Lumalabas ngayon na KINUNSINTI ni Bongbong
Marcos supervising Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa ang ‘FAKE NEWS’ ni Leni
Robredo na nanalo siya sa Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) sa kaniyang petisyon
para sa 25 percent ballot hsading threshold.
Mula nang AGAD-AGAD na ibalita ni Leni sa isang
press conference na nanalo ang kaniyang petisyon matapos ilabas ng PET ang
ruling, NI ISANG SALITA na mali o ‘FAKE NEWS’ ito ay walang nabalitang galing
kay Caguioa. Kahit na ORAS LAMANG matapos ang press conference ay agad ding
nagpost sa social media si Glenn Chong, pati na ang abogado ni Bongbong na si Vic Rodriguez, na ‘fake news’ ang
inihayag ni Leni.
In
my preceding blog 12 hours or so ago, I posted that in https://www.manilatimes.net/pet-voted-to-do-away-with-ballot-shading-thresholds/447126/ says
according to PET sources, the REAL RULING is that there is no need to decide on
the correct percentage because ballot appreciation by revisors is what will
prevail.
Another proof that Leni’s 25-percent threshold DID NOT WIN is
protest supervising Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa’s original draft
resolution was AMENDED AND NOT ADOPTED by the PET. The PET DELETED the
25-percent threshold in the dispositive portion which said, in part, that the
PET“partially granted” Robredo’s urgent motion for reconsideration
to bring back the threshold to 25 percent. Another portion which was stricken off was
that which said “Set aside the tribunal’s resolution dated April 10, 2018”
Leni and her lawyers DID NOT MENTION these facts in their press
conference.
Kung may magsasabing hindi pa rin ito pangungunsinti ni Caguioa
sa KASINUNGALINGAN NI LENI, sigurihin lang na may detalye at hindi mura o insulto
lamang ang alam.
