Nagpupumilit ka rin lang lumusot sa ginawa mong iskandalo sa NAIA Terminal 2, ito ang ipaliwanag mo Congressman Aniceto Bertiz:

May AUTHORIZATION o anumang klaseng kapangyarihan o permiso ka ba para tanggalan ng ID card ang sinumang empleyado ng Terminal 2 dahil sa kung anupamang dahilan?  Kung mayroon, ilabas moa gad-agad at nang malaman ng publikoi kung sino ang nagbigay sa iyo at bakit.

May EXEMPTION ka ba sa pagtatanggal ng sapatos bilang bahagi ng security check ng Terminal 2? Kung mayroon, ilabas mo agad at ipaliwanag kung bakit ka exempted. Kung wala, bakit hindi ka sumunod sa regulasyon?

Kung totoong may nakita lang mga mukhang Chinese na hindi dumaan sa normal na securitry check at mayroon pang escort na empleyado ng Termina 2, bakit hindi ang mga iyon ang hinabol mo?  Bakit iyong security officer ang hiniya mo at tinanggalan ng ID? 

Kaugnay nito, maglabas ka ng testigo na nakakita rin ng sinasabi mo. Nagpaparatang ka na laban  sa ibang tao kaya hindi maaaring salita mo lamang ay sapat na.

You only have two choices, Bertiz: Present all these to clear your name or shut up and settle this, quietly, to spare yourself from self-destruction. Nothing else.

The congressman questioned the security checker why those who went before him just casually walked through and were not properly searched.”

HINDI SI BERTIZ ANG MANAGER ng Terminal 2. Lalong hindi siya ang general manager ng NAIA.  Kaya’t WALA SIYANG LEGAL O MORAL na karapatan o kapangyarihan para HIYAIN ang sinumang tauhan ng Terminal 2 kaugnay ng trabaho nito. LALONG WALANG ANUMANG KAPANGYARIHAN si Bertiz na tanggalan ng ID sa harap ng publiko ang sinumang empleyado doon.

Ipagpalagay na (hindi ko sinasabing totoo) na may nakita siyang mga mukhang Chinese na hindi sumailalim sa security check. Congressman siyang naturingan pero HINDI NIYA GINAWA ang tamang proseso na AGAD IPAGBIGAY-ALAM ito sa mga opisyales ng Terminal 2. At hindi iyong ilalagay niya sa kaniyang kamay ang anumang aksiyong dapat gawin. Sino siya sa akala niya?

Kung iyong mga Chinese KUNO ang depensa ni Bertiz, MAS NAKAKAHIYA pa rin siya kesa mga ito. Dahil congressman siya, gumagawa siya ng batas, pero SINUNDAN NIYA ANG DIUMANO’Y MALING NAKITA NIYA NG MGA PAGKAKAMALI DIN!

Oo, mga kababayan, MGA PAGKAKAMALI. HINIYA na ni Bertiz at  tinanggalan ng ID yung security officer, HINDI PA SIYA SUMUNOD sa pagtanggal ng sapatos niya na kabilang sa security procedure ng Terminal 2.

Kapag hindi naparusahan si Bertiz sa anumang paraan,  hindi lamang kaniya kundi image ng lahat ng congressman ang mawawasak sa mata ng sambayanang Pilipino. Kundi man sa buong mundo.

WHY WOULD IT BE IMPOSSIBLE, Romy?  

With ALL THE VARIOUS FORMS OF CHEATING uncovered so far in Leni’s TERRITORY Camarines Sur (CamSur) ALONE – PRE-SHADED BALLOTS in her favor, ADVANCED TRANSMISSION of poll results in Ragay A DAY BEFORE THE ACTUAL VOTING, wet or torn ballots, TAMPERING OF 362 vote counting machines (VCM)  in the third congressional district of  CamSur,  required election dpcuments stolen from ballot boxes, ballots which smelled of  cfhemicals and a lot more – ONLY AN IDIOT would say that it won’t be possible for Bongbong to recover enough votes in the recount. Unless you and Leni are aware of the EXACT NUMBER of votes in every ballot box, Romy.

O kaya, maliban na lamang, Macalintal, kung INAREGLO NA NINYO ni Leni si protest supervising Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa. Kaya sigurado ka na ngayon pa lamang na hindi na makaka-recover si Bongbong anuman ang MADISKUBRENG PANDARAYA o iba pang mangyayari sa recount.

