NO REASON FOR GMA NOT TO RETURN

Reacting to our preceding blog on allowing former President Gloria Macapagal--Arroyo to seek medical treatment abroad, one of our readers from the group BongBong Marcos United asked what if GMA’s destination has no extradition treaty with the Philippines and doesn’t come back?

The whole world knows who GMA is.  Even if she gets convicted in absentia, it won’t a problem to recognize and find her. The Philippine Government can cancel her passport. Interpol, or the International Police, will be more than happy to look for her.

Even if the country where she would be has no extradition treaty. Our justice and law enforcement officials know all these. If anybody will say he or she doesn’t,  that person must be fired, immediately.

But let me add that personally I see NO REASON FOR GMA NOT TO RETURN.

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but up to now, there he bas been NO SOLID, PHYSICAL EVIDENCE against her in the two non-bailable cases she is facing, electoral sabotage and plunder.

Among the PROVEN FACTS so far:

In the electoral sabotage case, the government’s purported star witness declared right from the start that he only heard GMA tell former ARMM Gov. Andal Ampatuan Sr. that she wants a 12-0 victory for her senatorial candidates.

The witness admitted HE DID NOT HEAR GMA CATEGORICALLY order Ampatuan to cheat or manipulate the election results. Neither has he, or any other witness, presented solid proof against the former president.

For the alleged plunder of funds of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSOI),  THERE IS STILL NO PROOF that GMA pocketed the money or enriched herself with it which is a basic requirement for the crime.

The criminal information itself filed by the Office of the Ombudsman with the Sandiganbayan stated that the money was received by other PCSO officials, not GMA

Up to now, there has been NO PHYSICAL PROOF, OR WITNESS, that the money eventually went t GMA’s pockets.  So why would GMA escape form cases which have NO DAMAGING EVIDENCE against her?

Add to all these he fact her husband, children and grandchildren ARE ALL HERE, plus their family fortune.
