In http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/989362/sc-protest-held-amid-conscience-vote-call,
former president Noynoy Aquino was quoted as saying of the upcoming vote by Supreme
Court justices in the quo warranto petition against Chief Justice Maria Lourdes
Sereno:
“Before [they cross the Rubicon], we hope and
pray that they will examine themselves. They may have personal or professional
reasons against the sitting Chief Justice. But I remember what my father used
to say: ‘The true test of democracy is your ability to defend the rights even
of your enemies.’
SHAMELESS HYPOCRISY at its FINEST by Noynoy.
The PNP-SAF 44 was massacred more than a year
before the end of Noynoy’s presidency, deprived of their right to life like
animals. But until he stepped down from office, NOYNOY DID NOTHING to even have
the suspects arrested.
Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (GMA)
was jailed for several years on various charges DESPITE THE ABSENCE OF PROOF. No
less than the Supreme Court allowed GMA to go abroad for medical treatment
during her detention. But then Justice Sec. Leila de Lima had her and then First
Gentleman Mike Arroyo stopped from boarding their plane. An outright violation
of their right to travel. And Noynoy DID NOTHING.
Then Chief Justice Renato Corona was still going through his impeachment trial in the Senate but Noynoy himself was already proclaiming that the evidence was strong enough for conviction. Violating, in his own way, Corona’s right to a fair and speedy trial. Despite the fact that he was not even a lawyer
Baka gusto mong MAHIYA kahit kaunti, Noynoy.

The attitude of Noynoy Aquino was that of a person acting above the law. Being abnormal, he thinks that they are the royalty of the Philippines and have the immunity or exemption from any provisions of the law. As of now, he still thinks the same. I would urge the current administration to charge him for so many things criminal and corrupt from the death of the 44 PNP personnel, the Dengvaxia problems, the right of way payments at Mindanao, the misuse of the Yolanda funds, the DAP, PDAP and problems at the airport terminals. This guy should taste imprisonment as he has done to his predecessor. Let justice prevail.
