To Atty. Lourdes Mangaoang: Prove that you’re really against corruption,
especially at the Bureau of Customs where you work.
You say that the administration of President
Digong Duterte is the most corrupt in your 30 years with Customs. Then, PROVE
IT BY COMING OUT WITH EVERYTHING you’ve’ got and you know. DON’T JUST SINGLE
OUT Digong and his government.
I’m not saying, and will never say, that you’re
wrong or lying, attorney. I’m only after FAIR PLAY.
START IDENTIFYING EVERYONE involved in
corruption at Customs, from Bureau personnel to government employees/officials,
private individuals, everyone. Cite DATES, PLACES, FIGURES/AMOUNTS and most of
all DETAILS on how corruption is done. SHOW YOUR PROOF, PHYSICAL PROOF!
Whether you admit it or not, Ms. Mangaoang,
it would be TOTALLY AND GROSSLY UNFAIR for you to name ONLY the Duterte
Administration as the most corrupt, and ignore everyone else before it.
If you won’t be as TRANSPARENT, TOUGH and
encompassing as you profess to be, you should not t blame anybody or complain
if your credibility will always be IN DOUBT!
Surely, you would not want that. But neither
would us, the people, prefer a selective crusade against corruption. What we
need, and would always go for, is an honest-to-goodness, ALL OR NOTHING campaign
against it.

ReplyDeleteshould anybody not to blame atty. Mangaoang of telling of what she knows and experienced as government employee; I would say let everyone of us observed and noticed the present corruption in most of government agencies.
ReplyDeleteSacking is not just enough; must be put to legal investigation completely till it is proven guilty as per material and physical exhibit, should be punished according to the rule of law; and sacking and transferring or giving another assignment or so called promotion is an act of corruption in government system.
