As expected, Antonio ‘Boy Kuwitis’ Trillanes
came out with a BABY ROCKET instead of a supposed BOMBSHELL on the alleged involvement
of Paolo Duterte and brother-in-law Mans Carpio in the smuggling of P6.4
billion worth of shabu, and other anomalies at Customs in Davao. NOT A SINGLE
PIECE OF INDISPUTABLE EVIDENCE. Trillanes’ only proof: HIS WORDS and OPINIONS.
Let me zero in on Paolo Duterte;s tattoo:
Trillanes claimed that Paolo’s dragon tattoo at
the back, and the presidential son’s refusal to show it, was proof that the
young Duterte was a member of the international criminal organization Triad.
First: Trillanes claimed the information on
Paolo’s tattoo came from a foreign country’s intelligence report. But he COULD
NOT DESCRIBE THE TATOO IN DETAIL even though he supposedly has a report on it. Second: Trillanes sweepingly claimed that a dragon
tattoo on the back is proof of Triad membership. But he DID NOT CITE HIS BASIS –
who said so, when and where, proof of the source and other related issues.
MILYUN-MILYON ang may tattoo sa ngayon. Kung
UTAK NI Trillanes ang susundin, lahat pala ng may tattoo na dragon sa likod,
miyembro na ng Triad.
Third: When asked for a copy of the
intelligence report, Trillanes conveniently said he didn’t have it with him. Fourth:
I’m not a soldier, agent or employee of the military, police or any
intelligence agency. But from what I had learned from at one general and
several colonels in the military, any intelligence report is ONLY FOR THE EYES OF
THE OPERATIVES AND OFFICIALS INVOLVED in the case or operation at hand. NO ONE
ELSE, Only a TRAITOR, or CORRUPT official would leak an intelligence report to
UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL, because it would be ground for immediate court-martial.
Fifth: Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. Except
by Trillanes and his attack dogs, Paolo Duterte has NEVER BEEN LINKED by anyone
or any local or foreign government agency, to any criminal syndicate or enterprise,
small or large-scale, even before his father became president. Neither has
anyone come out with any proof of any criminal activity by Paolo. So for any
foreign government agency to spend time, effort and resources on Paolo would be
RIDICULOUS at the very least.
The Senate is NOT A VENUE FOR RUMORS,
