Philippines (CBCP) president Bishop Soc Villegas: Pakibasa munang mabuti ang
mga balita bago mo natikusin ang desisyon
ng Korte
Siprema na pumapayag na sa paglilibing
ni dating Pangulo Ferdinand Marcos (FM) sa Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB)
Una: Malinaw na sinabi ng Korte Suprema na
WALANG BATAS na nagbabawal na mailibing si FM sa LNMB dahil sa sari-saring
akusasyon laban sa kaniya kaugnay ng termino niya, lalo pa nooing Martial
Law. Pangalawa: Malinaw din sa batas na
buko sa pagiging dating Pangulo, may karapatan pa ring mailibing si FM sa LNMB
dahil dati rin siyang sundalo at iba pa. Pangatlo: Nilinaw rin ng Korte Suprema
na bilang Pangulo, may kapangyarihan si Diong Duterte na ilaan ang anumang
lugar sa LNMB sa kaninumang nararapat na mailibing doon.
You still believe in the law, don’t you
bishop? And besides, being a man of God and of the Church, you’re supposed to
be a CHAMPION OF THE LAW AND THE TRUTH. Correct me if I’m wrong.
Fourth: The burial does not mock the spirit
of EDSA 1 because pending cases against the Marcoses WILL CONTINUE. And as I
have pointed out in an earlier blog, the burial DOES NOT ACQUIT them of
anything they’re facing now. Most of all, the burial WILL NOT DELETE OR ALTER
ANYTHING or record as to the things that happened during Martial Law. So where
is the mockery there?
Lastly, no less than Pope Francis himself
consistently calls for forgiveness and compassion. But you are practicing the exact
opposite with your one-sided tirades. Are you for real? 30
He can accept the senate decision on the approved ruling of RH law even though that this law will cause sexual experimentations among young people,massive use of contraceptives that will pave way for abortions,promote samesex agenda,when he said,the senate had spoken,let us move on,now with SC ruling on mr marcos burial,he can not move on.Rh law implications threaten the sanctity of life,sacredness of sex in marriage,beauty of virginity,can destroy the moral fiber of a society.Is he faithful to Christ or to D Aquinos?
