BONGBONG MARCOS SUPPORTERS, READ THIS!
A story in inquirer.net says the Manila
Prosecutor’s Office (MPO) has dismissed election fraud charges filed by the
campaign adviser of Bongbopng Marcos against officials and personnel of
Smartmatic and the Comelec, Here are some of the HIGHLY-SUSPICIOUS
Grounds and my points:
The MPO said the unauthorized alteration by
Smartmatic’s Marlon Garcia of the transparency server’s script “did not in
anyway result (in) any damage whatsoever.”
PINANSIN, AT PINAPANSIN, HANGGANG NGAYON. Kaya bakit salita lamang ng Smartmatic o ng
Comelec ay sapat na para sa MPO?
The MPO said separate statements to media by
Comelec Commissioners Rowena Guanzon, who said that Smartmatic should have asked
permission from the Comelec en banc before making the alteration, and Christian
Robert Lim who admitted that they were not informed, were HEARSAY or in simple
English RUMORS. The MPO ACCEPTED that
the statements were indeed those of Guanzon and Lim. Media only reported what
they had said. So how can the statements be hearsay?
The MPO said since Guanzon and Lim, were not
presented as witnesses, the investigating fiscals were “deprived of such
opportunity to ask vital clarificatory questions.” I am not aware of this but
still, my question is WHY DID THEY NOT INVITE OR SUBPOENA Guanzon and Lim if
they had wanted to clarify a few things?
The investigating prosecutors said they were
“not unaware that there are times when news are cut and slanted for media
mileage and commercial purposes.” But they did not explain how and in what media
outfit were Guanzon’s and Lim’s statements slanted..
The MPO said Guanzon’s and Lim’s statements
were only their personal opinions and not those of the Comelec en banc. Anybody
correct me if I’m wrong but NO ONE among the rest of the commissioners disagreed
WITH THE TWO. If Guanzon and Lim’s statements were wrong, they would have been
IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED..
Comelec ang KLIYENTE, ANG BOSS noong halalan
at INUPAHAN LAMANG nila ang Smartmatic. Saan mang parte ng mundo, saan mang
libro tingnan, ang BOSS ANG MASUSUJNOD, HINDI ANG EMPLEYADOI. Napatunayang
PINAKIALAMAN NI Garcia ang transparency server script ng walang permisio ang
Comelec en banc PERO OKAY lang sa MPO.
Gagawan koi to ng follow-up mamaya. 30
ReplyDeleteSenator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. must prove allegations he was robbed of victory in the last vice presidential elections since the country’s democracy is at stake, according to former Makati City Rep. Teddy Locsin Jr.
ReplyDelete“To BBM. You have to show tangible evidence of discrepancies between the provincial vs precinct returns,” Locsin tweeted.
“His father destroyed Philippine democracy. BBM owes it to us to clean up a corrupt automated election system and save democracy,” ANC’s “No Filter” television host added.
Locsin added: “Statistics demonstrate probability but are not proof; still useful but not enough.”
Marcos earlier accused the administration of rigging the vice presidential polls, saying he was robbed of around three million votes. The Commission on Elections and its partner Smartmatic also supposedly conspired with the administration to manipulate the results.
The son and namesake of the late President Ferdinand Marcos however did not explain how he lost the votes and instead left to his camp’s witnesses to reveal the alleged fraud... http://politics.com.ph/teddy-locsin-bongbong-marcos-prove-automated-cheating-save-democracy/
