Sa mga supporters ni Bongbong Marcos: Sa halip na sa Comelec kayo mag-weekly rally, sa Korte Suprema na. Para derecho kay protest supervising Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa.

Anumang may kinalaman sa protesta ni Bongbong laban kay Leni Robredo ay kay Caguioa na manggagaling ang rekomendasyon para sa aksiyon na gagawin ng Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET). Wala na sa Comelec.

Kaya’t dahil walang anumang rekomendasyon na nababalita mula kay Caguioa sa mga pisikal na ebidensya at senyales ng dayaan, si Caguioa ang DAPAT NATING KALAMPAGIN.

Siya ang dapat nating UGAIN, TANUNGIN at kung ano-ano pa kung bakit WALANG AKSIYON sa mga reklamo ni Bongobng tungkol sa mga ebidensiya at senyales ng dayaan.

Dapat na siyang magpaliwanag kung ANO PA ANG NAGPAPATAGAL NG HUSTO sa recount. At kung bakit NEWS BLACKOUT pa rin, at WALANG DAPAT MALAMAN ANG SAMBAYANAN sa mga nangyayari sa recount.

WALA PA ring nababalitang aksiyon o rekomendasyon hanggang ngayon si Bongbong Marcos protest supervising Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa  sa mga ebidensiya at senyales na mga ito. Tulad ng mga sumusunod:

Basang balota, balotang punit-punit o amoy kemikal, PRE-SHADED NA MGA BALOTA sa pangalan ni Leni Robredo, mga balotang may paso, mga ballot box na binuksan at NINAKAWAN ng mga dokumentong  dapat ay nasa loob ng mga ito ayon sa batas, pagpapadala ng mga RESULTA KUNO NG ELEKSIYON sa Ragay, Camarines Sur ISANG ARAW BAGO ANG AKTWAL NA BOTOHAN, mga square sa tabi ng pangalan ni Robredo sa mga balota na hindi malaman kung saan galling,  outing sa Pansol ng isang tauhan ni Robredo at ng 24 na tao ng Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) at HINDI AWTORISADONG PAKIKIALAM ng Smartmatic sa script ng transparency server noong unang gabi ng bilangan. Nang ireklamo naman ni Bongbong ang mga square, naiulat sa media na alam daw niya ito dahil napagusapan raw ito sa isang briefing bago mageleksiyon. Nang sabihin ni Bongbong na hindi niya alam ang briefing kuno at humingi siya ng minutes o record ng napagusapan at mga dumalo, WALANG NAIBIGAY ANG KAHIT NA SINO SA KANIYA.

Higit sa lahat, huywag nating kaliumutan mga kababayan na WALA pa ring nababalitang aksiyon o rekomendasyon si Caguioa laban sa Smartmatic sa kabila ng NAGUUMAPAW na mga ebidensiya at senyales ng dayaan.

To Atty. Lourdes Mangaoang:  Prove that you’re really against corruption, especially at the Bureau of Customs where you work.

You say that the administration of President Digong Duterte is the most corrupt in your 30 years with Customs. Then, PROVE IT BY COMING OUT WITH EVERYTHING you’ve’ got and you know. DON’T JUST SINGLE OUT Digong and his government.

I’m not saying, and will never say, that you’re wrong or lying, attorney. I’m only after FAIR PLAY.

START IDENTIFYING EVERYONE involved in corruption at Customs, from Bureau personnel to government employees/officials, private individuals, everyone. Cite DATES, PLACES, FIGURES/AMOUNTS and most of all DETAILS on how corruption is done. SHOW YOUR PROOF, PHYSICAL PROOF!

Whether you admit it or not, Ms. Mangaoang, it would be TOTALLY AND GROSSLY UNFAIR for you to name ONLY the Duterte Administration as the most corrupt, and ignore everyone else before it.

If you won’t be as TRANSPARENT, TOUGH and encompassing as you profess to be, you should not t blame anybody or complain if your credibility will always be IN DOUBT!

