Sa halip na ITAGO AT REMEDYUHAN ang KAHINAAN AT KAKULANGAN NG SUPORTA ng LP, na SARILI NIYANG PARTIDO, ibinulgar pa at ipinabatid ni Leni sa buong sambayanang Pilipno. SINO pa ngayon sa akala niya ang sasama o susuporta, at magtitiwala, sa kanila sa eleksiyon sa 2019?

Until Noynoy’s presidency ended the following, among others, WERE NOT RESOLVED -- The SAF 44 Massacre at Mamasapano; the BILLIONS of pesos in ‘Yolanda’ donations and rehabilitation funds WHICH WERE NEVER FULLY ACCOUNTED FOR;  the billions of pesos in DAP and PDAF funds released to Noynoy allies which have also NOT BEEN LIQUIDATED totally;  the ANOMALOUS maintenance contract for the MRT-3 and the NON-INCLUSION of then Transportation Sec. Joseph Emilio Abaya in the criminal charges for it, even if he was the one who signed the deal; the almost 50 PERCENT INCREASE in MRT-3 fares, purportedly for improvements, and the DETERIORATION of the train line and its facilities which we all saw; questionable releases from the Malampaya fund which were never convincingly justified and the proliferation of the illegal drugs trade in the national penitentiary in Muntinlupa.

And of course, the DENGVAXIA scandal and the 830,000 KIDS UNWITTINGLY USED for it and the P8.7 billion right of way scam in General Santos City. The list is long.

When you consider all these, ask yourselves: Did anybody in the Senate lineup of Noynoy’s allies DO ANYTHING to solve or find out the truth to any of these scandals/anomalies? If anyone of them remains in or gets into the Senate in 2019, will they do anything about all these? 30

She added:  It's trying to... it controls the parliament. It filed an impeachment case against the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. It has imprisoned another woman who is a senator. So it’s going against the different institutions, government branches that should balance the executive.”

A PATHETIC, STINKING LIAR (and I mean every letter of it) TO THE MAX for a UN rapporteur (reporter).

To my CONFUSED COUNTRYMEN and the WORLD COMMUNITY, especially the BLINDED/MISLED:   The impeachment case against Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno was NOT FILED by the government of President Rodrigo’ Digong’ Duterte. It was filed by a lawyer FROM THE PRIVATE SECTOR. And the case WILL NOT BE DECIDED ON by the Duterte Government. It’s the WHOLE House of Representatives who will vote on whether or not the case will be forwarded to the Senate for trial. The Duterte Government WILL NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO with whatever happens to the case.

The woman senator, Leila de Lima, was NOT jailed for her continuous attacks on President Duterte and his government, with every issue she can think of. De Lima was imprisoned for her ALLEGED INVOLVEMENT IN THE ILLEGAL DRUGS TRADE. And De Lima IGNORED ALL INVITATIONS form the House of Representatives (and the Justice department if I remember correctly) to GIVE HER SIDE.  Until she was detained, De Lima FREELY threw one accusation or insult after another on President Duterte and his government. But De Lima was NEVER CHARGED FOR LIBEL, GRAVE SLANDER, ORAL DEFAMATION or other similar crimes.

Even if I’m not a lawyer, I will dare say that Sereno and De Lima combined ARE NOT THE GAUGE of whether or not authoritarianism has taken over the government.

And to show how much of an IDIOT this Corpuz is, the Philippine government is NOT A PARLIAMENT. It’s BICAMERAL, with a House of Representatives or Lower House and a Senate or Upper House. Opposition blocs in both houses are ALIVE AND KICKING, with criticisms and claims against President Duterte and his government almost daily n national media.  So what the fuck is the FALSEHOOD of Duterte controlling the parliament is Corpuz talking about? Where is the damned parliament?

In a story in http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/978970/baseless-claims-linking-rights-groups-to-drugs-is-dangerous-chrn, the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) described as “dangerous” statements by some government officials that human rights groups may be “unwitting tools” of drug syndicates to destabilize the Duterte administration. The CHR added that supposed connivance remains “baseless.”

Then the CHR should be probed, too, for possible inks to drug syndicates. Why? The CHR should explain what makes them 100 percent sure that alleged links of human rights’ groups to drug lords/syndicates are baseless.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong: Human rights’ groups ARE NOT CHR EMPLOYEES. Neither are they HOUSEMATES of CHR guys, especially Chairman Gascon. Therefore, there’s NO WAY the CHR WOULD KNOW 100 percent or 24 hours a day what human rights’ groups are doing every day. So WHY are they IMMEDIATELY DEFENSIVE of the groups? WHAT is the CHR’s BASIS that the groups have no ties to drug lords?

