Here are a few excerpts from my first post
yesterday on this issue: The MPO said the
unauthorized alteration by Smartmatic’s Marlon Garcia of the transparency
server’s script “did not in anyway result (in) any damage whatsoever.”
sektoir?
The MPO said separate statements to media by Comelec
Commissioners Rowena Guanzon, who said that Smartmatic should have asked
permission from the Comelec en banc before making the alteration, and Christian
Robert Lim who admitted that they were not informed, were HEARSAY or in simple
English RUMORS. The MPO ACCEPTED that the statements were indeed those of
Guanzon and Lim. Media only reported what they had said. So how can the
statements be hearsay?
The MPO said
Guanzon’s and Lim’s statements were only their personal opinions and not those
of the Comelec en banc. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but NO ONE among the
rest of the commissioners disagreed WITH THE TWO. If Guanzon and Lim’s
statements were wrong, they would have been IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED by their colleagues.
Wala nang mas GAGARAPAL
pa. 30
Iginigisa tayo sa sariling mantika..what a scam!
ReplyDeletei totally agree, mel. salamat sa komento.
ReplyDeleteThis trials were biased and prejudiced. The failure to deliver the fundamental fairness essential to the very concept of JUSTICE. The absence of THIS fairness fatally Infected the trial. JUSTICES hostility towards the defendant is a classic due process violation. Evidences given were totally ignored , CLEARLY, the prosecutors were biased and violated the due process of LAW
ReplyDeleteThe president must do something about this expensive payment which is unacceptable to people . Another POWER CORRUPTION LIES YELLOWISHIT