Surely, you would not want that. But neither would us, the people, prefer a selective crusade against corruption. What we need, and would always go for, is an honest-to-goodness, ALL OR NOTHING campaign against it.

Here’s part of his observations:

“Bongbong Marcos has paid for the cost of the recount IN FULL (emphasis mine). The votes to be recounted are all in, and had been ready for transmittal to Manila weeks before the revision even started. The same thing with the venue and the equipment or paraphernalia needed. Even the revisors had been chosen months before the recount began.

“No less than a Supreme Court justice is assigned to supervise or handle the protest, and the recount. But despite all these, there is no VISIBLE EFFORT OR MOVE (emphasis mine) to fast-track the process.

“So I really can’t see any justification for the slower than the snail pace of the recount. I find it as malicious and deliberate, all for vested interests.”

Ang kawalan ng anumang aksiyon o rekomendasyon mula sa kaniya tungkol sa PAGSISINUNGALING ni Robredo kamakailan na nanalo siya sa kaniyang mosyon sa Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) para sa 25 percent ballot shading threshold;

KAWALAN NG BALITA sa mga tauhan ng Comelec at iba pa na inutusan ng PET ilang buwan na ang nakakaraan para ipaliwanag ang mga BASANG BALOTA, BALOTANG AMOY KEMIKAL, PUNIT-PUNIT NA BALOTA, PRE-SHADED na mga balota sa pangalan ni Robredo, ballot boxes na PUWERSAHANG BINUKSAN, mga balotang may mga paso mula sa iba’t-ibang bayan ng probinsiya ni Robredo na Camarnes Sur at marami pang iba. MINSAN LAMANG nabalita sa national media na may mga pinagpapaliwanag na ang PET. Pero matapos iyon, WALA NANG NAGING KASUNOD NA BALITA SAAN MAN tungkol dito. AS IN WALA.

KAWALAN NG BALITA sa naging sagot kuno ng Comelec sa mga TRANSMISSION NG RESULTA KUNO NG HALALAN sa Ragay, Camarines Sur ISANG ARAW PA bago ang aktwal na botohan.

KAWALAN ng investigation report at findings HANGGANG NGAYON, PATI NA NG AKSIYONG GINAWA kung mayroon man, sa outing ng isang tauhan ni Robredo at ng 24 na tauhan ng PET sa Pansol, Laguna.

Ang PATULOY NA NEWS BLACKOUT sa nagiging RESULTA ng recount at mga nangyayari roon. Kung WALANG DAYAAN O WALANGHIYAANG NAGAGANAP O NADIDISKUBRE, walang dahilan para patuloy na ilihim ang mga ito sa sambayanan.

Gaya ng mga PRE-SHADED BALLOT sa kaniyang pangalan at ang Pansol outing ng isang revisor ni Leni at ng 24 na tauhan ng PET.  

Nang magreklamo at humiling ng imbestigasyon si Bongbong Marcos tungkol sa Pansol outing, sinabi ni Leni na naimbestigahan na ito at nadesisyunan na bago pa nagsalita si Bongbong. Pero HANGGANG NGAYON, WALANG MAIBIGAY na kopya ng investigation report ang kahit sino kay Bongbong!

Huwag din nating KALIMUTAN, mga kababayan, na LANTARANG NAGSINUNGALINg si Leni sa isang press conference na nanalo siya sa kaniyang petisyon sa PET para sa 25 percent ballot shading threshold. Nang mapatunayan ni Glenn at ng ilan pa ang kasinungalingan  ni Leni, HINDI ITO NAPARUSAHAN O HININGAN NG PALIWANAG man lamang. Kumbaga, PARANG WALANG NANGYARI!

Branch 148 presiding Judge Andres Soriano said the proclamation by President Digong Duterte voiding Trillanes’ amnesty is VALID. So everything related to or concerning the proclamation is enforceable by another court.

