DUTERTE BINALE-WALA NG VP RECOUNT!

Pati si Pangulong Digong Duterte, BINALE-WALA ng mga nagpapatakbo ng recount ng mga botong sakop ng protesta ni Bongbong Marcos laban kay Leni Robredo para sa pagka vice-president.

Pang-apat na araw na ngayon mula nang itanong ni Digong sa isang speech sa isang pagtitipon kung ano na ba ang nangyayari sa recount. Tulad ng alam na nating lahat, mga kababayan, TOTAL NEWS BLACKOUT ANG PINAIIRAL HANGGANG NGAYON ng mga namamahala sa recount.

Bago ko sinulat ito, pinasadahan ko ang mga news websites, lalo pa ng mga  nangunguna sa  industriya.  NI ISANG SALITA, WALANG SAGOT ang sinumang opisyal ng recount. As in NONE. Itama ako ninuman kung mali ako.

Lahat ng nangyayari sa recount ay naka-record dapat. Kung sinusunod ito, DAPAT WALANG PROBLEMA para sa mga namamahala ng recount na agad na magbigay ng detalye sa Pangulo. AGAD-AGAD. Pero kahit ang Malacanang, walang iniuulat sa publiko na nasagot na ang tanong ni Digong.

Hindi OPISYAL O IN WRITING ang tanong ni Digong, totoo. Pero SIYA ANG PANGULO NG BANSA. Ang sinumang may MATINONG PAGIISIP at MALINIS NA KONSIYENSIYA ay hindi babale-walain kailanman ang Pangulo ng bansa, SA ANUMANG BAGAY.

Tanging ang gumagawa lamang ng KATARANTADUHAN, SUPER-BIGAT NA KATARANTADUHAN, ang lantarang hindi papansin sa Pangulo ng bansa. At tandaan natin, mga kababayan, HANGGGANG NGAYON ay walang matibay na paliwanag na maibigay ang mga namamahala sa recount kung bakit HINDI DAPAT MALAMAN NG SAMBAYANAN ang mga nagaganap doon. Walang makapag-justify kung bakit sila-sila lang ang dapat makaalam.

From all angles, reports of Agot Isidro being SUPPOSEDLY THREATENED with acid by a basher is a CHEAP, STUPID AND KID-STUFF GIMMICK.

WALANG MAPAPALANG MABUTI ang sinuman pag sinabuyan ng asido si  Agot. HINDI SIYA SIKAT, bilang artista man o kritiko ni Pangulong Digong Duterte. Ni HINDI RIN SIYA GINAGALANG ng karamihan bilang kritiko. WALA ring nababalita na may hawak siya KAHIT ISANG MALAKING GRUPO ng mga kritiko ng Duterte Government. Lalong WALA rin namang TULUY-TULOY NA LUMALANTAD na mga samahan o bata-batalyong indibidwal at nagpahayag ng suporta sa kaniya.

In other words, she’s NOT AN IDOL, AN INFLUENCER, ICON or call it whatever you like who can destroy President Digong and his government that she must be THREATENED JUST to stop her brainless attacks.

WALANG MAY MATINONG PAGIISIP na MAGWAWALDAS NG PERA AT ORAS para lamang saktan si Agot. At lalong WALANG MAGRIRISKO na makulong at masira ang pangalan at kinabukasan PARA LAMANG SA ISANG MADALDAL NA LAOS na tulad niya.

Nagpapapansin lang si Agot dahil may balak tumakbo  bilang senador. Dahil kung hindi, alam  niyang wala nang makakaalala sa kaniya. Kapag nangyari iyon, sino pa ang boboto lang sa kaniya?

How do you deal with Agot: IGNORE HER, COMPLETELY. Whatever she says or does. As if she doesn’t exist. Let’s all do this for even two to three months and I’d bet 10 t0 1, the Liberal Party won’t even consider her again for a senatorial candidate.

Tandaan, WALANG MABUTING MAPAPALA kung papansinin si Agot at ang mga SENSELESS niyang atake laban kay Presidente Digong at ang gobyerno.

