No less than 13 out of the 15 justices of the Supreme Court (SC) have proven that the camp of 0Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno had LIED on the details of her leave.
After initial media reports had described
Sereno’s leave as indefinite, her spokesman ojo Lacanilao said her leave would
only be from March 1 to 15.
But a story in gmanews.tv says according to a
joint statement SIGNED by the 13 justices, Sereno announced in a full-court
session that she would go on an "indefinite leave, with the amendment that
she start her leave on Thursday, March 1, 2018" after she talked with the
two most senior associate justices. The statement also noted that Sereno
"did not request the rescheduling of her wellness leave" as
claimed by her camp.

PAMPAGULONG pahayag si Lacanilao. KAHAPON pa lumabas sa media ang pahayag ni
Lacanilao pero WALANG NAIULAT NA KINOREK siya ni Sereno. Kaya MALAKING
KATARANTADUHAN kung ipipilit ninuman na walang alam si Chief Justice sa ginawa
ni Lacanilao.
Even the 13 SC justices, in a CLEAR SIGN OF
DISAPPOINTMENT over Sereno, pointed out in their joint statement that "In
the ordinary course of events, the Court expected the Chief Justice to cause
the announcement only of what was really agreed upon without any modification
or embellishment. This matter shall be dealt with in a separate
proceeding."
Dumepensa na ang gustong dumepensa. Ito ang
punto, mga kababayan: Kung leave of absence na nga lang ay SINUNGALING PA ang
kampoi ni Sereno, ANO PA ANG MATINONG DAHILAN para patuloy siyang pagtiwalaan
