Acting Chief Justice Antonio Carpio should
seriously consider REPLACING Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa as supervising justice
for Bongbong Marcos’ protest against Leni Robredo. For the SHAMELESS REASON
that Caguioa CONTINUES TO IGNORE DAMNING PROOF, AND SIGNS, of cheating for NO
CLEAR, JUSTIFIABLE REASON!
Bongbong uncovered, and presented to the public
ballots with squares beside Leni’s name for which the Comelec never informed him
and other canididates about. Leni’s camp
claimed the squares had been discussed with candidates in a pre-election
briefing but when pressed for names and details, NOTHING AS IN NONE.
Sen. Tito Sotto has exposed transmission of votes
ONE DAY BEFORE THE ELECTIONS, with a town in Leni-stronghold Albay as one of
the recipients. To date, Comelec has NOT COME UP WITH ANY JUSTIFIABLE EXPLANATION!
But NOT A SINGLE WORD OF ACTION OR EVEN
CONDEMNATION from Caguioa. As if NOTHING HAPPENED. Anybody correct me if I’m
wrong. Add to all these, the signs of cheating that Caguioa NEVER BOTHERED TO
SAY ANYTHING ABOUT RIGHT FROM THE START. Like the UNAUTHORIZED alteration of the
transparency server script and the ‘secret\ server which Smartmatic had
admitted using without Comelec’s knowledge.
I sincerely hope that acting Chief Justice
Carpio won’t overlook the possibility that whatever Caguioa does will, sooner or
later, reflect on the entire Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET). 30