Macalintal even arrogantly added that Digong should not be surprised since he and Robredo were both elected in elections using the same ballots and counting machines.

Wow, MAS MARUNONG ka pa sa PET, Romy, GANUN! NAUNA ka pang magdesisyon kesa kanila!  Buong paggalang nga sa balota na hinihintay ng mga justices ng PET ang TUNAY na resulta ng botohan, ikaw may resulta na. WALA KANG BALAK MAHIYA KAHIT GA-PATAK?

Tulad ng alam nating lahat, NASA PET PA ang protesta ni Bongbong. At PET LAMANG ANG MAY KAPANGYARIHANG MAGSABI kung sino ang TUNAY na vice-president ng bansa! HINDI SI MACALINTAL O SINUMAN sa kampo ni Robredo. At ALAM NA ALAM nilang dalawa iyon.

Kaya para derechahang sagutin ni Macalintal ang tanong ng Pangulo ng si Robredo talaga ang bise-presidente ng bansa ay hindi lamang sagarang KAPAL NG MUKHA  kundi PAMBABASTOS AT PAMBABALE-WALA SA KAPANGYARIHAN ng mga mahistrado ng PET na tanging SILA LAMANG ANG MAYROON!

My take: WALA KAYONG PAKIALAM NI ROBREDOI sa boto ni Bongbong, Macalintal. HUWAG MO SIYANG IDAMAY sa problema ninyo ng kliytente mo. At lalong MAHIYA KA NAMAN KAHIT GA-PATAK sa PAGGAMIT kay Bongbong sa mga WALANG UTAK mong pahayag.   

Huwag tayong magkalimutan, Macalintal: KAYO LANG ni Robredo ang masahol pa sa batang spoiled na NAGPUPUMILIT sa 25 percent ballot shading threshold. HINDI, KAILANMAN, si Bongbong.  Kaya WALANG MATINONG DAHILAN para ISAMA MO si Bongbong sa babala mong disenfranchisement. Kung ang gusto naman ninyo ni Robredo ay ipamukha sa taumbayan at kay Bongbong na martir kayo at nagmamalasakit lamang  kahit sa kalaban, HINDI KAMI BOBO PARA MAPANIWALA NINYO.

At IPALIWANAG mo nga, Macalintal, kung bakit mo nasabing milyones ang mga botanteng madidisenfranchise kapag natalo pa ulit ang apela ninyo para sa 25 percent shading threshold.

MAY LISTAHAN ba kayo ni Robredo kung sinu-sino at ilan ang nag-shade lang ng 25 percent?

O may sariling kopya ba kayo ng mga balotang 25 percent lang ang shade? Kung mayroon man kayo ni Leni ng pareho o isa man sa mga ito, SAAN O KANINO GALING? At LEGAL BA ang pagkaaroon ninyho niyan?

Kung wala kayo ng pareho at imahinasyon mo lamang iyan, Macalintal, para matakot si Bongbong o ang mga sumusuporta sa kaniya para pumayag na sila sa 25 percent threshold, kung hindi TARANTA na kayo ni Robredo sa KABA ay SAKSAKAN KA NG TANGA.  Karami na ngang NADISKUBRENG PRUWEBA  NG DAYAAN sa mismong probinsiya ni Robredo na Camarines Sur, kahit sa panaginip HINDI NINYO MATATAKOT ang sinuman.  Itaga mo iyan sa bato.

BALLOT BOXES FROM OTON TOWN

The expose by a Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) insider of  poll fraud for the vice presidential race in Iloilo could have been worse than in the home province of Leni Robredo of Camarines Sur JUSTIFIES the inclusion of Iloilo City in the recount of votes covered by Bongbong Marcos’ protest against her. 

The insider had revealed that while loading the improvised ballot boxes in container vans, representatives from both the camps of Robredo and Bongbong Marcos, Jr. recorded a number of observations like wet ballot boxes, boxes with broken seals, plastic boxes with just packing tapes around, boxes with damaged top cover, some metal boxes with no padlocks and other infirmities of the ballot containers. Again, I browsed the news websites before I posted this and still, there were NO DENIALS from either the PET or the Bongbong and Robredo groups.

