The recount of votes covered by the protest
of Bongbong Marcos against Leni Robredo can be DELAYED INDEFINITELY!
These are excerpts from a story in
manilatimes.net on the memorandum by protest supervising justice Alfredo
Benjamin Caguioa to justify the psychological examination for the vote revisors
which he had imposed before the recount can start (http://www.manilatimes.net/mandatory-psych-tests-delay-vp-recount/379783/:
“The psychological exam is a
pre-qualification requirement and is meant to test an applicant’s integrity,
logical reasoning, verbal ability, as well as propensity for deceit and bias. Aside
from the psychological exam, the applicants will also undergo intensive
training to be conducted by representatives from the Senate Electoral Tribunal
(SET). The SET representatives shall evaluate and rank the applicants based on
their performance and output during the entire exercise.”
Simply put, if Caguioa eventually says the revisors
failed in the psychological exams, STILL NO RECOUNT. It will be back to square one,
new prospective revisors and new exams. The same risk with the training to be
conducted by SET personnel. The SET guys
say the trainees failed, no go for the recount.
Anybody correct me if I’m wrong. There has
been NO NEWS that the tests will be conducted by independent, private sector
experts. And the SET trainors will have to be approved by both Bongbong and
Leni. Everything is still CAGUIOA’S
CALL! Anything can still happen, people. Bongbong supporters, take note.

If you go over the video where blogger Maharlika confronted Trillanes, this could very well explain why the tarp says "Marcos is not a hero ".The group is to oust the President, and install Robredo hastily. One reason why the recount had been postponed, the yellows are working on a time frame because of the BIG ELEPHANT in the room which is the BBM protest. #caguioaINHIBITnow!#BIAS

ReplyDeleteIt is quite odd that Caguioa has to ask for so much money from BBM and yet plan to cover up their wrong doing to protect Robredo? Are they waiting for something to happen to the President so that Robredo can sit as the replacement? Then they should return all the moneys that SC has extorted millions from BMM. Quite an exorbitant payment for non performance. Is the PET hiding some malicious performance they’ve committed, perhaps making the sitting senators and congressmen are not suppose to have won? They refuse to the change the President wants happen, yet these PET are making changes on their own?... just so Marcos can never have his rightful winnings?