Heto ang isang HINDI MAIKAKAILANG PANDARAYA noong 2016 election sa teritoryo ni Leni Robredo na Camarines Sur (CamSur) na ibinulgar nni Glenn Chong noon pang July 31 sa Senado pero HINDI NABALITA SA, AT HINIDI FINOLLOW-UP NG, NATIONAL MEDIA. Kaya dahil news blackout ang ANUMANG PAGBUBULGAR NG DAYAAN ni Glenn, magtulung-tulong tayo dito sa social media. Galing ito sa isa niyang Facebook post:

Sa 368 vote counting machines (VCM) sa 3rd Congressional District ng Camarines Sur, 4 LANG ang may kompletong listahan ng ballot images - walang nawawala, nabubura o nadagdag na ballot images. Pero sa 362 VCMs, lahat ay may nawawala, nabubura o nadagdag na tampered ballot images. Sa 362 VCMs na ito, 37,152 ang idinagdag na tampered ballot images. Sa Naga City lamang, baluwarte ni Robredo, 13,936 ang idinagdag na tampered ballot images. May 2 VCMs na walang kahit anumang rekord.

Hindi naipaliwanag ng Comelec sa harap ng Senate Committee hearing noong July 31, 2018 ang mga ipinakita kong katunayan na ang mga ballot images na ito ay tampered na o pinakialaman na ng mga mandaraya. Tumalon ang sequence numbers ng mga ballot images (nawala at nabura ang mga ballot images na ito) sa bandang unahan at gitna ng listahan ng magkasunod-sunod na pumasok na balota sa VCM at idinagdag ang mga ipinalit na tampered ballot images sa bandang hulihan ng nasabing listahan. 

Ang sequence numbers na nakaimprinta sa bawat ballot image ay control marks ng nasabing ballot images. Kapag nagbago ang control marks na ito at hindi na magkasunod-sunod dahil may tumalon, nawala, nabura at nadagdag, ito ay malinaw na palatandaan ng tampering.

Idadagdag ko lang: HANGGANG NGAYON, WALANG SAGOT NA NABABALITA ang Comelec tungkol dito. WALA ring nababalita na inutusan na ni Bongbong Marcos protest supervising Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa ang Comelec na sagutin ang mga ibinulgar ni Glenn.  At ito ang isipin ninyo, mga kababayan: MAHIGIT 500,000 BOTO ang inilamang ni Robreod kay Bongbong noong 2016 election sa CamSur.

Sa halip na 3 magkahiwalay na digital signatures ng (Board of Election Inspectors) BEI ang kinakailangan upang matiyak ang seguridad ng resulta ng halalan, iisa lang sa 3 kasapi ng BEI ang pumirma ng paulit-ulit.

Sa halip na ang local source code review o pagbusisi sa codes na nakasulat sa software upang matiyak na walang malisyosong instructions na nakapaloob nito ay gawing full coverage o buong sistema at walang ipagbabawal, partial coverage lamang ang pinahintulutang ma-review at marami pang bahagi ang ipinagbabawal na mabusisi o ma-review.

Sa halip na may ID number ang bawat resibo ng botante upang makonek ito sa mga pisikal na mga balota kung sakaling magkaroon ng protesta o audit, tinanggal ang ID number upang mawalan ng bisa bilang ebidensiya ang mga resibo ng botante.

Ang intensyonal na pagtanggal o pagbalewala sa mga mahahalang security features na ito ng mga voting machines at canvassing systems ay walang ibang layunin kundi buksan ang buong sistema sa malawakang dayaan sa ilalim ng pamamahala ng sindikatong ito. Dahil sa mga paglabag sa batas at pagbalewala sa mga security features ng election system, nakapasok ang 459 pekeng resulta mula sa mga pekeng makina isang araw bago ang halalan noong 2016. Hindi ito masagot ng Comelec at ng Smartmatic.  Tahimik din ang kampo ni Leni Robredo.

At ito ay dagdag na discovery namin – may 6 na pekeng canvassing systems din ang ginamit noong nakaraang halalan. Hindi pa alam ng sindikato na nadiskubre namin ito. Ito ba ang maipagmamalaking victory at kredibilidad ni Leni Robredo bilang nanalo?

Nauna ng sinabi ni Sen. Gordon sa Senate hearing noong September 13, 2018 na dapat binitay na ang Comelec noong 2016.

Isa pa, kung saan-saang bayan at siyudad na sa Camarines Sur may nakitang BASA O PUNIT-PUNIT na balota. PRE-SHADED NA BALOTA sa pangalan ni Leni Robredo, mga ballot box na sapilitang binuksan, mga dokumentong halalan na REQUIRED NGUNIT NINAKAW sa mga ballot box at marami pang iba.