The ballot boxes were not from Iloilo City. But if cheating was carried out in other parts of Iloilo, it wouldn’t be impossible for it to happen in Iloilo City. Think about these, people:

The mayor of Iloilo City during the 2016 elections was Jed Mabilog, a known ally of Robredo who is allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade.  Mabilog controlled the area and as I had pointed out in an earlier column, the approximately 137,000 votes supposedly garnered by Robredo there was MORE THAN HALF of its 261,000 plus registered voters then.  It would be ridiculous, impossible and illogical more than 50 percent of Iloilo City residents to vote for Leni in the polls. And as I had pointed out in an earlier blog, NOBODY INFORMED Bongbong that Iloilo City was supposedly not part of the province when he paid for the whole of it in his protest fee.

Kung kalian nire-ready na for recount, saka biglang hindi kasali Iloilo City. Kung WALANG DAPAT ITAGO, WALANG ITATAGO.

Dismayed by the condition of the “ballot containers” retrieved from Iloilo,  , a Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) insider said: “There’s no reason to doubt that the election documents inside what supposed to be a Comelec safety box were obviously compromised. “It’s but easy to conclude that poll fraud for the vice presidential race in this province could have been worse than in the home province of Leni Robredo because poll officials in Camarines Sur, at the very least, don’t have the temerity to use plastic picnic boxes to secure and preserve the election documents.”

I scanned the news websites before I posted this blog. I did not see any denial by the PET or by the camps of Bongbong and Robredo. And other than journal.com.ph, nobody else ran the story.

Finally, President Digong Duterte himself has asked for an update on the recount of vice-presidential votes covered by Bongbong Marcos’ protest against Leni Robredo.

Bago maloko ninuman ang sinuman na ordinaryong pahayag lang ito at bale-wala, ito ang KAHALAGAHAN ng pahayag ni Digong:

Pati ang Pangulo ay gusto nang MALAMAN ANG NANGYAYARI sa recount. Tulad ng alam na nating sambayanan, NEWS BLACKOUT ANG PINAIIRAL ng recount officials at MALINAW na pati si Digong ay NAPAPANSIN na ito kaya’t nagtatanong na rin siya. Lalo na ang PINAKA-BAGONG RESULTA NG BILANGAN.

NASISIRAAN NA NG BAIT ang sinumang BABALE-WALAIN ang tanong ni Digong. Walang MATINONG tao na MAMBABALE-WALA sa Pangulo ng bansa. Kung WALANG DAYAAN O ANUMANG KAWALANGHIYAAN NA PINAGTATAKPAN sa recount, WALA RING DAHILAN para pati so Digong ay HINDI NILA SAGUTIN.

At kung sakali mang babale-walain nga ng mga recount officials ang tanong ng Pangulo, WALA nang ibang magiging dahlia kundi MAY MGA ANOMALYA O KATARANTADUHAN ngang nagaganap doon.

Then, President Digong will HAVE ALL THE REASONS TO ACT against anyone who will ignore him for a FASTER AND TRULY TRANSPARENT AND truthful recount.

LENI’S ILOILO CITY WIN DUBIOUS!

If you take a closer look, Leni Robredo’s victory over Bongbong Marcos in Iloilo City in the 2016 elections is both SUSPICIOUS AND ILLOGICAL!

Iloilo City had 261,481 registered voters for the 2016 elections.

The final tally showed Robredo getting more than 137,000 votes as against Bongbong’s 33,000 plus score. If you divide 261,487 by 2, the result is 130,740.5. So supposedly, MORE THAN HALF of the city’s voters went for Leni in the polls.

Now, let’s have some LOGIC AND REALITY.

Leni IS NOT from Iloilo City. She’s from Naga City in Bicol. NEVER was it REPORTED that Leni had a major accomplishment for Iloilo City residents when she was a congresswoman. And anybody correct me if I’m wrong, neither was there any news that Leni led in the surveys in Iloilo City throughout the campaign.

