Here are the LIES AND VIOLATIONS MARIA
LOURDES SERENO COMMITTED before she was appointed Chief Justice, as enumerated
by Supreme Court Associate Justice Teresita
Leonardo-De Castro in
http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/653152/de-castro-sereno-appointment-is-void-due-to-lies-deception/story/.
After reading this be the judge, guys, if Sereno’s HONORABLE ENOUGH to be
fought for following her ouster.
Sereno failed to submit her
statement of assets, liabilities, and net worth for 2002 to 2006 to the
Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) as required for applicants for chief justice. The
2006 SALN Sereno submitted to the JBC in 2010 was UNSUBSCRIBED OR NOT NOTARIZED
and not in the authorized SALN form.
Sereno claimed in her Personal
Data Sheet (PDS) that she was a former deputy commissioner of the Commission on
Human Rights even if there’s no such position. Sereno later clarified that the
post was a "functional title. But the information required by the JBC was Position
Title and not functional title.
Sereno claimed she was once a lecturer
at the Murdoch University and at the University of Western Australia (UWA). Verification later revealed that she lectured
for the Taguig-based Esteban School, which was in a partnership with the UWA
for the foreign university's MBA program here in the Philippines.
Sereno’s camp told media that
she was taking a two-week wellness leave. The truth was, with the en banc's
approval, Sereno went on an indefinite leave.
Your floor, people. Malinaw,
ha, my question is not about the legality of Sereno’s ouster, but about her
being honorable or not to be Chief Justice. Intindihiun muna bago mag-comment.
And Happy Mothers’ Day to all moms worldwide.30
