With the highest respects to Glenn Chong and
the deepest of sympathies to Richard Santillan’s widow Jeanette, they had better VERIFY as
soon as possible (ASAP) if the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) autopsy report on
Richard’s torture has been relayed already to President Digong Duterte or not.
Or if the report is still with whatever
office or person who received it in Malacanang or not anymore.
It’s been days since the PAO declared they
have already submitted a copy of the report to Malacanang. But to date, NO ONE
from Malacanang has said a word on whether Digong has already read it or not. Or
what is its status and who or what office has it.
If I were Glenn and Richard’s widow,
verifying the continued existence and status of the PAO report would be the
very first thing I’d do at the soonest possible time.

Sana mabasa na ito ni presidente
ReplyDeleteThe Palace strongly denounces the brutal and brazen incident which led to the death of Mr. Richard Red Santillan.
ReplyDeletePresident Rodrigo Roa Duterte has ordered a fair and thorough investigation of the case until the killers, including the mastermind, are put behind bars.
Serious accusations have been made against some members of the CALABARZON Police. Let the chips fall as they may.
As we know by now, PRRD does not condone erring men in uniform who grossly violate the law. Similar to the Batocabe murder case, he certainly has the same commitment of getting justice done for the family, relatives, friends and for all those Mr. Santillan left behind.
