said even if she is on indefinite leave,
Sereno has charged to the Supreme Court the expenses for her service
vehicle like fuel and security backup. Among the expenses Sereno wants reimbursed
are brake pads, P14,400; replacement tires, P19,100; diesel fuel for her Toyota
Land Cruiser CS service vehicle and gasoline for two Toyota Innova backup
vehicles.
Anybody correct me if I’m wrong: Reimbursable expenses are the monies spent on or for OFFICIAL BUSINESS ONLY, or acts RELATED to or for the effective performance of the person’s job. But Sereno IS ON INDEFINITE LEAVE. Acting Chief Justice Antonio Carpio has BEEN DOING HER WORK, and running her office. And as what we have all been seeing, THE ONLY THING Sereno has been doing since she went on leave is to DELIVER SPEECHES from one place to another to defend herself against the possible ouster she is facing.
SARILI/PERSONAL na problema ni Sereno ang
posibilidad na MATANGGAL siya bilang Chief Justice. HINDI ng buong Korte
Suprema o opisina ng Chief Justice. Kaya dapat lamang na PERSONAL DIN NIYANG PERA
ang gastusin sa mga lakad niyang iyon. At hindi pondo ng Korte Suprema, na
GALING SA BUWIS NATING SAMBAYANAN.
Hindi ko na hahabaan pa, mga kababayan, at
naginit ulo ko. Harap-harapang LUGI TAYO ng walang KALABAN-LABAN. Kumontra na
ang gustong kumontra. Siguruhin lang na may detalye. 30
