Here’s added proof of fraud in the Senate
expose of lawyer and information technology expert Glenn Chong, on fraud
before, during and after the May 9, 2016 elections:
The highly-suspicious transmission query A
DAY BEFORE the polls which was cited by Glenn was specifically for the holder
of the code 1730 (which later turned out to be Ragay in Camarines Sur.
Now, ONLY COMELEC AND SMARTMATIC PERSONNEL WOULD
KNOW whom or which area did the 1730 code represented.
But the sender of the query could not be
identified. All indications pointed to an UNAUTHORIZED/CLONED vote counting machine
(VCM) as the source. So HOW did the operator of the cloned VCM know of the 1730
code? Who gave it to him/her or where did it come from?
If information on anything as sensitive as a
code is accessible to an UNAUTHORIZED person who then tries to send something
to it, DEFINITELY THE MOTIVE IS NOT LEGAL.