Ang mga sumusunod ay mula sa Facebook post ni Glenn Chong  tungkol sa paliwanag niya sa PET ruling. HINDI BINANGGIT ni Leni ang mga ito sa ikinakalat nilang press release ngayon. WALA AKONG BINAGO anuman sa mga ito:

Ang sabi ng PET, partial lamang ang reconsideration na ibinigay nila sa Motion ni Robredo na gawing 25% ang threshold. (Par 3, Page 6). Hindi siya pinagbigyan sa kanyang buong kahilingan. Walang categorical declaration na 25% na nga ang shading threshold. Ang malinaw na sinabi ng PET, ang Rules ay hindi nagbago – 50% pa rin ang threshold na susundin ng PET sa protesta.

Dahil ang layunin ng revision proceedings ay recount lamang ng mga boto ng magkatunggaling partido, nilinaw ng PET na ipapatupad ito sa pamamagitan ng pagmimick kung paano binasa at binilang ng VCMs ang mga boto (Par 5, Page 11). At dahil sa mga teknikal na kadahilanan ay hindi na magamit ang mga VCMs upang maipatupad ito, ang printed Election Returns na lamang ang pagbabasehan muna ng initial segregation o paghiwa-hiwalay ng mga balota at hindi na gagamitin ang threshold (Par 1, Page 18). Ito ang buod ng sinabi ng PET na “ang 50% shading threshold ay hindi na gagamitin” (Par 3, Page 11).

Nilinaw pa ng PET na wala ring basehan upang baguhin o magpatupad ng panibagong threshold sa 2018 Revisor’s Guide kung saan 50% din ang nakasaad na shading threshold (Par 1, Page 9). In fact, ayon sa PET, hindi naman totoong 25% talaga ang threshold ng mga (vote counting machines) VCMs.

Ayon mismo sa mga pleadings ng Comelec at kampo ni Robredo, makikita na hindi eksaktong 25% ang threshold na diumano ay ginamit. Ang nakita ng PET ay range of 20% - 25% (Par 4, Page 9). Mas lumabo ang threshold nila. Dagdag pa ng PET, walang ipinalabas na opisyal na dokumento bago ang 2016 elections na magpapatunay na ang mga VCMs ay, in fact, nakaset sa 25% (Par 2, Page 10).

Dagdag pa ng PET, ang RMA Guide, standing alone, ay hindi official issuance o official act ng Comelec kaya wala talagang legal na basehan upang baguhin o amyendahan ang 2010 PET Rules, lalong-lalo na sa isyu ng revision ng mga balota (Par 6, Page 8).  Nilinaw pa ng PET na wala ring basehan upang baguhin o magpatupad ng panibagong threshold sa 2018 Revisor’s Guide kung saan 50% din ang nakasaad na shading threshold (Par 1, Page 9).

Katunayan, malinaw na sinabi ng PET na hindi isyu sa revision proceedings ang threshold dahil ang threshold na ginamit ng VCM ay hindi ang pinal na determinant o basehan kung ang boto ay bibilangin ba pabor kay (Bongbong Marcos) BBM o kay Robredo. Ang mga balota ay isasailalim pa sa pagbusisi ng PET upang malaman ang totoong intensyon ng mga botante at titimbangin ito ayon sa objections at claims ng magkabilang panig (Par 1, Page 2).

Mula nang talakayin ni Jimenez ang tamang shading ng balota sa ganap na 8:46 ng interview hanggang sa matapos ito, HINDI BINANGGIT ni Jimenez na nasa 25 percent na sa PCOS machine ang shading threshold ng balota.

Kaya MALIWANAG PA SA SIKAT NG ARAW na mula Feb. 8 hanggang sa Election Day noong May 9, PINAPANIWALA ng Comelec ang taumbayan na FULL O BUO ang dapat na  pagshade sa balota.

Ang spokesman naman ni Robredo na si Barry Gutierrez, sinabi na February 2016 pa lamang ay ibinalita na sa media na 25 percent ang shading threshold na gagamitin ng Comelec(https://www.philstar.com/headlines/2018/07/27/1837296/marcos-camps-conspiracy-claim-laughable-robredo-spokesman-says,). KABALIGTARAN ng sinabi ni Jimenez sa GMA news noong Feb. 8.

