PROOF THAT LENI LIED ON 25% PET RULING!

Here’s proof that Leni Robredo and her cap LIED when they claimed victory in their petition before the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) for a 25 percent ballot shading threshold:

A story in https://www.manilatimes.net/pet-voted-to-do-away-with-ballot-shading-thresholds/447126/ says according to PET sources, the REAL RULING is that there is no need to decide on the correct percentage because ballot appreciation by revisors is what will prevail. Therefore, it was INACCURATE to say that the Robredo camp already won the protest against her by Bongbong Marcos.

Another proof that Leni’s 25-percent threshold DID NOT WIN is protest supervising Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa’s original draft resolution was AMENDED AND NOT ADOPTED by the PET. The PET DELETED the 25-percent threshold in the dispositive portion which said, in part, that the PET

“partially granted” Robredo’s urgent motion for reconsideration to bring back the threshold to 25 percent.

Another portion of Caguioa’s original resolution which was stricken off was that which said “Set aside the tribunal’s resolution dated April 10, 2018”

As far as I can remember, NEVER HAS ANY STORY of the Manila Times on the PET and Bongbong’s protest been denied by the Tribunal. And Leni and her lawyers DID NOT MENTION these facts when they called for a press conference and SPECIFICALLY CLAIMED VICTORY in their petition for a 25 percent.
