Tulad ng dapat asahan, HINDI MAGRE-RESIGN si
Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno sa kabila ng LUMALAWAK at LANTARANG PROTESTA
at panawagan na magbitiw na siya.
Mas marami nang empleyado at opisyal ng Supreme
Court (SC) ang nagsuot ng pula kanina sa kanilang flag-raising ceremony bilang
protyesta laban sa kaniya. At HARAPAN nang nanawagan ang iba-ibang grupo para
magbitiw sa kaniya. Kabilang sa mga ito ang Philippine Judges Association, Philippine Association of Court Employees, Supreme
Court Employees Association, Supreme Court Assembly of Lawyer Employees at Sandiganbayan
Employees Association. Subalit HINDI PA RIN TINABLAN ng kahihiyan si Sereno. At
ang MATINDI AT ABUSO, mga kababayan, pati ang buong SC at TAYONG sambayanang
Pilipino ay IDINAMAY/GINAMIT na ni Sereno sa kaniyang depensa para huwag
magresign.

"Resigning from my post as Chief Justice will only serve to erode the
independence of the Supreme Court and embolden those who demand a subservient
judiciary."
YOU ARE NOT THE SC as a whole, Sereno. IT’S
ONLY YOU, especially your QUALIFICATIONS AND ACTIONS, who is and which are in
question. And NOT THOSE of the rest of the justices or their individual moves
in their position. So SHAME ON YOU to use
them as a shield from the UNDENIABLE and rapidly spreading desire for your
removal from office. And the Constitution is CRYSTAL-CLEAR that the Judiciary, headed
by the SCt, has always been an INDEPENDENT AND CO-EQUAL BRANCH of government,
along with the Executive and Legislative.
Kaya SUPER KAPAL naman ng MUKHA mo para GAMITIN
ang SC at ang buong Judiciary para lang magmistula kang MARTIR na pinaglalaban
silang lahat.
Sereno said: "Kung susuko po ako,
sinasabi ko na rin sa bawat Pilipino na sumuko sa hirap ng paninindigan sa
buhay, lalong-lalo na sa pagtatanggol ng ating mga karapatan at ang demokrasya."
Ganiyan ka pala KAILUSYONADA, Sereno. HINDI
IKAW ANG SIMBOLO NG SAMBAYANANG PILIPINO na anumang gawin mo ay magiging
BASEHAN ng aming mga paniniwala o paninindigan sa buhay. WALA KAMING PAKIALAM
sa mga problema mo. HUWAG MO KAMING IDAMAY O GAMITIN. BINABANGUNGOT KA, O
NAHIIHIBANG, kung sa akala mo ay idolo o role model ka ng higit na nakararami
sa sambayanan.
Sereno said those who called for her
resignation "succumbed to pressures. Tandaan po natin, hindi pa ako
nakapagsisimulang magbigay ng aking panig.”
But SHE DID NOT IDENTIFY ANYONE OR ANY AGENCY
from where the supposed pressures came from. In short, HEARSAY OR ‘TSISMIS.’ At
mas LALO NATING TANDAAN, mga kababayan, ILANG BESES KINUMBIDA si Sereno sa
House of Representatives hearings ng impeachment complaint laban sa kaniya para
magbigay ng kaniyang panig PERO SIYA ANG HINDI NAGPUNTA. Tapos ngayon, para
siyang manok na putak ng putak na hindi pa soiya nakapgbibigay ng kaniyang
panig o hindi siya binigyan ng pagkakataon para dito.
Honorable members of the House of
Representatives and SC justices, please fast-track the impeachment or quo
warranto proceedings against Sereno. For the sake of the Filipino people. 30