Soriano did not say or order that the Armed Forces is barred from enforcing Digong’s proclamation, NOTHING should stop them from taking Trillanes into custody.

And since Digong is the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, ONLY HE HAS THE POWER to decide on what to do with Trillanes.

Any lawyer or judge correct me if I’m wrong. I will appreciate further enlightenment on this issue. 30

A BULLSHIT OF A DECISION!

Regardless of the legal grounds, the refusal by Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) Judge Andres Soriano to issue a warrant of arrest for Antonio Trillanes was a BULLSHIT OF A DECISION!

Soriano was APPOINTED to the Makati RTC by then President Noynoy Aquino. And we all know that Noynoy and President Digong Duterte ARE DEFINITELY NOT ON GOOD TERMS.

So Soriano SHOULD NOT HAVE ACCEPTED the case right from the start. For DELICADEZA. With or without a motion by the prosecution.

What is the people’s guarantee now that his decision was not influenced by Noynoy or anyone from the ‘Yellow Cult?’ Especially considering the fact that while Soriano refused to issue an arrest warrant and hold departure order (HDO), against Trillanes, he UPHELD THE VALIDITY of Digong’s proclamation nullifying his amnesty.

A doctor of laws whom I consulted before writing this piece told me the normal procedure should have been for the judge to issue an arrest warrant ASAP since Trillanes’ case was NON-BAILABLE!

Another lawyer whom I caught up with added: "With his link to Noynoy, and the lack of physical proof on the part of Trillanes, Judge Soriano will have a lot of explaining to do."

Noynoy Aquino and his gang reigned for SIX YEARS. But NEVER was it reported that even a single rehabilitation job was conducted or the waters of Boracay were regularly tested for the safety of its millions of visitors.

FIVE MONTHS as against SIX YEARS!

Brand new airconditioning units for the MRT-3 have arrived. Not just newly-repaired or reconditioned but brand new. Just two years and four months into Digong’s presidency and with NO FARE INCREASE. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong.

Six years of Noynoy’s presidency and this never happened. But a year or so before his presidency ended, MRT -3 fares were RAISED BY ALMOST 50 PERCENT. Supposedly for maintenance work and improvement of facilities.

Bottomline: NOYNOY’S INCOMPETENCE, AND DISREGARD, of public welfare as against DIGONG’S RESULTS!

Customs Commissioner Isidro Lapeña MUST GO ON INDEFINITE LEAVE immediately following the expose of supposed evidence belying his claim that magnetic lifters found in Cavite had not been emptied of smuggled shabu as earlier alleged by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).

The whistleblower, Customs Deputy Collector Ma. Lourdes Mangaoang, has a couple of things to explain.

Apart from going on vacation, Lapena HIMSELF must request for an investigation by an independent national or foreign government agency into the raging controversy. A good choice would be the US Embassy’s anti-drug personnel.

Now that Lapena himself is being accused of either incompetence or of covering up the truth, it would be very difficult for the people to still believe in the accuracy and fairness of a Customs investigation.

He’s Customs chief. He can control everything going on in it.

For Mangaoang, she must explain thoroughly why didn’t  she come out in the open AT ONCE right after Customs declared that contrary to PDEA claims, the lifters found in Cavite had not contained shabu.

If Lapena really ignored her initial warning as she alleges, did she report to higher authorities. If yes, to whom and what happened? If no, why not?

Mangaoang must also produce in public the person whom she says took the accurate x-ray photos showing shabu in the magnetic lifters. She must also personalities who can impartially authenticate the x-ray photos.

And if she’s as tough and crusading as she appears to be, would Mangaoang be ready to file cases against Lapena and anyone else whom she thinks must be held accountable?

MEDIA WAR lang ang nangyayari. Puro DALDALAN. Tayong sambayanan na naman ang mabibingi. Kaya MAGKAALAMAN NA AGAD habang maaga.

