FRAUD LURKS BEHIND LENI’S 25% THRESHOLD!

PET (Presidential Electoral Tribunal) insider: The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has prescribed a 50% threshold for ballot shading in the 2016 national elections, and not the 25% being maliciously claimed by Leni Robredo and her rabid supporters.

Requesting anonymity, a supervising PET revision officer said Robredo was trying to mislead the public by her claims that the Comelec rule on ballot shading stipulates a 25% threshold. “On the contrary, the PET has earlier junked Robredo's petition for the electoral tribunal to consider the 25% shading threshold saying it is not aware of such poll body resolution.”

He explained that during the 2016 local and national elections, all stakeholders, including the PPCRV, were MADE AWARE of the COMELEC’S RULE ON THE 50% SHADING THRESHOLD (emphasis mine). “But on September 6, 2016, or four months after the election, the Comelec en banc headed by then chairman Andres Bautista came out with a resolution which considered at least 25% shading threshold as a new guideline in case of a recount in any poll protest.”

Ito naman ang akin:

Kaya kung talagang malinis ang panalo ni Leni at WALANG DAYAAN O KAWALANGHIYAAN sa likod ng pinagpipiltan ninyong 25 percent, WALANG MATINONG DAHILAN para PUMUTAK KAYO NON-STOP NA PARANG MANOK. At tulad ng nasabi ko na insan, at siya ring obsertbasyon ng MARAMI, kataka-takang si Leni LAMANG ANG NAMOMROBLEMA sa shading threshold. Si Bongbong, HINDI KAILANMAN.  Sigurado namang HINDI SASABIHN ni Leni kahit kalian na HINDI KASI MABILANG SA DAMI ang mga TANGA O BOBO sa mga bumoto sa kaniya. 30