Naglabas ka pa ng mga testigo, gaya ni Edgar Matobato. Lahat na yata ng klase ng insulto, inabot na ni Digong sa iyo. Pero KAHIT KAILAN, HINDI KA NIYA IDINEMANDA ng libel o anupamang kaugnay   na kaso. Bilang senador, alam mo na HNDI PUWEDENG MAKIALAM si Digong sa husgado dahil sa separation of powers ng Executive Department at ng Judiciary. O alam mo nga ba?

In a story in https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1036118/robredo-decries-effort-to-curtail-dissent-amid-trillanes-arrest, Leni Robredo had this reaction to the arrest warrant issued against Antonio Trillanes: “Pero iyong nakita natin with Senator Trillanes, with Chief Justice (Ma. Lourdes) Sereno, with Senator Leila (de Lima), parang an attempt to silence dissent.”

Are you HIGH ON DRUGS, OR MEDICINES, Leni? Do you understand, or do you even know, what you’re saying?

The arrest warrant DID NOT STOP Trillanes from his non-stop attacks on President Digong Duterte, or on anybody and anything else for that matter. The same thing with De Lima. She CAN FREELY continue bashing or hitting Digong from her detention cell. No one and nothing has ordered her to stop talking against the President. Neither has she and Trillanes been sued for libel or other cases by Digong to try and silence them.

You also know, Leni, that Sereno was ousted as Chief Justice for violation of the Law.  NOT FOR BEING AGAINST DIGONG.  And before ANYBODY GETS FOOLED by Leni, Sereno was kicked out BY THE SUPREME COURT. Let’s be VERY. VERY CLEAR on that.

If Digong had wanted to silence your gang in the Opposition, Leni, he would have filed criminal libel charges or other related raps against all of you and asked for a gag order to force you guys to SHUT UP!

So if you’re not high on drugs or medicines. STOP TRYING TO FOOL THE PEOPLE. Not all of us are lawyers like you but NEITHER ARE WE ILLITERATES on the Law, and LOGIC, either. We’re a lot smarter than you  think. For your own sake, you had better believe it.

Hey, guys, Leni Robredo’s SUDDENLY DEFENSIVE against the plot to oust Preisdent Digong Duterte next month. Even though she has NOT BEEN PERSONALLY LINKED TO IT BY ANYONE.

In a story in http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/nation/668964/linking-critics-to-red-october-destab-plot-a-martial-law-tactic-robredo/story/, Robredo was quoted as saying:  "Baseless allegations that link MY INVOLVEMENT (emphasis mine) in legitimate opposition activities with illegal actions, particularly when they come from high ranking military officials, undermine not just the opposition but also our democracy."

News reports have been consistent in saying that the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP), the Liberal Party (LP) and the Tindig Pilipinas coalition were allegedly behind the ouster plot.  Never has Leni in particular been linked to it.

So what the hell is she talking about? Making it worse, people, is if you read the gmanews.tv, Leni DID NOT EVEN CITE OR NAME the agency or person who supposedly linked her to the plan to remove Digong.

Leni may be the head of the Liberal Party. But SHE ALONE IS NOT the LP itself. The same thing with Tindig Pilipinas, where she is actively involved in. And certainly, she’ll say she’s not a member of the CPP.

WHY is she, therefore, SO DEFENSIVE? Let me hear you out on this one, people.

LENI LOSS MAY BE BEHIND OUST DIGONG PLOT!

There’s one possible reason behind the ouster plot against President Digong Duterte: The possible LOSS of Leni Robredo in the protest by Bongbong Marcos against her and her ouster as presumptive vice-president.

And before eyebrows are raised by anybody, think about these:

The manual recount of Bongbong’s and Leni’s votes is into the third and final pilot province, Negros Oriental. Despite the CONTINUED AND BASELESS NEWS BLACKOUT on the process, word is spreading that after Negros Oriental, there’s a chance that the final results can be a basis to decide the protest already. Word has it that the Negros Oriental recount can be finished by as early as November, if not late October.

News reports say according to the military, the oust Digong plot had been scheduled for October.

If Leni loses in the protest and Digong is still the President his detractors, especially the Yellows, will LOSE THEIR FINAL HOPE to get back to power. She won’t be the automatic successor should the President suddenly decide to cut his term short. And with the President’s PUBLIC DECLARATION of his readiness to hand over the presidency to Bongbong if he wins the protest, Digong’s attackers know they’ll be in for a whole damn lot of trouble if that happens.