Especially considering the fact that human rights’ groups, as well as the CHR, HAVE NEVER CONDEMNED/ATTACKED illegal drugs and drug lords/syndicates? NOT ONCE. Even if a lot of police and other law enforcers HAVE BEEN KILLED by drug pushers/gangs, COUNTLESS drug addicts have died of various causes like disease and involvement in criminal activities and MILLIONS MORE DIE SLOWLY daily due to their addiction.

Lastly, it’s very clear that human rights’ groups are the subjects of the statements of some government officials on the possible links to drug lords/syndicates.  NOT THE CHR.

Here are excerpts from the CRYSTAL-CLEAR reply of Solicitor General Jose Calida to the comment of Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno on his quo warranto petition to oust her (http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/648063/calida-accuses-sereno-of-lying-in-comment-to-quo-warrant-rap/story/):

According to Calida, Sereno made a misrepresentation before the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) when she claimed in a letter that she could not fully comply with the Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) requirement because her records of more than 15 years, when she was still a University of the Philippines (UP) professor, were "infeasible to retrieve." But  certifications from UP and the Office of the Ombudsman showed that Sereno did not file her SALNs from 1986 to 1989, 1992, 1999 to 2001, and 2003 to 2006. Calida said Sereno had been legally obligated to tell the JBC that she had failed to file her SALNs.

Calida cited a testimony before a House Committee on Justice hearing by then-JBC chair Associate Justice Diosdado Peralta, Calida, who said Sereno's supposed letter to the JBC "was never submitted for consideration" during the council's deliberations. "Without having been deliberated upon by the JBC, the letter cannot be considered anything more than a mere scrap of paper.”

Calida said Sereno’s SALN as of December 31, 1998 was filed in 2003, and that of 2009 on June 2012. The 2009 SALN purportedly indicates she was a Supreme Court Associate Justice -- she was appointed in 2010. Calida also said Sereno's SALN from 2006, the year she resigned from UP, "bears no stamp receipt" from the university and was only signed in 2010, "the same day that she submitted it to the JBC and was not notarized."

Calida also said the text of the Constitution allows the ouster of an impeachable official through other modes than impeachment," and that the Constitution "does not include ineligibility to public position as a ground for impeachment. No one can be convicted for ineligibility." On Sereno's claim that the one-year period for filing his quo warranto petition  had lapsed, Calida said the Rules of Court provides the prescriptive period only for a petitioner who claims a right to a public office, and not to "the State which has an interest to ensure that only a qualified individual occupies the highest position in the Judiciary."

On Sereno's claim that 14 out of her 20 co-applicants for to the position of chief justice failed to comply with the SALN requirement, Calida said:  "Whether the other candidates complied with the submission of SALNs before the JBC is absolutely of no relevance to this case. The fact remains that these other candidates were not appointed to the position of Chief Justice, Respondent was."

WALA na talagang KONSIYENSIYA at KAHIHIYAN ito. Pati Holy Week, GINAGAMIT para lang may masabing MASAMA laban sa  gobyerno ni Pangulong Digong Duterte at sa gobyerno nito. Kahit na WALANG BASEHANG MABANGGIT.

Let’s be VERY, VERY CLEAR:  De Lima is NOT THE SOLE GAUGE, and definitely NOT AN OR THE AUTHORITY WHO HAS THE POWER AND THE RIGHT TO JUDGE whether the Duterte Government’s drug war is fake or not. I challenge anyone who will object to PRESENT ANY LAW OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENTARY PROOF TO THE CONTRARY. NOW! Having said that:

De Lima DID NOT CITE ANY SPECIFIC PROOF OR BASIS in the story on why the drug war is fake, Arrests of drug pushers and confiscation of their illegal merchandise are reported in national media PRACTICALLY DAILY, meaning anti-drug operations are NON-STOP.  NOT just weekly or monthly, or only when the police feel like operating. ‘Tokhang’ surrenderees now number MORE THAN A MILLION, and De Lima’s gangmates in the anti-Duterte tribe can’t BELIE it. And most of all, RICH AND INFLUENTIAL people suspected of involvement in the illegal drug trade have been targeted, like the Parojnogs, the ayor-dad of self-confessed drug lord Kerwin Espinosa and several POLICE GENERALS.

So to De Lima and her people, and attack dogs: With all these, SHAME ON YOU to the max for having the nerve, and the face, to still claim the Duterte Government’s drug war is fake. I repeat, YOU ARE NEITHER THE AUTHORITY NOR THE JUDGE who has the power to say so. You can never FOOL THE PEOPLE!

