STOP FOOLING THE PEOPLE, LENI!

A story in gmanews.tv said according to Leni Robredo, Filipinos were cheated once again with the surprise burial of former President Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani. Her main reason: "Meron tayong prosesong sinunod at hinihintay natin 'yong motion for reconsideration. Hindi pa final and executory ['yung desisyon” STOP FOOLING THE PEOPLE, LENI! What you and the rest of your ‘yellow gang’ want is NOT THE LAW!

In my preceding post, I wrote that no less than Supreme Court (SC) spokesman Atty. Theodore Te SPECIFICALLY stated that there was NO APPERAL AGAINST THE BURIAL until it was carried out at noon yesterday. NONE! Te said neither was there an order by the SC stopping the burial. He added that a motion for a new status quo ante order against the burial had not been acted upon by the SC until it was carried out.

There is, indeed, a 15-day period within which a motion for reconsideration of the SC decision allowing the burial can be filed. But, as a law professor confirmed to me, THERE I S NO LAW either that says the Marcoses cannot proceed with the burial within the 15 days  IF THERE IS NO PENDING MOTION FOIR RECONSIDERATION OR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER.  Until I wrote this piece, NOBODY has belied this argument.

So HOW WAS THE PEOPLE CHEATED, Leni? Cheated of what? Cite the  law, order or process which was violated, please. If you cannot cite anyt, TIGILAN MO NA ANG PANLOLOKO sa taumbayan. STOP SOWNG SEEDS OF CONTINUED DIVISION among the people with your baseless innuendoes and allegations on the burial. Instead of diverting public attention from the TRUTH about the 2016 vice-presidential election,  start FOCUSING ON THE PROTEST against you by Bongbong Marcos.  START PROVING that you did not cheat, or anybody else did so for you, during the elections. Start showing us that the people were not CHEATED OF THEIR TRUE WILL and ROBBED OF THEIR VOTES to make you win.   If you can’t, or you won’t, then SHUT UP

Robredo's spokesperson, Georgina Hernandez, said Leni wishes to know how the burial was pulled off. MAY BATAS bang nagsasabi na OBLIGADONG MAGPALIWANAG ang pamilya Marcos sa boss mo? Kung mayroon, pakilabas. Kung wala, HINDI KAILANGANG MAGPALIWANAG KANINUMAN  ng mga Marcos.30