Even if Digong’s ratings dropped a little in the latest surveys, the figures are still in the ‘Good to Very Good’ range. That’s according to the survey firms themselves. But still, the ouster plot against Digong remains. Despite the fact that NO SANE politician or group would even dream of kicking out a very popular head of state, since they won’t have the people’s support.

So WHY THE PERSISTENCE to oust Digong, even if the greater majority of the people remain supportive of him? WHY IGNORE the people’s choice and instead ensure Leni’s rise to the presidency AS SOON AS POSSIBLE?

There’s only one LOGICAL ANSWER:  There MAY NOT BE ANOTHER CHANCE if the plotters wait any longer.  Anybody’s welcome to comment.

ALVAREZ HAD BETTER HAVE PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE…

So Heherson ‘Sonny’ Alvarez has accepted the challenge of Juan Ponce Enrile to anyone who says he lied on his claims on Martial Law during his Facebook interview with Bongbong Marcos.

Good! Para magkaalaman agad ng katotohanan! But here’s the catch:

Alvarez had better have PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE of any argument or expose he’ll raise or come out with in the debate. Meaning, either he witnessed or was part of whatever he’ll allege to have happened, or at the very least has INDISPUTABLE AND VERIFIED PHYSICAL EVIDENCE to support whatever claim he’ll make.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong: Alvarez LIVED IN THE US for years during Martial Law. I just can’t remember exactly from when to when. 

So there is a very big possibility that whatever he’ll say in the debate is based only on allegations or assumptions by other people, or on UNVERIFIED reports from media and other sources of information.

If that will be the case, then that’s HEARSAY (TSISMIS). Only an IDIOT goes into a debate relying on hearsay, whether partially or totally. And it doesn’t take a college diploma or post-graduate degree to know that.

I hope it’s CRYTSAL-CLEAR that I’m not saying that Enrile’s 100 percent correct. I’m only after the whole truth. Nothing more. Nothing less.

KRIS’ SURVEY SLOT PROVES YELLOW CHANCES WEAK!

The miserable, 21^st slot of Kris Aquino in the survey for senator in the 2019 polls is solid proof that the Yellows’ chances of winning is WEAK, IF NOT VERY WEAK.

No question about it, Kris is popular. She has her own followers. And compared to Opposition politicians and attack dogs, she has not been accused of anything illegal or linked to any unlawful or unethical act or controversy.

But look, she still landed on the 21^st place in the survey. Not even next to, or close behind, the Magic 12.  

So the Yellows and the politicians/political strategists among their allies must be getting sleepless. If Kris’ popularity can only manage a 21^st slot, what can they expect from their comrades who are being bashed and cursed this early left and right, for alleged and various wrongdoings?

There is, however, ONE GOOD THING about Kris’ pitiful survey performance.

It shows that MAJORITY of the people DO NOT BELIEVE the endless, and often BASELESS/BRAINLESS, attacks of the Yellows and their gangmates on President Digong Duterte and his government.

Kris survey ranking proves that the greater majority knows the BETTER CHOICE OR OPTION, the President’s shortcomings/errors notwithstanding.

POE AT NO. 1 CHEAP PUBLICITY GIMMICK

I find the press release saying that Grace Poe topped the latest Pulse Asia survey for senatorial bets next year as a TOTALLY BASELESS AND CHEAP PUBLICITY GIMMICK which INSULTS OUR WISDOM.

Anybody correct me, AT ONCE, if I’m wrong: Poe HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING that would endear her to the people, especially the masses, on a nationwide scale.

She has no KNOWN ANTI-POVERTY/PRO-POOR PROJECT. There has been no news for the last three years that she has authored a bill or proposed law that would provide a lot of jobs, reduce prices of fuel products or food and other basic commodities.

Neither is there any known accomplishment of Poe in any form or manner that has helped reduce the number of crimes, or resulted in the solution of any major crime or criminal act. Nor has she been seen helping or reaching out to victims of disasters or natural calamities, like typhoon ‘Ompong’.

Bottom line, NOTHING can be credited to Poe that deserves nothing less for her than the No. 1 slot in any survey.

Whoever and whatever is behind that survey CLEARLY THINKS the people are either a bunch of idiots who can be readily fooled by a bunch of press releases and Poe’s cinematic smile. Or UNDYING AND BLIND FANATICS of her dad Fernando Poe Jr. (FPJ) which will always go for her regardless of whether she’s a useful senator or not.

FPJ fans forever, yes. But FPJ IS DIFFERENT from Grace. And the Filipinos are DEFINITELY NOT STUPID. Whoever thinks otherwise is the No. 1  IDIOT.