So it would be TOTALLY RIDICULOUS, SENSELESS AND ILLOGICAL for more than half of Iloilo City voters to go for Leni in the polls. I’m not from Iloilo City but I’d bet A YEAR’S SALARY that voters there are NOT STUPID!

And keep in mind, boys and girls: Wet ballots and other signs of cheating had been uncovered weeks ago by the House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal from votes in Naga City.

Kaya kung sa SARILING teritoryo ni Leni ay may NANDAYA, HINDI IMPOSIBLENG maging sa Iloilo City na HINDI NIYA BALWARTE. At uulitin ko na naman, para sa BUONG ILOILO ang binayaran ni Bongbong sa protest fee niya. HINDI PUMALAG si Leni o sinuman na hindi dapat kasama ang Iloilo City. Pero kung kalian inihahanda na ang mga balota para sa recount, saka biglang pumapalag si Lenin a hindi dapat masama ang mga ito.

LET BBM QUESTION ILOILO CITY RECOUNT EXCLUSION

Bongbong Marcos must be given a chance to question the exclusion of Iloilo City from the recount of votes covered by his protest against Leni Robredo.

Up to now, NOBODY HAS CONVINCINGLY JUSTIFIED why the exclusion of Iloilo City by virtue of a supposed law NOT RAISED when Bongbong paid for the WHOLE OF Iloilo province in his protest fee. So Bongbong has ALL THE RIGHT TO GET his money’s worth. Or at THE VERY LEAST, any and all opportunities to fight for what he had paid for.

And an AIR-TIGHT explanation on the amazingly FAST exclusion of Iloilo City from the retrieval of the votes from the rest of the province for the recount. Particularly from protest supervising Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa, an APPOINTEE OF THEN PRESIDENT NOYNOY AQUINO. Keep in mind, people, JUST A DAY OR TWO after Robredo’s camp came out with the supposed law saying Iloilo City is not a part of the province, retrieval of the votes was STOPPED.

For everybody’s information, Robredo won over Bongbong in Iloilo City by some 104,000 votes. That’s approximately 20 percent or one-fifth of Robredo’s supposed 500,000 vote victory.

Ito ang matindi, mga kababayan:  Bale may sigurado nang 104,000 boto si Robredo mula sa Iloilo City. Pero mga tao na mismo ni Leni ang nagsabi na may mga basa o damaged na balota nang nakita sa mga bayan ng Oton at Miag-ao sa Iloilo. Kaya HINDI IMPOSIBLENG MAYROON ding mga ganoon sa Iloilo City. 

Tulad ng nasabi ko na, BUONG ILOILO ang pinabayaran kay Bongbong sa protest fee niya. Tapos, nang bibilangin na ulit ang mga boto, BIGLANG HINDI KASALI ang Iloilo City. At ni HINDI PINAPORMA si Bongbong para makapagtanong man lamang.  Saan mang anggulo tingnan, HINDI PAREHAS NA LABAN IYAN.

‘ROBREDO DECEIVING THE PET!'

These are excerpts from the comment of Bongbong Marcos on the motion for reconsideration by Leni Robredo for the adoption of the 25 percent threshold on ballot shading in the recount of their votes instead of the 50 percent which has been the Presidential Electoral Tribunal’s (PET) standard since 2010.

Marcos argued there was "no categorical declaration" in Comelec Resolution No. 16-0600 that the 25-percent shading threshold was adopted by the poll body en banc "during the judicial recount and revision of ballots in election protest." Citing Comelec Executive Director Jose Tolentino Jr., he said the Project Management Office and the Electoral Contests Adjudication Department of the commission have not provided guidelines on manual counting.

Guidelines used by the Random Manual Audit Committee were intended "exclusively" for use by random manual audit teams in random manual audit activities. The memorandum by Comelec Commissioner Luie Guia to then-SC clerk of court Felipa Anama had "no mention" if the guidelines were adopted by the Comelec for recounts in poll protests, Marcos added.

