SC JUSTICES PROVE SERENO CAMP LIED!

No less than 13 out of the 15 justices of the Supreme Court (SC) have proven that the camp of 0Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno had LIED on the details of her leave.
After initial media reports had described
Sereno’s leave as indefinite, her spokesman ojo Lacanilao said her leave would
only be from March 1 to 15.
But a story in gmanews.tv says according to a
joint statement SIGNED by the 13 justices, Sereno announced in a full-court
session that she would go on an "indefinite leave, with the amendment that
she start her leave on Thursday, March 1, 2018" after she talked with the
two most senior associate justices. The statement also noted that Sereno
"did not request the rescheduling of her wellness leave" as
claimed by her camp.
IMPOSIBLENG HINDI NIYA alam na magbibigay ng
PAMPAGULONG pahayag si Lacanilao. KAHAPON pa lumabas sa media ang pahayag ni
Lacanilao pero WALANG NAIULAT NA KINOREK siya ni Sereno. Kaya MALAKING
KATARANTADUHAN kung ipipilit ninuman na walang alam si Chief Justice sa ginawa
ni Lacanilao.
Even the 13 SC justices, in a CLEAR SIGN OF
DISAPPOINTMENT over Sereno, pointed out in their joint statement that "In
the ordinary course of events, the Court expected the Chief Justice to cause
the announcement only of what was really agreed upon without any modification
or embellishment. This matter shall be dealt with in a separate
proceeding."

give her side and CONFRONT HER ACCUSER/S, in the interest of FAIRNESS.

Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno decided to go on leave starting March 1
after a number of her colleagues directly urged her to RESIGN OR GO ON LEAVE during
the regular en banc, or full court session of the Supreme Court. This is

If she believes in DELICADEZA, it would be
wiser for Sereno to RESIGN and not just go on vacation.

Sereno’s camp confirmed her leave. But they DID NOT DENY the gmanerws.tv story

be TOTALLY LOGICAL to think that other SC justices WANT SERENO OUT of the
Court, TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY. I only know of one APPROPRIATE DESCRIPTION
for this kind of situation – LOSS OF CONFIDENCE,
Add to this,
guys, Sereno’s CONFIRMED NON-COMPLIANCE to the REQUIREMENT for the submission
of COMPLETE statements of assets, liabilities and net worth during the
nomination process for Chief Justice. And her questionable acts as Chief
Justice which were exposed in congressional hearings.

Since the Senate has ordered the arrest of
former Comelec Chairman Andy Bautista for ignoring hearings on his alleged
ill-gotten wealth, it should ask for the CANCELLATION of his passport at once
to force him to come home from the United States.
And if legally possible (since I’m not a
lawyer), something had better be done to FREEZE ALL of Bautista’s assets. It
would be an effective added pressure on him to return. This is a GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY for the Senate t
prove that they mean business and are totally impartial when it comes to helping
enforce the law.
I read somewhere that Bautista claimed he did
not receive any invitation from the Senate to appear in hearings on his alleged
ill-gotten wealth. This is OUTRIGHT RIDICULOUS AND IDIOTIC. Unless Bautista
would admit to having ILLITERATES OR INSANE housemaids or family members, no
one in his or her right mind would ignore something from the Senate. Or not
inform him about it, WHEREVER HE IS!
Remember, people, Bautista’s ex-wife Patricia
had bank passbooks and other PHYSICAL PROOF when she came out in public months
ago and accused him of having amassed some P1 BILLION in dirty money. And to
date, BAUTISTA HAS NOT PRESENTED any evidence to belie Patricia’s claims. As
they say in English, flight is an admission of guilt.

