In a story in http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/976386/senate-arrest-order-on-ex-poll-chief-bautista-may-be-lifted-soon, Sen. Francis Escudero said he would recommend the lifting of the arrest warrant against former Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista once his lawyer submits his sworn affidavit before the Senate committee on banks.

The sworn affidavit is for Andy’s alleged ill-gotten wealth. The arrest warrant would have been the quickest way to force Andy back from the US, and COMPEL him to talk about the signs of chea19 March 2018

And as I’ve noted in an earlier blog, there’s BEEN NO ACTION BY ANYONE OR ANY AGENCY to bring Andy home at once. Whether by Comelec, the Supreme Court acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), the Senate or the House of Representatives, NONE as in NADA.

Andy is THE BEST AND ONLY PERSON who can talk about or explain ALL THE SIGNS OF CHEATING which are being uncovered one after another. Especially the recent ones like the squares on ballot images beside Leni Robredo’s name in ballot images discovered by Bongbong, the transmission of votes ONE DAY BEFORE Election Day and the sudden and unexpected use of four queuing servers during the transmission of votes from May 10 to May 11.
