HOW STUPID CAN YOU GET, HONTIVEROS!

Reacting to President Digong Duterte’s joke that there have been a lot of rape cases in Davao City because it has a lot of Beautiful residents, Risa Hontiveros was quoted as saying in a story in http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/666230/hontiveros-tells-duterte-beauty-doesn-t-cause-rape-rapists-do/story/:

"President Duterte should stop blaming women and how we look and dress for the growing number of rape cases. Beauty doesn't cause rape, rapists do. Rape is the fault of the rapist. Rape is not a measure of beauty. It is not an act of admiration. It is the vilest form of violence against women. I ask President Rodrigo Duterte: is this how men admire women?"

HOW STUPID CAN YOU GET, Hontiveros.

Digong NEVER BLAMED beautiful women for the Davao City rape cases. This was his exact quote: "Ingon sila nga daghang rape ang Davao. Basta daghang guwapa, daghang rape (Ang sabi nila marami raw rape sa Davao. Basta maraming maganda, maraming rape)."

Anyone can turn this quotation UP AND DOWN, LEFT AND RIGHT, INSIDE AND OUT, and will not find even a hair strand of blame on beautiful women.  SINCE WHEN has saying there are a lot of beautiful women BEEN THE SAME AS BLAMING THEM for anything?  You probably have invented your own dictionary, or thesaurus.

You said rapists cause rape, Hontiveros. NATUIRAL, ALANGAN NAMANG ARSONIST O HIRED KILLER O IBA PA. At LINAWIN NATIN ng husto, bago ka may mabola:

RAPISTS CARRY OUT THE RAPE. But something EVIL triggered their LUST – illegal drugs, mental disorder, drunkenness and the like. Don’t tell me, Hontiveros, that YOU DO NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CAUSE AND EXECUTION  in a criminal act.  SHAME ON YOU if you don’t.  

Hontiveros even added: "And to those who defend it by calling it a joke, and by telling us not to give it too much weight, I can assure you that no rape victim or survivor, no woman—since every woman is at risk in this rape culture—ever finds it funny."  YOU DO NOT REPRESENT, YOU ARE NOT THE SPOKESPERSON, of all the women in this country. And your opinion, Hontiveros, is NOT WHAT ALL THE FILIPINAS should follow or believe in. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE? 30