hopefully) begins. So before anyone forgets, here are three MAJOR SIGNS that Bongbong could have been cheated but are still being
ignored by protest surpervising Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa and the
Comelec:
Almost two years after the May 2016 polls Comelec
STILL REFUSES TO COME OUT, for PRIVATE SECTOR
examination, with the UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION made by Smartmatic on the
script of the transparency server during the canvassing of votes on the night
of Election Day. Keep in mind, people,
after the alteration Bongbong’s almost one-million vote lead over Leni Robredo was
wiped out overnight
The SECRET SERVER which Smartmatic admitted using
WITHOUT INFORMING the Comelec is still NOWHERE IN SIGHT. Up to now, neither Smartmatic
or Comelec has revealed WHAT WAS THE SECRET SERVER FOR, what were its contents,
where is it and other related concerns.
More than 30 SD cards which the Comelec had
first declared as UNUSED during the polls were later found loaded with data. But
to this day, Comelec HAS NOT REVEALED the contents to the public.
And Caguioa has NEVER DONE ANYTHING, as in
NONE, to Smartmnatic or to Comelec, to compel them to explain and COME OUT WITH
EVERYTHNG they’re HIDING. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong in anything I’ve
written.

Pangalawa: KAHIT ISA sa mga organizer o mga pulitiko na Oposisyon na dumalo ay
WALA RING MASABI na malaking tagumpay ang naturang kilos protesta.

inquirer.net says only around 1,000 people went to the People Power Monument this
morning to witness the program, led by EDSA 1 player and former Preisdent Fidel Ramos. But here’s the catch, guys: Most of the crowd
were mostly government employees asked by their local governments to attend. NOT ORDINARY, NON-GOVERNMENT personnel who

As we all know by now, the crowd at EDSA 1 has been getting THINNER. as time passes.

But you know what’s
worse? People Power Commission head Rene Escalante even wants to make FOOLS OUT OF US
in justifying the poor attendance. Escalante said the turnout was low because activities
commemorating EDSA 1 had been held on other days in other places.
Yes. And anybody
correct me if I’m wrong, those activities were HARDLY REPORTED (if ever it was),
in media. Meaning, NOTHING WAS HUGE OR OUTSTANDING (CROWD-SIZE OR WHATEVER) in
those events which could have earned PROMINENCE OR HEADLINE SPACE OR AIRTIME on
radio, television or the newspapers.
Kaya HUWAG MO
KAMING GAGUHIN, Mr. Escalante. NAHIHIBANG ka kung akala mo ay salita lamang ay
sapat na para mapalusutan mo ang sambayanan.

ang kilos-protesta ng mga kontra sa Pangulo.
Ayon sa mga news reports, umabot lamang sa HUMIGIT-KUMULANG
NA 1,300 ang mga sumali sa rally laban sa pagbabago ng Konstitusyon na suportado ni Digong. Kahit na Sabado kahapon
at halos lahat ay walang pasok sa opisina o iskwela. At 7:27 pm. pa lamang ay natapos na rin ang protesta. Sinundan nito ang
DERECHAHANG PAGYAYABANG ni Sara Elago na MAPAPATALSIK na nila ng mga kakosa
niya si Digong noong BIyernes at si Leni Robredo na ang magiging presidente.
Aminin man o hindi ng mga pro-oust
Digong, HINDI NA MAIKAKAILA na ebidensiya ang dalawang kapalpakan na ito na
AYAW SA KANILA ng greater majority (higit na nakararami) ng sambayanan. Kaya’t
kailangan nilang gumawa ng gimik na maisisisi sa Pangulo at ikagagalit ng
taumbayan. At ang PINAKA-MABILIS na paraan ay MANGGULO O GUMAWA ng karahasan sa
rally nila ngayon. At ituro ang panig ng gobyerno na siyang nagsimula.

oust him with what they’ll do.

Philippines (UP) tried a TRULY CHEAP TRICK to save face and give a DESPERATE

Remember, people, ONLY THREE PROVINCES – Camarines
Sur, Iloilo and Nergros Oriental -- are covered by the start of the recount,
hopefully, on March 19. All the news and actions by all concerned parties so
far are focused only on these three provinces. But Bongbong’s protest covers 22
PROVINCES AND FIVE CITIES!
Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but to date, both
the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) and the Comelec HAVE NOT ISSUED ANY
ASSURANCE OR SHOWN ANY PROOF that the ballots in the other provinces and cities
are SAFE FROM THEFT OR TAMPERING! Or other possible ACTS OF CHEATING.
Neither has the PET required Comelec to come
out with anything that can convince Bongbong and the public that there’s
nothing to worry about. All these despite the fact that Bongbong’s camp has uncovered
proof in some ballot images from Camarines Sur that he had been cheated.
So until the recount starts and everything
related to it is CRYSTAL-CLEAR before our very eyes, ANYTHING CAN STILL HAPPEN
to the ballots and election paraphernalia covered by Bongbong’s protest.