And whether you’re DISGUSTINGLY MISINFORMED or simply LYING THROUGH YOUR TEETH, De Lima, the dismissal of the charges against Espinosa and Peter Lim has been JUNKED/NULLIFIED by Justice Sec. Vitaliano Aguirre. Lastly, you cited government officials who choose to lie than to tell the truth. But you DID NOT NAME NAMES.  That’s pathetic HEARSAY (TSISMIS). How cheap and amateurish can you get.  30

A story in http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/978202/jbc-has-more-than-10-salns-of-de-castro says Supreme Court (SC) Associate Justice Teresita Leonardo-De Castro has publicly come out with a certification from the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) saying that  she had submitted 15 out of the 10 required copies of her Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth (SALN) when she applied for the Chief Justice (CJ) post in 2012.

The certification, signed by Court Attorney IV Jenifer M. Cabrillo-Salvador and noted by JBC Executive Committee chairperson. Jose Catral Mendo, says in the office’s files are photocopies of De Castro’s SALN from 1997 to 2011. Sereno had claimed to the SC that De Castro and acting CJ Antonio Carpio were among the CJ aspirants “who had likewise failed to submit to the JBC one or some of their SALNs and have  also benefitted when the JBC relaxed the rules on SALN requirement.” Last week, Carpio presented a JBC certification, stating he had submitted a total of 14 SALNs. 

The SC is the final judge, the final arbiter for what’s the truth and what’s not in court cases. Therefore, the CJ must be of unquestionable and proven honesty. But with her LIES, Sereno has shown that she is the EXACT OPPOSITE. For the sake of their reputations, and that of the SC itself, I pray that the honorable justices will NOT TOLERATE her FALSEHOODS.  I sincerely hope they keep in mind that it’s the SC’s CREDIBILITY and INTEGRITY which will eventually be doubted if they let her get away with this.

And if Sereno cares for her family, and she still has ANY SHAME LEFT in her, she should realize that a GRACEFUL EXIT, NOW, is the only option left for her.30

BISTADO na ang KASINUNGALINGAN ni Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno. At ang nagbulgar, mismong ang Judicial and Bar Council (JBC).

Sereno recently claimed that acting Chief Justice Antonio Carpio was one of her fellow candidates then for Chief Justice who did not submit the complete number of statements of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALN) which was among the requirements asked of them.

But a story in http://112.199.34.178/headlines/jbc-belies-sereno-on-saln-rule-claim said the JBC has issued a certification saying that Carpio SUBMITTED 14 SALNs, FOUR MORE than the 10 which had been asked from the candidates.

The JBC said iit has on file Carpio’s SALNs for 1992 to 1994 and 2001 to 2011.  The certification was signed by Court Attorney IV Jenifer M. Cabrillo-Salvador and noted by retired Associate Justice Jose Catral Mendo, JBC executive committee chairman.

LANTARANG PAGSISINUNGALING ang ginawa ni Sereno.  At NAGDAMAY pa ng ibang tao. Ano pa ang matinong dahilan para PAGTIWALAAN pa siya bilang Chief Justice? A former media asset of mine has just informed me that up to now, Leni HAS NOT YET PAID the balance of the fee for her counter-protest fee against Bongbong, MONTHS AFTER THE ORIGINAL DEADLINE. And there are NOI SIGNS that protest supervising Justice and Noynoy Aquino appointee Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa has asked, or is about to ask Leni to pay.

Samantalang si Bongbong ILANG BUWAN nang bayad ng KUMPLETO sa protest fee niya.

WALA rin daw indikasyon NG ANUMANG AKSIYON mula kay Caguioa tungkol sa mga karagdagang senyaales ng dayaan na nabubunyag. Tulad ng mga square sa tabi ng pangalan ni Leni sa balota na nadiskubre ni Bongbong sa mga ballot images na GALING MISMO sa Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET). At yung inexpose ni Sen. Tito Sotto na ISANG ARAW PA BAGO ANG BOTOHAN ay may mga resulta nang tinatransmit  sa iba-ibang lugar At ang biglaang paggamit ng Smartmatic ng  pangalawang server na may nakalagay na APAT NA QUEUING SERVERS.

“Patay-malisya, as in parang walang narinig o nakita, si Justice Caguioa sa lahat ng ito. Gayon din sa Comelec,” ayon sa aking asset.

My asset added that contrary to its promise to investigate the squares beside Leni’s name on ballots, the Comelec has NOT DONE ANYTHING to find out the truth about it. To date, there have been no reports that anybody has been questioned or anything has been checked/examined.

