13 ALARMING QUESTIONS ON THE BANGSAMORO

I see 13 VERY ALARMING QUESTIONS which PNoy’s government must answer in relation to the creation of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front’s (MILF) Bangsamoro territory.

Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) Nur Misuari has warned of possible unrest. Other reports also say some Muslim sectors are not happy. So, if  FIGHTING  ESCALATES, AND SPREADS, in Mindanao, WHO SHOULD BE BLAMED?

WHO SHOULD ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY?

HOW PREPARED is the government, the Armed Forces in particular, in dealing with that scenario?  Are there enough soldiers, arms and ammunition?

The MILF alone DOES NOT REPRESENT the entire Muslim race in Mindanao.

What makes the MILF SO SPECIAL to PNoy? Don’t forget the P5 million he SECRETLY gave to its leaders, and the massacre of 19 soldiers by its fighters, WHO ALL REMAIN FREE AND UNTOUCHED.

The government claims the MNLF was consulted on the Bangsamoro.

HOW EXTENSIVE was the consultation? What exactly transpired, considering Misuari’s warning of unrest?

WERE ALL CONCERNED GROUPS, as in all, CONSULTED? In what manner? What is the ratio of those who agreed as against those who disagreed to the Bangsamoro?

Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago, an acknowledged expert on the Constitution, has raised questions on the legality of the creation of the Bangsamoro.

Was any research conducted on the legality of the Bangsamoro before the government finalized it with the MILF? If yes, by whom and what is the legal justification?

Lastly, as I had pointed out in an earlier blog, what will the government do if other separatist or rebel groups like the New People’s Army demand for their own territories and other benefits?

What makes it SO EASY for separatist groups to get MILLIONS in cash and benefits from PNoy’s government, and SO CRIPPLING DIFFICULT for workers to deserve a decent wage increase?

Or for jeepney drivers to charge a few centavos more to pay for the SKY-HIGH increases in fuel prices?

Tulad ng isa natnig kasabihan sa Tagalog, Bayan Kayo Ang Humatol! 30