according to a US intelligence assessment, President Digong Duterte is a threat
to democracy in Southeast Asia. I say IT’S THAT ASSESSMENT, that IDIOTIC AND
BIASED ASSESSMENT, is the threat.
First: The assessment IGNORED, KNOWINGLY OR
INCOMPETENTLY, the communist New People’s Army (NPA). The group which has been
OPENLY FIGHTING EVERY PRESIDENCY since its founding 49 years ago to turn our country
into a COMMUNIST STATE. Second: The assessment IGNORED, INTENTIONALLY or not,
SEPARATISTS MUSLIM rebels which, like the NPA, has been waging war to have
their OWN REPUBLIC!
Third: The Liberal Party and other critics of
President Digong who are OPENLY DECLARING THEIR DESIRE FOR HIS IMMEDIATE ouster
was also spared by that assessment. Fourth: Digong’s HARSHEST CRITICS like Antonio
Trillanes, Leftists/ pro communists and their media allies like Inquirer and
ABS-CBN REMAIN UNTOUCHED, an UNDENIABLE SIGN of freedom of expression which is
a major component of democracy.
Fifth: The drug lords/ drug pushers and their
NATIONWIDE CRIMINAL EMPIRE, which is one of the dangers Digong had mentioned as
basis in case he declares martial law or a revolutionary government, was
AMAZINGLY UNNOTICED by the assessment.
So only the POWER-HUNGRY, the STUPID AMONG
THE STUPID OR PAID PROPAGANDISTS of the worst kind will stil linsist on Digong

Malacanang Palace.

President Digong Duterte himself ordered that you be banned from the Palace.

First: Whether you like it or not, President
Duterte is the resident of the Palace. So naturally, he himself would order the
ban and not the chef, his secretary, anyone among the waiters, etc. You very
well know (and how STUPID can you be if you don’t) that anyone can ban anybody
anytime from his or her home. Even you can do it to anyone, including Digong
himself. You’re NOT THE OWNER of the Palace either who must not be denied
access to it anytime she wants.
Second: You’re banned ONLY FROM ENTERING THE
PALACE. And NOT from doing your job as a reporter. You can still go into the
press office and use the facilities there. . So it’s TOTALLY illogical for you
to claim that the ban is prior restraint in doing your work. Don’t even think
of invoking press freedom because access to the Palace IS NOT, AND WILL NEVER
BE THE SAME, as press freedom. And you know it.
If you’ll say that you can’t do your job
effectively because of the ban, then you’re INCOMPETENT and probably do not
have your own informants or friends among your colleagues from whom you can ask
further details if you need to. I know what I’m saying because I’m a former
senior editor of a group of newspapers.

A personal friend asked me if EDSA 1 should
still be celebrated. Without thinking, I instantly replied ‘No, and no reason to.’
I stressed that life didn’t improve under Cory Aquino, contrary to what she and
her puppets had tried to project.
For those who were not born yet or were still
too young then, we suffered brownouts of up to12 hours several days a week for
months under Cory. No major infrastructure project was started and completed
under Cory’s presidency. There was a housing project near the entrance to the
Coastal Road in Paranaque but this was NOT FINISHED until Cory stepped down from
the presidency. And if her fanatics will cite the flyovers, these were started
only when her term was nearing its end. The only infrastructure-related act
Cory did was put Ninoy Aquino’s name before that of the international airport
and the Parks and Wildlife in Quezon City. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong in
any of these.
Almost immediately after she became president,
Cory ORDERED THE RELEASE of Communist Party of the Philippines Chairman Jose
Ma. Sison and other top Communist rebel leaders, TOTALLY IGNORING the countless
lives of soldiers who died trying to capture and stop him and his legions from
their mass killings and other DEVILISH DEEDS.
I remember Cory promising after she became
president that Hacienda Luisita would be distributed to its tenant farmers. As
we all know, this never happened until her presidency ended. Cory promised that
the price of galunggong will be drastically reduced once she becomes president.
I can’t remember the exact amount but eventually, galunggong because almost as
expensive as pork.
The brains behind the Mendiola Massacre of protesting
farmers was NEVER REVEALED during Cory’s term. A ship full of NFA rice sunk (I
can’t recall where and when). But then NFA Administrator Emil Ong was NEVER
HELD ACCOUNTABLE by Cory. Instead, she PROMOTED him to Presidential Adviser on
Food. There’s a lot more.
After I finished explaining, my friend
readily replied: “NO REASON, INDEED, TO CELBERATE.” 30