Marcos further argued that using a 25-percent threshold in a manual recount was "absurd," as the Random Manual Audit Report itself "admitted" its "impossibility" when human eyes, not machines, are determining the validity of votes. "Based on the foregoing, protestee Robredo is obviously deceiving this Honorable Tribunal by claiming in her motions that there was a Comelec Resolution mandating the applicability of the 25-percent shading threshold in the appreciation and segregation of votes during the judicial recount and revision of ballots in an election protest.”  

Marcos also accused Robredo of laches, or unreasonably delaying the assertion of a right, since she only asked for the application of the 25-percent standard after the manual recount started.

This is mine:  Bongbong cited three CYSTAL-CLEAR grounds in his comment. Robredo ONLY HAD a Comelec resolution adopting the 25 percent threshold which was issued in September or FOUR MONTHS after the May 2016 polls. Briefings were held before the recount started last April and Robredo was NEVER REPORTED AS HAVING OBJECTED to the 50 percent threshold. ONLY NOW is she making a lot of noise about it, and INSISTING ON WHAT SHE WANTS like a SPOILED BRAT. Sumagot na ang gustong sumagot.

A two-term congressman and a political scientist/strategist of a popular politician for the last 20 years both described as Leni Robredo’s invention her claim that Bolet Banal was just her POLITICAL CLOSE-IN and nothing else.

Without thinking for even a second, the former congressman instantly replied “Of course, wala” when I asked him if there was such a position as political close-in. “Close-in aide, close-in security meron. Political close-in, saang planeta galling iyon?”

The political scientist/strategist explained that a close-in as the ‘utusan.’ The person who answers or makes phone calls in behalf of the politician. The person who carries the bag or briefcase or whatever of his/her boss. If the politician is a woman, the close-in is the one who accompanies her to the ladies’ room, and assists her id necessary.

“I don’t recall seeing or hearing Bolet do anything of these right from the start. And as you have correctly pointed out, the elections is still a year away so Leni doesn’t really need a ‘political close-in.’ Neither does she have a position or job in government which involves politics.”

Leni Robredo should IMMEDIATELY EXPLAIN where did she get the money for the NBA playoff game which she and her daughter Aika watched.

Excerpts from posts in various Facebook groups the lowest ticket price at the bleacher is $ 663 or P34,873.80 each. That adds up to P69,747.60 for the two of them. In the middle section, it’s $950 or P49,970 each for a total of P99, 940. For ringside, it’s $ 5,803.14 or P305, 245.16 per ticket. For the two of them, the tab would be P610,490.32.

First: With her DECLARED wealth of just a little more than a million, she surely won’t ADMIT TO BEING A TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE woman and mother in handling money by spending anywhere between P69,000 to P610,000 just for a basketball game. Plus other expenses that went with it like dining. Or would she?

Second: If Leni will say that the money is her personal funds, her statement of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALN) need a VERY, ERY CLOSE SECOND LOOK. The spending WOULD BE  TOTALLY ILLOGICAL So where did the money come from? Not only for the NBA game but for her plane fare and other bills for her daughter’s graduation in the US.

Third: If the money is from her funds at the Office of the Vice-President, she MUST SHOW PROOF that there’s NOTHING ILLEGAL in doing so. Whatever she spends as presumptive vice-president SHOULD ONLY BE FOR OFFICIAL PURPOSES. And her daughter’s graduation and the NBA game is DEFINITELY NOT, AND WILL NEVER BE, official business.  

Fourth: If the money is a gift or treat by a friend, that’s ILLEGAL. Philippine law DOES NOT ALLOW Leni to receive ANY GIFT IN ANY FORM from anyone for WHATEVER REASON. 30

She said he’s with her often because he was a "political close-in" and a close friend of her late husband Jesse.

First time I’ve heard of a ‘political close-in.’ I know of close-in bodyguards or close-in aide but never of a political close-in.

