as propaganda from Bongbong Marcos which says “80 percent of ballots in the
Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao were pre-shaded and fake." He even described Bongbong as “the country's
Fake News King.”

Abdusakur “Sakur” Tan formally filed on Monday a motion before the Commission
on Elections (Comelec) to nullify election results in the Autonomous Region in
Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) after it was proven that almost 80% of the voters in the
provinces of Maguindanao, Lanao Del Sur and Basilan in the May 2016 polls were
all fake.
According to Tan, based on forensic examination, the thumbprints
of the registered voters did not match the actual voters in the 2016 polls in
the three provinces covered by ARMM. Former Comelec chairman Sixto Brillantes,
the lawyer of Tan, confirmed the claims of Tan. Brilliantes said the voters were
not all registered voters or the so-called “substitute voters” which often
occur in Mindanao. The former poll chief added that from the 67,000 thumbprints
that they examined, 40,000 were proven to be fake. “Kaya dapat nang ideklarang
null and void ang katumbas na bilang ng mga boto sa ARMM.”