Leni said: "The media is under attack.” My take: Take note, people, especially Leni’s
audience at UST and other kids: NOT A SINGLE MEDIA FIRM WHO REGULARLY comes out
with negative stories about or attacks on President Digong HAS BEEN CLOSED. No
one has complained of being harassed, terrorized or pressured to close or to
stop attacking Digong. The ONLY anti-Duterte media company whose operations
have been questioned is Rappler. But not because of its stories hitting Digong.
Rather, due to its seeming violation of business laws. Rappler is STILL OPEN
kids, and its appeal against the revocation of its license has been ACCEPTED
AND IS UNDER REVIEW. So ask yourselves, WHERE IS THE DICTATORSHIP THERE?
Leni said those who speak dissent are bullied
or trolled in real life or social media. But SHE COULD NOT NAME EVEN ONE. So it’s HEARSAY (tsismis).
Leni said people are arrested, tortured and
killed because they are on the drug list. Again NO NAMES, CIRCUMSTANCES, TIME AND PLACE
of the supposed arrests, no proof of the supposed torture and the like. Yet,
Leni had the NERVE to use the term ‘people’ in a COLLECTIVE context. She even added that: "The lies had continued

This is how DESPERATE anti-Duterte forces
are:
A story in gmanews.tv says lawyer Jude Sabio fears
for his life and is in a state of constant paranoia following the International
Criminal Court (ICC) decision to conduct a preliminary examination on the Duterte
government’s anti-drug war based on a petition he had filed for the purpose.

I say DESPERATE because:
A similar story written in a different way
had COME OUT DAYS EARLIER in national and social media. Strictly speaking, the gmanews.tv story was
ALREADY HISTORY, and should not have been posted again online. But still, Sabio’s
backers have managed to come out with it again (I wonder how they did it). This
can only mean that Sabio’s bosses know that the first press releases on his
purported fear of liquidation days ago DID NOT CLICK WITH THE PUBLIC.
Otherwise, the gmanews.tv story would have been TOTALLY NEW and with a different
angle.
To make it appear that the gmanews story is something
new, the supposed fear of Sabio for his life was EXPANDED TO THE MAX -- He
could have died in an operation but he survived, so going afer Duterte and his
drug war must be his mission in life; His would-be killers could be ‘riding-in-tandem’
guys; that he is on the run and it doesn’t matter if he’s a David fighting a
Goliath in Digong. So let’s be VERY CLEAR with this IDIOTIC DRAMA of Sabo:
Digong, or anybody else for that matter, WILL
NOT GAIN ANYTHING out of having Sabio killed. Sabio’s petition is based mainly on claims of
supposed Davao City assassin Edgar Matobato, who was caught LYING SEVERAL TIMES
in a Senate hearing. Anybody correct me if I’m wrong but Sabio also HAS NOT
PRESENTED EVEN A SINGLE PIECE OF PHYSICAL EVIDENCE to date against Digong. Especially
on Sabiuo’s that 8,000 people have been killed in the anti-drug war.
So only the IDIOT AMONG IDIOTS and the LIAR
AMONG LIARS, plus the INSANE OR THE ILLITERATE, will be scared of Sabio and
Matobato.
