The expose by Sen. Tito Sotto of alleged
irregularities in the 2016 elections (http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/973202/sotto-bares-irregularities-in-2016-polls) warrants the
IMMEDIATE RECOUNT of votes covered by Bongbong Marcos’ protest against Leni
Robredo.
Sotto said there
was a transmission of votes as early as May 8 until the following morning,
Election Day, by IP
Address 10.11.5.5 to 0507.ccs.pili2016pinas.net. The transmission
code pointed to the Consolidated Canvassing System (CCS) of Libon in Albay.
Leni defeated Bongbong in Albay, and in four out of the five other Bicol
provinces.
Sotto said the Albay transmission was just an
example “of the numerous early
transmissions to different Municipal and Provincial Board of Canvassers in
Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.” Bongbong is seeking a recount in some 30
provinces and a nullification of election results in some five cities
nationwide.
The transmission of voters was designed and managed by Smartmatic, which also made an UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION on the script of the transparency server on the night of Election Day and admitted to using another server which they did not inform Comelec about. To this day, the Comelec has NOT PENALIZED OR EVEN QUESTIONED Smartmatic on these issues, as well as on several other SUSPICIOUS acts of the company during and after the 2016 elections.
Most of all Smartmatic and Comelec
STILL REFUSE TO COME OUT with the unauthorized alteration on the script, and with
an explanation on other signs of cheating during the 2016 polls. A computer
expert I consulted warned that with almost two years after the elections, a
whole damn lot of things could have been done already to the transparency
server and other poll paraphernalia, like the data in SD cards which had been
first reported as UNUSED by Comelec itself.
Tulad ng madalas kong sabihin,
KUNG WALANG DAPAT ITAGO WALANG ITATAGO O PAGTATAGALIN PA! 30