So WHAT EXACTLY does Banal do for you, Ms. Robredo? His duties and responsibilities and how much do you pay him? The people have the RIGHT TO KNOW because you’re SPENDING OUR TAXES on anything and everything related to the Office of the Vice-President.

Elections are still more than a year away. You DO NOT HAVE ANY JOB OR RESPONSIBILITY in government that involves political issues or negotiations. So why the need for Bolet? Especially in almost everywhere you go? And how often is she with you, or should be with you? Anybody can react.

If the votes for vice-president from Iloilo City will not be included in the recount for Bongbong Marcos’ protest against Leni Robredo, WITHOUT GIVING BONGBONG A CHANCE to contest it, then these SHOULD BE NULLIFIED at once.

To be FAIR to Bongbong.

Tulad ng naisulat ko na, BUONG ILOILO PROVINCE ang kasama sa binayaran ni Bongbong na protest fee. At WALANG SINABI si Leni o sinuman sa kampo niya, gayundin ang Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), na hindi na parte ng province ang Iloilo City.  Kaya’t BAYAD ang naturang diyudad at may karapatan si Bongbong na MALAMAN AT MAKITA ang nilalaman ng mga balota sa recount. Na kay Bongbong ang lahat ng karapatan para malaman kung may naging DAYAAN din sa Iloilo City o wala. Lalo pa nga at kung kalian hinahakot na ang mga balota para sa recount, saka biglang hindi kasali ang naturang siyudad. At hindi na rin binigyan man lamang ng pagkakataon si Bongbong para KWESTIYUNIN ito.

Now, if the exclusion of the Iloilo City votes from the recount will be final, then Bongbong and the rest of the people WILL NEVER KNOW FOR SURE if he had been cheated there or not. Especially considering the FACTS that then Iloilo City Mayor Jed Mabilog was a KNOWN ALLY of Robredo.

The ONLY WAY TO PROTECT Bongbong from possible cheating in Iloilo City is to invalidate/exclude the votes from Leni’s tally altogether. For if Robredo had won clean in Iloilo City, there’s no reason for her to block the inclusion of the votes in the recount.  30

Hindi ka lang minsan nagmalaki, Leni, na marami na kayong nagawa o nagagawa sa OVP. Isa

sa madalas mong ipapress release ay iyong ‘laylayan’ gimik kung alin saan-saang lugar ka nakakarating para MAKINIG NG PROBLEMA ng mga residente. At iyong pakikipagusap mo kuno sa kung kani-kaninong tao o kumpanya para makatulong kuno.

So if you don’t have the mandate to execute programs and projects as you admit, then you had better prove FAST that these gimmicks are NOT ILLEGAL and a waste of our hard-earned taxes.  Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but the OVP has hundreds of millions for its budget.  HOW MUCH have you spent for this ‘laylayan’ stunt, Ms. Robredo, and for the rest of OVP expenses and WHERE ARE THE SUPPORTING PAPERS?

I can’t help but wonder what’s so special with the votes from Iloilo City in relation to the recount of votes for Bongbong Marcos’ protest against Leni Robredo.

Just a day or two after media reported that Robredo’s camp had appealed to the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) for the exclusion of the Iloilo City votes from the recount, GRANTED AGAD. Reports said the ballot boxes were not even unloaded anymore from the truck which picked them up.  Robredo’s camp cited a Republic Act supposedly showing that Iloilo City is not a part of Iloilo province, which Bongbong indicated as one of the three pilot provinces for the recount.   

I’m not saying, and will never say, that Robredo’s argument is wrong.  But the point is Bongbong WAS NOT GIVEN A CHANCE TO CONTEST Robredo’s claim. There were NO REPORTS THAT HE WAS ASKED TO COMMENT. Neither was even one clarificatory hearing scheduled.

SIMBILIS NG KIDLAT na granted agad ang gusto ni Robredo. Pero pag si Bongbong ang umapila, LINGGO O BUWAN O TAON bago ma-grant. At pinagsusubmit pa ng comment (s). Ano ba meron ang Iloilo City votes? BUONG ILOILO ang kasama sa binayaran ni Bongbong para sa kaniyang protesta. At HINDI PUMALAG si Leni, at si protest supervising Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa. Pero ngayong inihahanda na para bilangin ulit, BIGLANG AYAW IPASAMA n Robredo sa recount.

