REMOVAL OF BOXES FROM SERENO'S OFFICE SUSPICIOUS!

In http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/652303/spokesperson-says-boxes-carted-out-of-sereno-s-office-not-hers/story/?just_in, Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno’s spokesman denied that boxes hauled out of her office yesterday was hers. Lawyer Jojo Lacanilao said the boxes belonged to Michael Ocampo and contained documents needed by the latter to answer a suit filed by lawyer Larry Gadon.

First: Sereno is on indefinite leave and is facing a quo warranto proceeding. So who authorized the removal of the supposed documents in the boxes? Was the action LEGAL AND ALLOWED under Supreme Court rules?

Second: If it was Ocampo who needed the supposed documents, why did it have to be from Sereno’s office? It’s COMMON SENSE for anyone to have copies of papers of anything that he or she had been part of. And STOMACH-TURNING INCOMPETENCE if it’s the other way around. Somethnig which I’m sure Ocampo will not admit to. So what makes Ocampo SO SPECIAL to Sereno that he can keep papers involving him IN HER OFFICE, instead of his?

Third: Lacanilao DID NOT NAME ANYBODY who certified that the boxes contained harmless documents. So we, the people, DO NOT HAVE 100 percent ASSURANCE THAT NOTHING INCRIMINATING against Sereno in the quo warranto proceeding, or in any other issue, were in the boxes.

With all due respect to the Supreme Court, the removal of the boxes should be probed at once. 30
