hindi maiaalis sa taumbayan ang magtanong kung polisiya ba ito o hindi.”
Sa mga hindi gaanong maalam, ang isang kaso ay
HINDI NARERESOLBA sa loob lamang ng isang araw, linggo o buwan. Kung hndi rin lang
AAMIN ang akusado, inaabot ng ilang buwan o taon bago madesisyunan ang isang
kaso. Ang sinumang magsabi, sa anumang paraan, na kailangang maresolba
agad-agad ang isang kaso ay kundi MANLOLOKO, TANGA! At anong hindi maiaalis sa taumbayan ang
magtanong? Tanging si Leni at ang mga kasamahan niya sa oposisyon, pati na ang
mga MAKA-KALIWA ang walang tigil sa karereklamo at kada-daldal kontra sa drug
war, At HINDI SILA ang taumbayan.
Kaya pala tatlong beses (Tama ba ako) BUMAGSAK
sa bar exams si Leni. 30
