If Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno still
has any self-respect and dignity left in her, she had better declare SHE’S RESIGNING
before this happens just SEVERAL HOURS FROM NOW:
Reports in philstar.com and inquirer.net say various
organizations in the Judiciary will PUBLICLY ASK Sereno, in a joint statement, to
resign during flag-raising ceremonies at the Supreme Court. Among the
organization are: Philippine Judges Association (PJA), Supreme Court Employees
Association, SC Assembly of Lawyer Employees, Sandiganbayan Employees Union and
the Philippine Association of Court Employees.

Part of the joint statement, according to
reports say: “We call on you, for the sake of our people, to step down from
your position as chief justice. Court officials have been pitted against each
other resulting in a distressing atmosphere. This is aggravated by the fact
that the Court en banc has taken cognizance of the petition for quo warranto, instead
of dismissing it outright. The Court can no longer endure a prolonged
environment of this kind. Its officials and personnel, truly dedicated and
conscientious public servants, cannot go through another set of hearings and go
against each other again at the Senate.”
Pansinin ninyo, mga kababayan: HINDI LANG mga
kapuwa niya justices sa Korte Suprema ang UMAAYAW na kay Sereno kundi mga
opisyal at empleyado ng Judioiary sa BUONG BANSA. At IPAPAALAM PA sa buong Pilipinas,
at sa BUONG MUNDO (dahil tiyak na pati foreign media ay ibabalita ito). Sa halip na privately na lamang pakiusapan si
Sereno para magresign ay ilalantad pa sa sambayanan.
Isipin sana ni Sereno na HINDI LANG SIYA
KUNDI PATI PAMILYA NIYA ANG MAPAPAHIYA kung hahayaan niyang LANTARAN NA SIYANG ISUKA
ng mga taga-Judiciary. Hindi lang mamya kundi HABAMBUHAY na pagka-pahiya. . Maawa
siya sa mga anak niya.
Ang taong MAY PRINSIPYO, KUSA AT AGAD-AGAD
nang aalis kapag AYAW NA sa kaniya ng mga kasamahan, at nasasakupan o
subordinates sa trabaho. 30
