SC SHOIULD EXPLAIN ON BONGBONG MARCOS CASE!

There are THREE MAJOR POINTS in the electoral; protest of Bongbong Marcos against Leni Robredo which must be explained by the Supreme Court, acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), to the people.

First is WHAT IS TAKING THEM SO LONG what is taking them so long to start hearings on the case. Bongbong has already submitted thousands of pages of evidence. He has also filed all requirements to date like replies or manifestations.  Leni has also submitted her BEYOND DEADLINE reply to the protest. I don’t know how much evidence she turned in.  So what’s keeping the PET from starting the proceedings?

Under the rules, the PET should issue an order for the retrieval of ballot boxes within 48 hours or TWO DAYS from receipt of Robredo’s answer/special and affirmative defenses/counter protest. But there has been no news if this has been dome.

Second is to date, Comelec  STILL; REFUSES to have the UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION by Smartmatic on the script of the transparency server AUDITED OR EXAMINED by private sector experts to determine once and for all if it resulted in cheating in favor of Leni? Why doesn’t the PET ORDER the Comelec to do so?

Third: How sure is the PET that the Comelec has obeyed its order to secure everything used in the May 9 elections? A few days after the PET issued the order, Comelec still asked for permission to proceed with the dismantling of technical equipment. But there’s no news if the Comelec request was granted.

Bongbong’s protest involves the SECOND HIGHEST OFFICE of the land, and HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS IN PEOPLE’S MONEY that will be SPENT BY IT and on it. It’s NOTHING LESS than a MOCKERY of the Office of the Vice-President to go on functioning WITHOUT 100 PERCENT LEGITIMACY