To those who continue to bash actor Aga Muhlach for hitting Antonio Trillanes: PROVE HIM WRONG OR HAVE THE DECENCY (and here’s hoping you people still have some) to SHUT UP and spare us from your NONSENSE. Specifically:

POINT OUT EXACTLY WHAT WAS ILLEGAL OR IMMORAL in what Aga said. Come out with a law or rule which prohibits Aga from criticizing Trillanes. Similarly, produce any law or rule which says nobody can say anything bad about Trillanes. And show proof that Aga does not have the right to the freedom of speech or expression, which Trillanes and you attack dogs are exercising now to the MAX.

If you Aga bashers CANNOT PRODUCE any of these, then JUSTIFY why should the people even WASTE TIME LISTENING to what you say about him. Especially, the demand of some of you for a public apology by Aga and a call to boycott his upcoming film.

THE DAP ANOMALY IS ACTUALLY THIS BIG…

In his column in The Manila Times, Rigoberto Tiglao said not just 274 but 1,997 cases of malversation of public funds should have been filed by Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission commissioner Greco Belgica against former President Noynoy Aquino, his then  Budget Sec. Florencio Abad, and several other Liberal Party stalwarts for the unconstitutional Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP).

That’s the number (1,997) of SAROs, or Special Allotment Release Orders, that the Aquino administration released to undertake the DAP, which amounted to a STAGGERING P147 BILION (emphasis mine).  These SAROs are the instructions by the budget secretary or his representatives for the National Treasury to release funds for specific programs and projects.

While each of the DAP’s 1,997 SAROs were signed by Abad or his then deputy, Mario Relampagos, they were all authorized by Aquino himself through four memorandums he signed.  Under Article 220 of the Revised Penal Code:

“Any public officer who shall apply any public fund or property under his administration to any public use other than for which such fund or property were appropriated by law… shall suffer the penalty of prision correccional in its minimum period or a fine ranging from one half to the total of the sum misapplied…” Prision correccional in its minimum period means a jail term of six months to two years.

The Yellow Regime had managed to keep the DAP secret until Sen. Jinggoy Estrada exposed it in 2013, claiming that DAP funds were used to bribe senators to vote Chief Justice Corona guilty in his impeachment trial. According to Estrada, to bribe them, senators were given P100 million for their “projects,” which, he would only be told later, came from the DAP. After that, and to the credit of our media that did not let up on the issue, Aquino’s budget department was forced to disclose the details of the DAP.

The Supreme Court in 2014 ruled—and affirmed in 2015—that the DAP was patently unconstitutional, that it clearly violated Article IV, Section 29 of the Constitution: “No money shall be paid out of the Treasury except in pursuance of an appropriation made by law.” The projects the SAROs Aquino had ordered to be financed from the budget were not in any of the budget laws from 2010 to 2013.

With Robredo’s DIRECT ADMISSION of the Opposition’s slim chances in 2019, CHEATING remains a wide-open possibility.  Then, the more we SHOULD DO AWAY WITH SMARTMATIC to better ENSURE FAIRNESS AND TOTAL TRANSPARENCY in the polls.

Let’s NOT FORGET, people: Smartmatic HAS NOT YET PROVEN as wrong or as a lie any and all the pieces of evidence and tell-tale signs of CHEATING in the 2016 elections which have been uncovered and linked to it so far.

Like the TRANSMISSION OF ELECTION RESULTS by vote counting machines (VCM) to some areas in Camarines Sur ONE DAY BEFORE THE ACTUAL VOTING, and the UNAUTHORIZED TAMPERING of the transparency server script on the first night of the counting.

Take note, people, there has been NO LEGAL ACTION by the Comelec against Smartmatic despite the pieces of evidence of cheating. So if Smartmatic will still be the service provider for the 2019 automated polls, WE HAVE NO GUARANTEE that there won’t be cheating anymore.

The ONLY WAY to preempt cheating is to KICK OUT SMARTMATIC, this early and FOR GOOD! ONLY CHEATERS will object to this.
