Whether PNoy likes it or not, it’s time
to allow former President Gloria
Macapagal-Arroyo (GMA) to seek medical treatment abroad.
And if he or his spokespersons will
claim again that it’s up to the Sandiganbayan, then he had better RECOMMEND IT,
fast. If he knows what’s good for him
For those who missed it, GMA was
transferred to the intensive care unit (ICU) of the Veterans Memorial
Medical Center
VMMC Director Nona F. Legaspi said GMA
is suffering from "ischemia,"a condition wherein not enough blood is
circulating in the coronary arteries due to blockage.
Legaspi even emphasized that: "Medyo
ominous iyan. It is not something that you can just forego with. Ischemia
should not be taken lightly. That can progress to full blown myocardial
infarction, or in layman's term, a heart attack.”
This simply means GMA IS NOT GETTING
BETTER.
This shows that whatever medical
treatment she has been getting since her three operations for her neck problem
IS NOT ADEQUATE.
Otherwise, she would have improved and
regained her strength all the way.
Legaspi said when a patient is
diagnosed with ischemia, “you will think of that blockage in the coronary arteries
until proven otherwise. Sometimes, puwede bumailk iyan.”
So
if GMA pulls through this latest medical crisis (which personally I sure hope
so), and then the problem recurs and, God forbid, worsens, in the future, who’s
to blame?
Who
must be held liable? For those who will
say that not PNoy, just be sure that you’ll cite SPECIFICS in your arguments
and not just EMPTY CRITICISMS.
Government
lawyers and supporters have been consistently saying that whatever GMA is
suffering for can be treated her. Question: Has any extensive treatment been
done?

YES, FINDINGS PLEASE! IF NO, WHY NOT?
PNoy’s
father Ninoy was immediately allowed by then President Ferdinand Marcos to go
to the US
I
just can’t recall if Ninoy was already convicted then or was still being tried
by a military tribunal. Bottom line is Marcos ALLOWED his medical treatment
abroad.

If she knows that from the get go... then why still run for the next elections? to avoid going to court at pay for what she has done to our people? I am not a Noynoy supporter but if everything is at risk for her now... she should step down first as a congresswoman. FORGET POLITICS. FACE THE CHARGES FIRST THEN GET MEDICATION. Her doctors here in the Philippines are abled doctors right?
ReplyDeleteYou are RISKING something BIGGER than her life sir. If by any point that woman gets out of the country there is a high probability that she can escape everything that she should be or shouldn't be accounted for.
I NEVER HAS ONCE SAW GMA'S IN THE COURT since she stepped down as the President. And if she is not hiding anything, why not face us people the same way Corona did.
