WHAT MAKES CAGUIOA UNTOUCHABLE?

A story in http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/664779/caguioa-stays-in-charge-of-vp-poll-protest-case/story/?just_in says Supreme Court (SC) Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa stays as justice-in-charge or ponente of Bongbong Marcos ‘ protest against Leni Robredo. His request to relinquish the post was denied by the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET).

IHO DE PUTA…WHAT MAKES CAGUIOA UNTOUCHABLE? A WHOLE DAMNED LOT of proofs and tell-tale signs of cheating and BIAS have been discovered, before and during the manual recount. And NEVER has Caguioa been reported as having acted or initiated action on any of them Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

OBLIGAHIN AT BIGYAN MO NG DEADLINE ang Comelec para ipaliwanag ang DETALYADONG PAGBUBULGAR ni Glenn Chong ng mga vote counting machine transmissions sa Ragaysa Camarines Sur ISANG ARAW BAGO ang May 2016 election.

Ipalabas mo sa Smartmatic ang mga opisyales nilang maaaring masangkot sa dayaan pero diumano ay nakaalis na ng bansa/ At kung totoong nakatakbo na ang mga ito, gumawa ka ng paraan AGAD para mapabalik sila. 

And still, Caguioa WON’T BE REPLACED! With ALL DUE RESPECT to the PET, on what MORAL GROUNDS? If he’s GETTING AWAY WITH EVERYTHING so far, how the hell can we expect CONVINCING FAIRNESS now from him with his retention as ponente? Is this why Leni Robredo’s lawyer Romulo Macalintal CONFIDENTLY BOASTED the days earlier that Bongbong will never win in his protest?