Talaga namang WALA NG KAKAPAL PA ANG MUKHA sa kampo ni Robredo! Si Bongbong pa ang gimikero ngayon, ha? LIWANAGIN natin agad, bago sila  MAY MALOKO!

Iyong mga basa at damaged na balota, at isama na natin ang IBA PANG KATIBAYAN NG PANDARAYA, na nadiskubre sa Camarines Sur ay HINDI GAWA AT HINDI GALING kay Bongbong o sa kampo niya. Gawain iyon ng mga NANDAYA at galling sa mga BALLOT BOX  NA HINDI DAPAT NAPAKIALAMAN HABANG NASA PAGIINGAT ng mga municipal treasurers sa TERITORYO NI ROBREDO.

Kung AGAD mang pinakita at pinaalam ni Bongbong sa taumbayan ang mga nadiskubre niyang basang balota at iba pa, NATURAL AT DAPAT LANG DAHIL KATIBAYAN IYON NG PANDARAYA AT SIYA ANG DINAYA. Ano ang gusto ninyo, huwag kumibo si Bongbong> NASISIRAAN NA KAYO NG BAIT kung ganoon.

So where the hell is the PR stunt, Maranon? DO YOU EVEN KNOW what a PR stunt is?

There’s nothing wrong with the wet/damaged ballots from Iloilo? ONLY THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTORAL TRIBUNAL (PET) HAS THE POWER AND AUTHORITY to say which is irregular and which is not. Definitely, NOT YOU OR ANYBODY ELSE among Robredo’s people.

And look, guys, Maranon even had the STOMACH AND THE NERVE to say that their team does not want the public to be misled by any press release from Bongbong.

Only IDIOTS AND LIARS TO THE MAX will be misled by the TRUTH or will think this way. NOT EVEN ONE of the PROOFS OF CHEATING discovered so far in the recount has been belied by the PET.  And Bongbong’s previous press releases on the cheating were all based on these proofs. So the people are not as stupid as you think, Maranon. If Leni’s camp thinks you have enough credibility that even you’re mere words are enough for people to believe in without question, you’re the ones who are stupid.

So dapat, NANALO NG MALINIS AT MALAKI si Leni laban kay Bongbong. Kaya BAKIT AYAW NIYANG MAPASAMA SA RECOUNT ang mga boto ng Iloilo City? Kung tutuusin, DAPAT ay maging MASIGASIG si Leni na maisama sa recount ang mga balota dahil TERITORYO NG KAKAMPI NIYA ang siyudad.

Nang magbayad si Bongbong Marcos ng kaniyang protest fee, BUONG ILOILO ang kasama. Whether she realizes it or not, Leni Robredo is making her victory over Bongbong Marcos MORE DOUBTFUL THAN EVER! Her camp’s planned appeal to exclude the votes from Iloilo City from the recount of the votes in the province which are covered by Bongbong’s protest against her raises NOT JUST ONE BUT TWO possible signs of cheating.

First: MONTHS before the recount started in April, the WHOLE NATION already knew that Iloilo was among the three initial provinces which will be covered by the process. WHY DIDN’T LENI and her camp CALL FOR THE EXCLUSION of Iloilo City IMMEDIATELY, especially if their claim of Iloilo City being not part of the province as provided for in a republic act is true? WHY ONLY NOW? When retrieval of the Iloilo votes has started and the recount is expected to start soon, and a lot of cheating and election fraud in various ways have been uncovered in Camarines Sur?

For sure, Leni won’t admit or accept that her lawyers were TOO INCOMPETENT not to IMMEDIATELY appeal the  exclusion of the Iloilo City  votes from the recount.

