AUDIT ANTI-POVERTY FUNDS, NOW!

The failing grade given by the United Nations (UN) to the Philippines in eradicating poverty raises a lot of VERY ALARMING QUESTIONS.

First: WHERE are the supposed millions of poor families who have supposedly benefited from the Conditional Cash Transfer Program (CCT) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), as SHAMELESSLY claimed by PNoy?

Second: If these millions REALLY EXIST, WHERE is the PROOF?

Third: More Importantly, HOW can PNoy’s boys disprove the UN report?   

Remember, guys, IT’S THE UN speaking, through its “Asian-Pacific Regional Millenium Development Goal Report. This is not just another survey firm or supposed think-tank.

Fourth: WHO EXACTLY are these millions of beneficiaries?

I don’t know with you, people, but I have yet to see or hear of even five thousand IDENTIFIED BENEFICIARIEs, their locations and PHYSICAL PROOF of how the CCT has helped ease their poverty.

FIFTH: TENS OF BILLIONS of pesos have been poured by PNoy’s government to the CCT?

Where’s the money? How much did each beneficiary get? Who is/are holding the monies? WHERE are the SUPPORTING PAPERS of the disbursements?

Sixth: What is our GUARANTEE that the CCTV funds, which came from OUR TAXES, is not being stolen?

Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but in the almost three years that PNoy has been president, NO DETAILED BREAKDOWN of the disbursements of CCT funds has been released by Pnoy’s government to media or to the public.

Seventh: A couple of weeks ago, the DSWD admitted in media reports that HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS REMAIN UNLIQUIDATED or unaccounted for from CCT funds.

What’s the latest on these? Is anything being done at all to recover the funds? WHO are the people involved? Anybody is welcome, even Pnoy’s supporters, to reply.

But let me leave you boys and girls with this word of caution:

MAGTANONG AT HUMINGI tayo ng DETALYADONG PALIWANAG mula kay PNoy o sa mga tao niya tungkol dito. MAGIINGAY TAO NG HUSTO.

At kung hindi pa rin magbibigay, o makapagbibigay, ng MALINAW na explanation si PNoy, HUWAG NA HUWAG NINYONG KALIMUTAN ang isyu na ito pagdating ng eleksiyon sa isang taon.

Tandaan ninyo, mga kababayan: BILYUN-BILYONG PISO ng ating buwis  ang pinauusapan dito. Hindi lang P10, P100 o P1,000.