So KEEP IN MIND, people, neither the Comelec or the PET has issued any press statement with specific proof that the ballots and everything else covered by Bongbong’s protest is SAFE FROM THEFT OR ALL FORMS OF CHEATING.  And it’s still more than a week before the start of the recount. 30

SIMPLE LOGIC and COMMON SENSE can immediately JUSTIFY why so many people are hitting/criticizing you. How? MORE THAN 14 MILLION PEOPLE voted for Bongbong Marcos in the 2016 elections. Meaning, more than 14 million people DON’T LIKE YOU. Ten percent alone of 14 million is 1.4 million. One percent is 140,000.

Let’s not forget, Leni, your supposed victory over Bongbong REMAINS TAINTED WITH A LOT OF SIGNS OF CHEATING WHICH are still   UNEXPLAINED OR UNRESOLVED up to now. Especially the latest exposes like squares beside your name on ballot images, transmission of votes ONE DAY BEFORE THE ACTUAL VOTING and UNEXPECTED USE of 4 queuing servers during the transmission of votes a day after the May 9 polls.

Kaya kung hindi mo rin lamang tauhan o panatiko, ESTUPIDO O WALANG KONSIYENSIYA AT PAKIALAM SA KATOTOHANAN na lamang ang hindi magagalit sa iyo.

TOTAL, BUT GRADUAL, CLOSURE FOR BORACAY!

I am for the TOTAL BUT GRADUAL CLOSURE of Boracay to thoroughly clean it up and do what has to be done to restore it to its former glory.

Total meaning the whole of Boracay would have to be closed, No exceptions. But the better approach should be PHASE BY PHASE shutdown, and NOT the whole island at once.

Under a phase by phase shutdown, ALL THE MANPOWER, EQUIPMENT and other logistics needed for the cleanup can be CONCENTRATED ON ONE AREA. This will definitely FAST-TRACK the job while producing maximum and more efficient results.  

What I mean is, for example, better to deploy 1,000 guys with the corresponding equipment in one area and come up with the best results in a month. Rather than to throw 1,000 in a job site which can only be done fast and with quality results by 2,000 or more workers.

More importantly, NOT ALL THE WORKERS and local residents dependent on the business establishments and tourists will lose their income or their means of livelihood at the same time. They’ll get a chance to save money for their needs when it’s the turn of the areas they work or do business in to be closed.

Bottomline: Boracay faces closure over, among others, sanitary and environmental concerns. As these are addressed, let no one create new problems in doing so. 30

Una: Takot daw si Digong sa ICC kaya inilabas ang Pilipinas mula rito.   WALANG UTOS si Digong na BANNED ang mga taga-ICC sa ating bansa. HINDI NAKIKIUSAP/NAGMAMAKAAWA ang Pangulo sa ICC na huwag siyang kasuhan. WALA ring offer si Digong sa ICC na KAHIT NA ANO sa ICC  kapalit ng pagbasura ng reklamo laban sa kaniya. HINDI pinipigilan sa anupamang paraan ni Digong ang ICC na gawin nito ang anumang nais nila sa reklamo laban sa kaniya.

Kaya KABOBOHANG PANLOLOKO ang ipagpilitan ninuman na takot ang Pangulo sa ICC.  At kung may hihirit pang hindi panloloko ang nangyayari, magpaliwanag din kung bakit WALANG NAGBABANGGIT na sa halip na si Digong ang makiusap sa ICC dahil sa takot nito KUNO, ang ICC ang halos magmakaawa na sa Pangulo para huwag ialis sa kanila ang Pilipinas.

Pangalawa: Mapapadali daw ang desisyon ng ICC sa rekalmo laban kay Digong dahil sa pagtanggal nito sa Pilipinas mula sa naturang korte. Hindi ako abugado pero MANGANGAHAS AKONG SABIHIN NA WALANG BATAS na nagsasabing ang paglabas sa ICC ay ebidensiya na guilty si Digong kaya’t mapapadali ang pagresolba sa reklamo laban sa kaniya. Kung mayroon ay ilabas ng kahit na sino at agad akong magso-sorry. Kasama sa kapiraso kong allam sa batas ay hindi puwede ang guilt by implication, o hindi porke mukhang ganoon ay iyon na ang totoo. At hindi naman siguro ganoong kakitid o one-sided ang ICC.

Higit sa lahat, EXAMINATION pa lang ang ginagawa ng ICC, HINDI PA IMBESTIGASYON. ICC mismo ang nagsabi noon pa na examination muna. Kapag may nakita silang sapat na basehan, saka isusunod ang imbestigasyon.

