commemoration ng EDSA People Power 1, HINDI NA NAIKAILA ANG PAGSISISI ng
sambayanan sa naturang kabanata ng ating kasaysayan at ang mga naging resulta
nito.
A story in in
inquirer.net says only around 1,000 people went to the People Power Monument this
morning to witness the program, led by EDSA 1 player and former Preisdent Fidel Ramos. But here’s the catch, guys: Most of the crowd
were mostly government employees asked by their local governments to attend. NOT ORDINARY, NON-GOVERNMENT personnel who

As we all know by now, the crowd at EDSA 1 has been getting THINNER. as time passes.

But you know what’s
worse? People Power Commission head Rene Escalante even wants to make FOOLS OUT OF US
in justifying the poor attendance. Escalante said the turnout was low because activities
commemorating EDSA 1 had been held on other days in other places.
Yes. And anybody
correct me if I’m wrong, those activities were HARDLY REPORTED (if ever it was),
in media. Meaning, NOTHING WAS HUGE OR OUTSTANDING (CROWD-SIZE OR WHATEVER) in
those events which could have earned PROMINENCE OR HEADLINE SPACE OR AIRTIME on
radio, television or the newspapers.
Kaya HUWAG MO
KAMING GAGUHIN, Mr. Escalante. NAHIHIBANG ka kung akala mo ay salita lamang ay
sapat na para mapalusutan mo ang sambayanan.

ReplyDeleteako ayaw ko na,......... as one of those who join rallies until that event na nawala si Marcos kasali ako but as time goes by i understand that it is not Marcos and his family that was toppled down but the Filipino people and was robbed.........
