NANGINSULTO na, NANLOKO pa ng
taumbayan si Leni Robredo sa kaniyang mensahe sa paggunit ng ika-35 taon ng
kamatayani ni Ninoy Aquino.
In a story in http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/664954/leni-ninoy-aquino-inspired-filipinos-to-find-their-own-courage/story/,
Leni credited Ninoy for "paving the way" for Filipinos — by
sacrificing his life — to rise against the "shackles of dictatorship."
And in her full message, Leni said Ninoy’s
death would pave the way for the
People Power Revolution three years later, with the Filipino nation rising up
as one.
For those who were not born yet then, or are
not informed enough, here’s THE TRUTH:
Even before Martial Law was declared in 1972,
or some 12 LONG YEARS before Ninoy was killed in 1983, VARIOUS SECTORS like the
youth were already holding protest rallies against then President Ferdinand
Marcos. When Martial Law was declared, the rallies decreased in frequency but
resistance to Marcos continued through underground newspapers like We Forum and
Malaya. Some Marcos critics, whether here or abroad, also continued their
assault on the Marcos Administration. In the process, some people died. But the
point is, they carried out their acts ON THEIR OWN FREE WILL, AND NOT BECAUSE
OF NINOY. Nor because Ninoy ordered them
to.
That’s why it’s ONE BIG, SHAMELESS LIE for
Leni to claim that it was Ninoy who paved the way for Filipinos to rise against
the perceived Marcos dictatorship.
And as I’ve written before in another blog,
the People Power Revolution was NOT carried out BECAUSE OF NINOY’S DEATH or
because of Cory. HARI O REYNA ng mga SINUNGALING ang magsasabi niyan. There
were other reasons, like what others perceived as endless corruption. But DEFINITELY,
NOT NINOY.
To the kids/youth out there, VERIFY
everything I have written here with your parents or grandparents anytime. DO
NOT BE FOOLED or misled by Leni. Show her you’re not the GULLIBLE IDIOTS she
thinks you are. 30
itong si Leni pagbuka ng bibig siguradong sablay.Hay hina talaga ng kukote.