Tandaan ninyo, mga kababayan, hindi porke paulit-ulit sa media ay totoo na. HUWAG MAGPALOKO. MAGISIP, LAGI! 30

Take note, guys, TO TALK TO DUTERTE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS. Not to the one who had filed a complaint against Digong before the ICC or those who accuse him repeatedly like broken CDs of human rights violations and the like. I wonder HOW HARD A SLAP OR HOW HUMILIATING THIS IS for the character assassins hounding the President.

Ang magsabing hindi pa rin ito PANGIISNAB ng ICC sa mga anti-Digong, PINAKA-MAKAPAL na ang mukha sa buong bansa.

This further proves what I had written in an earlier blog --It’s the ICC who’s scared of Digong and not the other way around as his detractors desperately make it appear to be.   

And that the ICC finds little or no credibility on the accusations against Digong. Otherwise, they would READILY IGNORE him and LET GO of our country if they think he’s as evil as his critics say they are.

I really wonder what is the next HUMILIATION that will be slapped by whoever on the faces of Digong’s bashers.30

Since President Digong Duterte announced the Philippines’ withdrawal from the ICC, NOT A SINGLE COUNTRY WORLDWIDE has denounced or even criticized him. Not a single country or international organization has threatened or warned him of any negative or destructive effects or repercussions of the withdrawal.   

Other countries would have waned Digong IMMEDIATELY if our country’s departure from the ICC would be harmful to our international credibility.

Kung napaniwala nila ang ICC sa kaliwa’t-kanang tira sa Pangulo, HINDI NLA ITO SUSUYUIN na magusap-usap muna. Dapat ay mabilis pa sa kidlat na agad na hahayaan nila itong ialis ang Pilipinas sa ICC at todo-todong kikilos na sila laban kay Digong. Ni wala pang anumang detalye tungkol sa kondisyones sa PARTIAL na pagtanggap kay Napoles sa witness protection program (WPP), DEFENSIVE na agad si De Lima.  WALA pang anumang sinasabi si Napoles, SINTENSIYADO na agad ni De Lima.  PANIC-MUCH NA si Aling Leila.

If De Lima’s really innocent of everything she’s been accused of, then there’s NO SANE REASON for her to prejudge Napoles this early on whatever she might say in the days ahead.  

Walang dapat gawin si De Lima kundi MAGLABAS NG EBIDENSIYA na sinungaling si Napoles at ipahiya ito sa sambayanan, sa buong mundo. Pisikal na ebidensiya at HINDI SALITA NIYA LAMANG.  Kung tutuusin nga, NOON PA saiya dapat naglabas si De Lima ng pisikal na ebidenisya bago siya nakulong para patunayang wala syang ginawagng illegal.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but so far, De Lima has NOT PRESENTED EVEN A SINGLE PIECE OF PROOF in her favor. She even REFUSED TO ATTEND the House of Representatives hearings on the accusations against her, ignoring the chance to confront her accusers.

So PUT UP OR SHUT UP, De Lima. Your mere words are NOT ENOUGH, and will NEVER BE ENOUGH, to prove that you’re innoncent. 30

UNTOUCHABLE ANDY BAUTISTA!

Wow, it seems former Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista is UNTOUCHABLE.

From the ill-gotten wealth revelations by his former wife to ‘BLINDING’ signs of cheating during the 2016 elections (during which he was Comelec chairman), NOBODY IS MOVING to force him to return from the US and explain everything.  

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but NO ACTION BY ANYONE WHATSOEVER   from the Comelec, Senate, House of Representatives and the Supreme Court acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET).

No probe by either the Senate or the House on the signs of cheating during the 2016 polls has been set. Not a word from the Comelec on how they plan to compel Bautista to come back and talk, EVEN IF THEY who were left behind are the ones who are now losing public trust.

Not a word either from the PET, on what do they intend to do or could be done under the law to bring Andy back. Even if Andy was the Comelec chairman during the 2016 polls and was AWARE of everything that had happened.

Senate Committee on Banks chair Francis Escudero had an arrest warrant issued for Andy for refusing to attend Senate hearings on his allaged dirty monies. But the warrant is GOOD ONLY here in the Philippines. There have been no reports either on what Escudero is doing, if any, to get Andy back and have him testify in the Senate.

I wonder who is, or are, SCARED AS HELL of Andy in case he’s brought back home and forced to talk.  As a frined of mine often says, ‘ONLY IN THE PHILIPPINES.’ 30
