In a story in http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/05/19/18/sereno-cries-harassment-says-doj-going-after-her-aides,
ousted Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno complained that two of her her
lawyers, Ma. Lourdes Oliveros and Michael Ocampo, have been summoned by the
Department of Justice (DOJ) to explain their work in the judiciary. "Panggigipit
po sa lahat ng side. Malinaw na panggigipit talaga.”
Hindi lang pala TSISMOSA itong si Aling Lourdes.
ILUSYONADA PA! Bago siya may MALOKO sa drama niyang ito ay LIWANAGIN na natin
agad:
HINDI KAYO UNTOUCHABLE ng mga DATI mong tauhan,
Sereno. Kahit na hindi ako abogado, mangangahas akong sabihin na WALANG BATAS na
nagsasabing EXEMPTED KA at ang mga DATI mong tao sa anumang imbestigasyon ng
anumang ahensiya ng gobyerno! Itama ako, AGAD-AGAD, ng sinumang pro-Sereno kung
mali ako.
Isa pa, HINDI NAMAN IKAW ang pinatawag ng
DOJ. Kaya KUNG WALA KANG KATARANTADUHANG GINAWA na maaaring mabulgar sa
pamamagitan nina Ocampo at Oliveros, WALANG MATINONG DAHILAN para magdadaldal
ka ng ganyan.
Whether IT’S A NIGHTMARE OR DELUSION over
whatever, WAKE UP Lourdes. SHAME ON YOU if you won’t. Especially since there’s
a LEGAL BASIS for the summons for your former llawyers.
For those who are uninformed, Ocampo and
Oliveros had been charged with graft by Sereno critic and lawyer Larry Gadon. Gadon
had claimed that ONLY TWO of Macasaet’s eight contracts with the Supreme Court passed
through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC). The rest were approved by Sereno
in an apparent attempt to evade competitive bidding, in violation of the
Government Procurement Reform Act.
PERA MULA SA SAMBAYANAN ang ipinabayad mo kay
Macasaet, Aling Lourdes. Kaya AMIN ang lahat ng karapatan na malaman kung may
WALANGHIYAAN bang nangyari o WALA. At
uulitin ko, kung wala kang katarantaduhang ginawa, walang dahilan para UMANGAL
ka sa pagpapatawag ng DOJ sa mga dati mong abogado. Sumagot na ang gustong