Second: The planned appeal will surely delay the Iloilo recount one way or another if Leni and her camp push through with it. If Leni really won clean and fair, WHY DELAY the process? If Leni has nothing to hide or fear from the Iloilo City votes, she should junk the planned appeal and allow the recount to begin IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT DELAY. The planned appeal is WAY, WAY, WAY TOO LATE anyway.

First were the proofs of cheating and election fraud form ballots and ballot boxes from Camarines Sur. Next was the 25 percent ballot shading threshold

Leni is insisting on, even if her basis was a Comelec resolution issued FOUR MONTHS after the 2016 elections. Now, the Iloilo City votes.  I wonder what’s the next suspicious, illegal or idiotic act or pronouncement we’ll hear from Leni.30

3 LAYERS OF PROTECTION FOR ROBREDO!

Look at the 3 layers of protection for Leni Robredo against any and all things that can BELIE the SUPPOSEDLY ‘clean’ victory she had against Bongbong Marcos.

MEDIA: The Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) has NOT DISOWNED OR DENIED a Facebook post by election expert  and lawyer Glenn Chong yesterday that they have directed the treasurers of some Camarines Sur (CamSur) towns  to explain the proofs of cheating on ballots and ballot boxes which had been under their custody. But until I wrote this blog, NO ONE among the leading media companies has come out with Glenn’s post or a follow-up story to it. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

COMELEC: From the day CHEATING was, and continued to be, discovered more than a month ago in ballots and ballot boxes from Cam Sur in the ongoing recount of votes covered by Bongbong’s protest, Comelec HAS NOT BEEN REPORTED as having done anything. As in NONE. NOT EVEN A WORD OF CONDEMNATION of the cheaters.

RECOUNT OFFICIALS: The NEWS BLACKOUT on the day-to-day happenings in the recount continues, despite repeated requests by Bongbong and his supporters from various areas nationwide for daily updates. Media is still NOT ALLOWED in the recount area. As I had warned in a previous blog we, the people, will NEVER KNOW if more cheating and other anomalies will be discovered. Neither will we ever find out if whatever else will be found, and if the fraud will be LEGALLY OR CRIMINALLY DEALT WITH or not.

Keep in mind, guys, that recount officials HAVE NOT CONVINCINGLY JUSTIFIED their refusal to issue daily updates. And just a week before the May 2016 polls, Robredo SUDDENLY BECAME NO. 1 in the surveys even WITH0UT A SINGLE ENDORSEMENT from big voting groups like the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC).

Unless there is TOTAL TRANSPARENCY, people, ANYTHING CAN STILL HAPPEN. 30

Sa isang post ni election expert at lawyer Glenn Chong, pinagpaliwanag ngayon ng PET (Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) ang ilang municipal treasurers ng Camarines Sur kung bakit may mga basa at sirang balota sa loob ng ballot boxes habang ang mga ito ay nasa kanilang custody o pangangalaga. Pinagpaliwanag ng PET ang mga municipal treasurers ng Bato, Sagñay, Garchitorena at Ocampo.

Ito naman ang sa akin: Dapat pati si Leni Robredo, PAGPALIWANAGIN  na rin ng PET!

Narito ang ilang bahagi ng post ni Atty. Glenn: Nakalista ang ilang incident reports mula April 2 hanggang April 17, ilang ballot boxes ay binuksang muli matapos ito sinilyuhan. Ang isang ballot box mula sa Sagñay ay binuksang muli at hindi na ibinalik ang nasirang security seal. Basa ang mga lamang balota. Ito ay palatandaan ng post-election tampering ng mga laman ng ballot box. Ito ang kauna-unahang pagkakataon na kinumpirma mismo ng PET ang mga basa at maduming mga balota na nakita sa maraming ballot boxes mula sa Camarines Sur. It is interesting to note na sa bayan ng Ragay, at least may 1 presinto mula rito ang nagtransmit ng resulta 1 araw bago magbukas ang mga presinto para sa halalan (May 8, 2016 at 8:40AM).

More or less, 1 sa bawat 3 ballot boxes sa Camarines Sur ang walang voter receipts. Marami pang ballot boxes ang walang Election Returns at wala rin ang Minutes of Voting.
