WALANG NILABAG NA BATAS SA MARCOS BURIAL!

Katatapos ko lang komunsulta sa isang propesor ng batas at isumangayon siya sa aking obserbasyon:  WALANG NALABAG NA BATAS sa naging biglaang libing ni dating Pangulo Ferdinand Marcos (FM) sa Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB). At hindi na kasalanan ng mga Marcoskung MABAGAL KUMILOS ang mga kalaban nla.

First and foremost, Supreme Court spokesman Theodore Te himself said\there was NO STANDING TEMPOIRARY RESTRAINING ORDER stopping the burial until it was carried out at noon today. Second:  While it is correct that there is a 15-day period in which a motion for reconsideration (MR) can be filed, the professor and I noted that until the burial, NOTHING had been reported as having been received at the SC.  If there had been a pending MR, the professor said then the burial would have been illegal.

Iyong apila ng grupo ni Satur Ocampo  sa SC para sa paglalabas ng bagong status quo ante order ay HINDI MR Ang ibninigay nilang dahilan para dito ay para hindi mabale-wala ang BALAK NILANG PAG-FILE NG MR. Balak pa  lang. At hanggang sa libing ni FM kanina, WALANG AKSIYON ang SC dito.

The professor also pointed out that even if the 15-day period is not yet over, any action by the concerned party can proceed unless there is a TRO from the court. The antis should have filed an MR a day or two after the Nov. 8 SC decision allowing FM’s burial at LNMB. But they did not, and had not, until noon today.  And that definitely is NOT the fault of the Marcoses.
