In separate interviews, two groups defended
Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno over her forced leave from the Supreme Court
(SC) and the supposed improper use of her psycho test results in hearings on
the impeachment complaint against her.
An organization of law schools says there’s
no legal basis for the SC justices to force Sereno to go on leave over the
various controversies she is facing. An organization of psychologists says apart
from the improper use of results, no one actually fails or passes psycho tests
as widely perceived by various sectors.
My take: STOP USING MEDIA IN DEFENDING OR
SUPPORTING Sereno. Go STRAIGHT to the SC or to the House of Representatives
Justice Committee and file or submit your position or papers if you want to
come to Sereno’s rescue.
HINDI MEDIA ang magdedesisyon kung mai-impeach,
o mababale-wala ang pagkaka-appoint ni Sereno o hindi. Kaya doon kayo MAGINGAY at MAMBULABOG. Dalawa o tatlong araw na ang nakaraan nang inannounce ang forced leave ni
Sereno, Ilang araw ding pinagusapan sa House ang psycho test results niya.
HINDI KAYO AGAD KUMIBO. Ngayon, BIGLA kayong DALDAL NG DALDAL sa media.
Kaming sambayanan ay HINDI NA INTERESADO sa
anumang opinyon ninyong mga katribo ni Sereno. Tapos na ang House hearings kaya’t
ang desisyon na lamang ng justice committee ang importante sa amin. Hindi ang mga
katulad ninyo o ang opinyon ninyo.
